I’m sorry for I haven’t watched most of the video.
… I clicked randomly over it. And I haven’t seen you use your 2nd weapon set. Ever.
You definitely need to work on that.
A point already made and heard.
Here’s the build
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vNAQFATnEqAtsgtCCmsCUtglFBDOqmV/qLXuAwRrpc95GBlMtzA-T5AFABCcBAouMAAPAAA
My aim and role I want to play is quick caps and decaps.
The CC’s I have along with Lightning Refleces allows me to keep distance between myself and the enemy.
Ancient Seeds also procs well; I use this to push enemy off node, then Ancient seeds with trigger keeping them in place, allowing me to decap and continue DPS.
Have equipped a second Weapon Set, I don’t usually forget this but I guess I got carried away.
As for Celestial Avatar, I use this as a Personal Heal, I see minimum point in using it in Solo Rated Que.
In Team Que, I would use it more often as there would be greater communication within he team.
uh well, I guess kudos to you for being this brave.
I’ll try give you some Feedback. I play Ranger(Druid) too, currently Diamond.
I’ll Focus on your build choice/playstyle.
I can only guess at your build from the footage
– This is my guess: Build here
You’re 100% correct with the build.

Looking for Tips and Tricks to improve my play.
Mostly regarding how I play Ranger in PvP but also the choices I make during the game.
All constructive feedback appreciated, all trolls will be ignored.
Thanks all

It’s hard to give advice on something so subjective, but here goes.
I tend to find Norn extremely boring, as they’re basically just big humans, with the problem of armor stretching and clipping added to them. Lore-wise they’re also not that interesting.
Norn has plenty of interesting a complex Lore
I had so much fun soloing the whole if HoT with full Clerics Gear.
DPSing mainly through the pet, you’d be surprised how much it can tank with your heals.
So the new pets are cool and all, but ever since the game was released 3 years ago I was hoping that one day the raptor would be an available pet to use. And I thought for sure HoT would have it and yet I find myself still disappointed I can’t roam like a pack in prehistoric lands with a raptor. Instead I get bizarre creatures that look like they’re from diablo. If I could just ask a simple favor it would be to have such a plea made into reality. Let rangers have raptors as pet companions to hunt down their prey!
Mini pets.
So this Norn NPC’s armor changed.
When does this armor become available :O
Hope there’s Wolf, Raven and Leopard versions available too!
Dungeons and Fractals ARE your easier Raids.
You can mix your Clerics with Magi’s if its having too much of an impact on your tank.
How Much crit chance is needed for it to be viable?
Maybe Magi Gear and Cleric Trinkets could be a good mix
Something like this? (Crusader + Zealot trinkets)
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vNAQFABA-TVxaABiq+jk6AkVZQRK9AQJIA-w2259 power
21% crit chance
179% crit dmg
2842 armor
714 healing powerI think the toughness might be too high and I’m not sure if you can get zealot trinkets and crusader stuff.
Unless you’re going for a secondary emergency Healer build or you’re with a very (and I mean very) skillful group;
Clerics should be everyones first choice
Keeping the team alive is more important than how much DPS the Druid can put out by itself.
Would you rather the team DPS effectively or worry about their health bar getting low and popping their own heals?
Also the buffs to increase damage that the Druid can put out the team, surpasses the Druids possible DPS – BY FAR.
I’m having an awesome time, full Clerics Gear.
First time healing, ever and had a lot of great feedback.
Using all the skills I can, I’ve found switching off of staff hurts the team.
Using Glyph of tides for the orbs plus Spirits of Sun, Frost and the Elite for “if” the team slips up with green circles and we get a mass down.
I only ever get those pms in the PvP lobby.
Solution = don’t PvP.
Or you can report and block them.
Either way, all games have them , it’s unfortunate but a fact, just deal with it.
Here’s a WvW version – probably not as viable now but kitten was lol
It will return at some point yes
Not sure if this is a troll post.
Getting a guild hall is easy – use LFG people are always willing to help.
We claimed our with just 6 people.
I just completed a scale 31 after reset and didn’t receive a bonus chest, ( I didn’t get the boss chest at the end).
Has there been a change or is there something I’m missing?
kthanks

