Getting very frustrated as I can’t change episodes for my achievements, crashes every time I click one of these buttons

Another huge break after just 5 episodes is a bit of a disappointment. I can’t imagine it takes 300 anet staff to tend to just 1 patch, even so maybe it’s time to hire more and expand, GW1 didn’t have these problems
I’m not asking for a “pet” like ranger which can be summoned/dismissed, that’s just dumb for ele.
Just the fact that the summon could stay around until it’s killed – like the flesh golem
The ele summon is different from the flesh golem because you can’t command/control it with a skill.
Guardian summons are just spirit weapons, they aren’t creatures so they aren’t included as a type of “pet”
They need not nerf rapid fire
They just need to be make rapid fire uneffected by quickness
Hell if they nerf Rapid Fire /quit we NEEDED this boost to be level with other classes, don’t take it away anet…
The satisfaction of downing a glass cannon thief in 2 seconds with;
Rapid Fire / Signet of the Hunt / Signet of the Wild / Rampage As One

I have a question for the devs;
Why are the Elementalist summoning skills (Glyph of Elementals & Glyph of Lesser Elementals) different to the Necromancers minions?
Necromancer’s minions last until they are killed.
Elementalist’s “minions” expire after 60s.
This doesn’t make any scene and seems to have escaped every balance patch due to the conjure weapons being in the spotlight.
I understand the elementals are top table DPS but that doesn’t mean we can exclude fixing the skill for the players like myself who enjoy the skill, which is great for roaming in PvE.
Kinda kittens me off; they where back for a few patches a from a large break and already on another large break.
Looks like a hint to hire more staff to cater to more parts of the game to me, rather than waste thousands of dollars on PvP tournaments and such
Is there scope to help lower scale fractal players to grow? I’ve been heavily looking for a new guild which to Fractal with, currently scale 8
Final Personal Story weapon should also be a level 80 exotic.

I think an in game Calender would be a great step to show upcoming events and patches.
Would also give space for any re-occurring events that anet may add – I played WoW for like 1-2 weeks and the only thing I enjoyed was the dark moon fair – something like this would be awesome in GW2
Mouth of Zhaitan is actually a great fight haha but down buzz when the final boss is like a trash mob
Make the Zhaitan fight a more engaging encounter, maybe add back in ground battle after he falls (pre launch)
Increase the ships travel time (speed)
Crafting Panel needs to have the craftable items recoloured from grey – hard to read and track progress. (Talking about the craftable items that wont award exp)

I just thought I’d put out the question of what was the reason for Living World being fortnightly updates?

Would Living World benefit from moving to 3 week patches or maybe once a month? – giving more time to iron out creases, fill plot/lore holes and create an over all larger content patch. Maybe this could also free up some resources to attend to other aspects of the game too (PvE/dungeons/Zhaitan*cough*…..pvp and wvw get enough attention ;P)
Note: I’m not putting LW down, I am happy with season 2 and found it very fun.
I think the dragons and other large bosses should have more freedom if movement and maybe even respond to aggro. Siege imo is a kitten bad idea and it results in pressing the same darn button over and over.

My first point was written poorly, what I mean’t was dungeons need anti stacking mechanics such as those used by Lupi etc.
2 weeks isn’t enough time for them to put out good content, specially with with what 298 staff?
Increase LS gaps to monthly and hire more people! Having departments to work on all parts of the game will aid in keeping everyone happy (as possible)

Anet is coming out with some great and some decent Outfits that I WOULD buy!
The 1 suggestion I want to make if to allow playing to make atleast the Helm “invisable” ie. remove the skin but keep the stats.
I and many others feel limited due to the “requirement” to don the whole kitten outfit if we want to have it.
The new Ceremonial Armor for example, I would be 100% willing to buy and use if I could just make the helm invisible, it doesn’t suit my Norn and I have a CUSTOM HAIR STYLE some thing that clashes with a lot of these kitten outfits
It’s a simple fix, Please sound out your voices so Anet can (possibly, hopefully, probably not) hear us!!

