JP’s have NOTHING to do with wvw.

How about putting in some defence orientated ones instead like ‘killed 10 attackers whilst defending’, ‘tried to save dolyak from perma stealthing thiefs’, anything really.

I (and I’m sure the majority of wvw players are the same) go into wvw to play wvw, not to play Jump Wars 2.

Aside from the fact that they do have to do with WvW and shouldn’t be removed because there not a big deal unless your terrible, I agree with you completely.

It is a valid tactic best done by heads of servers who coordinate things properly, or those who has the say in the community.

It worked well for us in the past (not tarnished coast my new server). It is one way to ensure you and your friend server is top 1 and top 2.

But this is not easy because you have to know how to be sociable and you have to keep secrets from your player base or those whom you command. ;3

I’m trying to decide where to put my WXP points. I really like WvW but I just don’t have the time to be really serious about it. Guard Leech and Applied Fortitude both look great but I’m afraid they’ll get nerfed before I can even earn enough points.

Supply mastery the first 10 points are amazing and can make a huge difference as you can build small siege by yourself sometimes.

I’m pretty certain this has been mentioned before. Wouldn’t it be great to have commander tags specifically for guilds? And also have some target tags like “1”, “2”, “3” so target calling is easier? It would definitely help organized play, those who want to jump in and “pug” it still can and those who prefer concentrated efforts can at least have some quality of life tools. What do you guys think?

I would love visibility options for commander tags. Force only, guild only, server etc.

2 ranks really isn’t alot, also it’s not really there for non wvwers. Its there as an added convenience for that player base, same as ambient kills for pvers.

Agree with stat boost removal/reduction, its unnecessary imo. Stats benefit zergs versus bonuses from stomping rarely do as they typically auto attack corpses to death. Orb bonuses should not benefit zergs.

Shame leagues don’t involve less servers or that they don’t try to parse them along population lines rather than arbitrary distributions.

Titles in games like this will always have a way to farm them if the player is good enough to figure it out. Really all titles are is a gauge of how much time the person has spent on that character. That being said obviously a roamer will identify very differently than a casual spamming 1 on camps all day.

This is really frustrating, especially for people on trebs. doesn’t make a lot of sense and needs to be patched.

This or maybe even a smaller randomized window, some of the match-ups pit servers too far apart against each other.

So I noticed some GoM laughing when they wiped the 10 man Os group with 50 GoM. I guess they had an achievement unlocked from killing us. Was funny having 50 ppl chase us halfway across EB just to try to kill us

Vice versa in GoM BL & NSP Bl; I honestly thought i’d be getting more out of this matchup from NSP.

Personally, I only do laughs when someone from the other side does it first but anyway what I mean is that GoM seems to really want Os dead, not NSP in general. Plus whenever our zergs seem to have equal/close to equal numbers, GoM seems to run away and never engage Os at all which makes it boring for us

Maybe you can find guilds your own size to fight in silver league.

Are you referring to once a week when we have more than 35 people or are you referring to the 25 we usually run?

What you should hear: It is impossible to max wxp, if you choose to play more than one character you will be left behind on the power curve.

What you should realize:
-Maxing wxp is unimportant in a place where your expected to engage in teamplay.
-There is no power curve. After 3-400 you get severe diminishing return as you can not use 8 types of siege at once.
-If your guild loses to another guild in wvw and you blame it on anything with Guard in the name, you and your guild are terrible.
-If your group is team oriented you will always have siegemasters to outnumber the siege you have.

We have been on at those same times and have been in be. Many times when we run into a group, it’s main objective is to enter the nearest structure until they can be assured they outnumber us.

I admit, it is smart for ppt, but this match seems to be one of the most I enjoyable yet. At least sbi fought us open field with their guilds.

I guess that’s how wvw goes tho. No hard feelings it is just getting stale.

I started looking out for you guys after your first post. Last night, you were running at least 30 people (probably more with non-guildies), which is probably one of your first problems. Most of the guilds that open-field on Ebay have ~20 people online during raids, so we’re obviously going to get mobbed by you guys. Mid-raid, I noticed you guys only because you were lagging my computer to death. I’d suggest that if you really wanted fair, open field fights, set something up or run with fewer people. The only other guild I know about that runs with so many people in your style is Pyro. Lots of people, but you can’t really tell if they’re good of if they just outnumber you.

Also, there was a nice three-way fight near Anz earlier in the night, where Yaks was composed predominantly of [Os] and after NSP were killed you guys ran away from Ebay, even though the numbers were clearly in your favour.

I think there is a strong possibility, that the last three lines might not be accurate. Possibly.

Yes it’s true you wiped us once, right after you swapped the guardian for a necro.
Subsequently we swapped the thief for a guardian to have more condi removal and proceeded to spawn camp you again. I will attach an image to show that we did indeed have 4 players. It also humorously depicts a broken XOXO running back to spawn after we stomped half your group.

Anyway, isn’t it annoying trying to uphold a lie? Deep down you must know that we are better than you, just like [Holy] does (although they were slightly better than you). Telling yourself we aren’t enough times won’t make it so. Or maybe you just blame it on some of our super cheesy builds like condi D/D or P/P thief?

Our group was 2 warriors me,puzzle one mesmer max and one necro xumn. The tm wasnt in all the fights, and we didn’t “have” him do anything he just showed up. You had add’s the whole time.. The whole time the fight was pretty even on numbers , some we had 1-2 more others u had 1-2 more.. At no point was it 7v4 though which was my only reason for responding to counter that LIE.

Yes we were playing badly, yes you outplayed us.. But to come on here saying you repeatedly wiped us 7v4 to stroke your kitten is kittening gay..

Sorry, it’s just that I have seen someone from your guild publicly ridicule tons of random people who are just trying to have some fun in WvW by posting videos of them, and I thought I would return the favor.