Your Staff arm becomes all feathery
Another of my Druid.
Sorry couldn’t figure out how to place pics in one post.
I agree, they should revisit the spirits, at least make them able to follow you. They’re such a waste.
A waste is bumping a thread from ages ago.
Spirits are fine.
Stick to more recent treads.
I’m really enjoying staff, great for PvE and coupled with Smokescale, Druid can pretty much Solo everything
Erm, Help?
No but seriously what the heck happened here? lol
And the actual rewards you can earn by just playing the content is extremely low quality compared with what you can get with RL money.
No one is asking you to use real money.
You want to skin?
Get gold, transfer to gems, buy the skin.
Everyone please stop kitten moaning about everything.
Thanks for all your hard work Irenio!
Didn’t you know the bladed cowl is aa titanium 5 bladed close shave razor?
Great job imo
I’ve had no issues with full Clerics and the group support is amazing.
I running a full Clerics build and have been fine soloing 90% of content so far.
Smokescale as a pet with his field and evades plus your hwals is amazing. Soloing a champion becomes a matter of skill and positioning.
I can even drag a group of under levels through dungeons without a problem.
People need to start realising that yes, Druid is a heal class that lacks DPS, but you need to learn how to use your pets, because they complete us.
Never
If you read the information that was given you wouldn’t be asking this.
Masteries are skills and techniques we learn in and for a specific area.
Gliding will NEVER be anywhere other than the JUNGLE
Having 0 problems since launch, no crashes.
Have you checked your internet connection?
Are you US or EU server?
So I’ve been trying to drop heals on allies and friends who are in down state in order to get them back up.
But it’s literally ineffective, the player doesn’t even receive heals at all so it’s not being mitigated by dmg.
Is this intentional or is it a bug?
I’m tired of PvE skills and traits being nerfed into the ground because of how they effect or perform in PvP.
In some cases the other way around, but I don’t PvP often.
WHY can’t we balance them like in GW1?
Where Skills and Traits where balanced DIFFERENTLY depending on the game type, this isn’t hard, in fact it’s probably kitten easier to please people doing it this way.
Think on it, GW1 wasn’t great by chance and I think too much has been forgotten.
I don’t post often, perhaps that should change.
2: Spirits are susceptible to any form of damage. Again this would be fine if the spirits could move with he ranger out of fields. As it stands one good AOE kills them. The death effect is nice, but is hampered by the fact that it A: requires a lengthy cast time to summon them, and B: has a long cool down.
You are aware that Spirits now take 95% LESS damage unless they are directly targeted.
Meaning AoE and Cleave do pretty much nothing.
I’ve been using the spirits since the change and had no problems, they are great.
Just remember if you’re going to move on, kill the spirits so by the next fight they have CDed
I’m surprised I didn’t see a thread for this.
Super Speed/ Stealth reduced from 3sec to 2sec.
Well I suppose it nerfed thief ghost trappers more.
z
You didn’t look very well, there’s plenty of treads.
As for everyone complaining
It’s 1 second
Get a life.
9/10.
Enjoyed every second and everything it pretty much perfect.
Some minor tweaks here and there but some of the player base needs to be more grateful in general rather than spiteful children.
Same bug for my friend and myself
haven’t you enough to complain about? the beam is totally fine. it’s kind of skill-based. you’ll build AF as long as u have your pet or a teammate within the beam. rotate around your target and skim through the friendlies. it’s super simple.
What if you need to heal and there is no target?
and what situation would that be in pvp?
PvE – Wyvern Battle, when it takes flight.
What if we just don’t want to target anyway?
The Beam requires an enemy target, meaning you cannot point at an Ally (like with Combat camera) and heal them, as there will be no beam with a target.
I think this needs to be changed.
p.s. Change back SmokeScale
You wont grab aggro ever since you do no damage lol.
Some mobs, like a few in the Raid, target the player/s with the highest toughness.
Dealing damage has nothing to do with it.
The new Minstrel stats might be a good choice for Druid?
Minstrel: Toughness, Healing Power, Vitality, Concentration.
Only thing that bothers me is the Toughness, might attract aggro
Oh wow.
I need to see the numbers on this before I hype lol
I think Zealots is ok
But honestly think that Raid Partys are going to want a dedicated Healer that will stay alive.
So sacrificing some Damage for Main stat Healing and a secondary stat Toughness or Vitality.
Thoughts?
Also will it be likely running a complete set of one stat is most beneficial in raids?
Or will the healing diminishing returns (if any) be too much?
Honestly, The Dreamer is the most annoying and stupidly unreasonably out of place weapon I’ve ever seen.
I hope they don’t add any more like it.