- Anti stacking mechanics for bosses (Lupicus, the bandit in Arah,
- End chest (reason to run the dungeon, e.g.: GW1 Green (boss weapon) (pvp are getting pvp only skins, how about dungeons get dungeon only weapons)
- More dungeons (obviously)
- Harder dungeons needing more player (8 & 10 mans) (no Im not an ex WoW player, I’m thinking of UW and FoW in GW1)
- Gates, conditions of passage to minimise to skipping of “trash” mobs. The dungeons shouldn’t be about rushing and killing bosses, “trash” mobs after all can drop good loot

I really enjoyed these two characters but at the same time, very nervous, I don’t think I personally trust either of them 100%
I wanted to get Knut out, being Norn. But Smodur and himself itch for the chance to fight, I got Jenna then Phlunt, Smodur, then fought by one of the greatest Norn since Jora ;-)
Loved this patch, every mechanic was perfect
Minions definitely need to be addressed, my Necro is sat in the character selection screen with lack of play because I want to play an MM build and it becomes more bugged as the patches go on.

My Thief is fast approaching lvl 80 and I intend to use him as a WvW character. I thought why not ask for tips on a suitable build, here is what I want to do…
Dagger/Pistol, I like to backstab and lots of stealth
High DPS to take down quickly “assassinate”
I will travel in small groups and roam, if I’m in or near a zerg I will aim to kill commanders
I look forward to reading the suggestions

I’m aiming for a Bunker build obviously, take a beating and wiggle my opponent down over 10-30 seconds.
It’s done me great so far but I imagine theirs something I could do to make it better.
I switch out “Fear Me!” Sometimes for “On My Mark!” (usually use fear me on maps like skyhammer :P)

No, your pet needs to be up and ready to fight, if it’s in the pet version of down state, you’ll need to swap it out.
Do you want to do raw damage or conditions?
Sword/Torch(or dagger) is good condition
Sword/Horn? I guess is good Power? Someone will have to confirm that for me as I love my conditions.
I think scholar runes are one of the best sets for raw damage although the new craze is Strength runes for the might buff

I’m using a condition build at the moment and I absolutely love it.
If you’re using shortbow, Wolf opens up the option as to when an enemy gets too close and you fear them, it exposes their back to you.
Leaving you and your shortbow to lay some bleeds in, can even add Quickening Zephyr to the mix to hit them hard.
I think it depends on preference and the map.
I use Jaguar as my main pet but will often use Wolf as backup, mainly for the F2 Fear.
I can’t count how many times I’ve been on Skyhammer, port to the cannon and just Fear everyone off the edge leaving the path nice and open
If you want to go for group support I’d suggest traiting into spirits and running Sun spirit with Frost. Spotter trait can also help.
I disagree with your comment on Krait runes being bad due to Elites having a large CD.
Elite skills aren’t something you should be spamming, it’s usually saved, especially if you’re running Entangle. Which, from experience I can say is amazing with Krait runes.
CD on Entangle should have ended or close to it by the time it’s needed again. If he group is relying on your Elite theirs something wrong.
Trait is also available for reduce CD on Survival skills, which again is amazing

So I just picked up your class and I’m loving it.
Just stopping by to ask for tips on skills/traits etc in PvE (Use other profession in PvP)
I have noticed I’m very squishy and hit like a fly ((granted I’m only ;eve; 20 so it’s sort of expected)), also mobs in PvE don’t really get distracted by our clones, which is odd.
Any tips for damage and survivability would be much appreciated.
My current weapon set up is Sceptre/Sword and I’d prefer to keep it that way – I love the blocks they both introduce and I enjoy the sort of “Harry Potter play style” lol

Ok, in the last few days a file named “THIRDPARTYSOFTWAREREADME”
Keeps appearing my my guild wars 2 file, with the DAT file, application etc.
I delete it but it comes back, I move the whole folder and delete the file, but it comes back, is this meant to be there or should I be worried?
It makes me even more paranoid as I’ve dropped to sub 10 FPS from 50-60 for no reason
Done an AVG scan and picked up nothing
