Hmm. I dislike this idea a lot I’m sorry to say. It’s basically like Captcha with a fight when you think about it.
First of all let’s look at it this way:
You go up to a person, ask to duel, then if they lose a number of times, you’re banned.
What if the person is AFK and people want to abuse the system.
20 seconds for 3 questions are too short I believe.

Also we’ve been dealing with bots, by reporting them and so. I don’t want to waste time fighting bots all day to play the game. I’m not here to do that.
No offense to you OP, while you come with an idea that seems good it’s really just a burden and can be easily abused.

It’s not hard. All you need to do is save, only spend on things you REALLY want or REALLY need.

The only times I’m ever broke in MMOs is at the very start, it puzzles me so many people have such trouble with money management.

What is your crafting and craft level? Did you level to 27 by crafting lmao.
I tried farming a bit for mats to upgrade my crafting but I don’t always want to farm mats all the time, I guess I’ma have to, the only thing I can really say that was costy that I bought was my book for traits, I don’t buy anything, ever. I ALMOST have 2 gold and level 30…

I’m in Crystal Desert and after from where I began, Queensdale, every place seems pretty desolate. It was fun running and playing with players for DE’s or just seeing someone there was pretty nice.
Kessex Hill dropped a whole lot, but I still see people here and there, especially at the chain events then the next place. Now I’m level 30 at Gendarran Fields. It’s like dead, just dead. I guess the Risen ate people in the 1st way to town and took em’ by the swamp because I barely see a soul in sight. There was 3 people for a chain event we couldn’t finish underwater, I couldn’t beat the Warmaster whatever skill point alone. One chain with those 2 Bombardier Centuars thing, 4 people there, me and 1 person to stop pirates somewhere, one more even can’t remember the name only 3 people were there. The map thing is in dead silence. I seen 1 person after about…4-6 hours of gameplay in that area and I think he meant to talk elsewhere or pressed the button on accident because he only said, “L”. Lol.

Look at Guardian Human Females.
Those things are uuuugly. The Seraph uniform is my fave [I dunno the name but Lord Thackery wears it.] but the rest is meh or ugly.
If you look at Fiona from Vinditcus, which is basically a Guardian to here, she looks a lot better Armour wise but personally, I dislike most of the armor in this game anyway.

QA meaning Quality Assurance right? Those people fix bugs, test things within the game.

Yeah it’s becoming an job for a lot of people not only that you got folk switching classes because bots somehow prefer Rangers. It’s not fair to them and it’s not fair to the rest of us. No one here really wants to play “The Spy” here lol.

@Mubazriun: I don’t know what going outside has to do with a guy concern about the Ranger bots everywhere, if anything he may be at risk of false reporting or something or another. Yeah it’s a game, but let’s not forget we paid 60 bucks for it and didn’t except a plethora cheaters to come ruin it.

To be honest, I see A LOOOOT of ranger bots if anything. I mean it’s so many of them I assume every ranger is a bot, not saying I don’t see other bots with different classes but it’s more pronounced in Rangers but we do most def need In-game GM’s.
I’m too scared to report Rangers because I may report an innocent player lol.

If the game didn’t have levels, you’d have alot of players simply not knowing what to do, because there’s -so- much to do. A lot of people that are turned off of minecraft cite this as a reason, having absolutely no pre-set goals leaves players scratching their heads in what should be done next. Not to mention if a new player wanted to go right to Orr and started complaning about the difficulty, why is it so much harder of an area if the whole game is the same?

We all need a sense of progression and leveling does that for us. Everyone likes to see the numbers get higher, that little flash of light that occurs, that statement of “I leveled up” every race has, it’s a gratifying experience.

I like the feeling of leveling up. Also, leveling up gets you a skill and trait point. Also it keeps you intact on where you should and shouldn’t go. I would be lost if I had no levels and then go over to a tougher opponent and not knowing what level he was then die lol then try and find an easier one.

1. I agree with you on crafting and money problems. I’m a low level but still I feel like there is no way no how to make really good money in this game. I hate the Gold/Silver/Copper route in games immensely. I already knew by seeing we will have that we will have tough time making money lol.
Crafting is a huge let-down as for income. To be honest, I have never been the crafter type in games, I decided to try it here. It’s fun in a way but I can’t even make a buck out of it so…I’m crafting for nothing lol. Basically the economy of the game is pretty bad.

2. The transition to GW and GW2. I never played the first one which I think was released in 06’? So I am not sure if the start of GW had all those things you say, mind you, GW has been up many years with many contents. With that being said, GW2 just released like you said so as forr Guild Halls and little knick-knacks for looks. I am sure they will come eventually. First is they need to fix the millions of bugs in the game then continue on with the fun stuff. It’s crappy I know. The help of community with nice feedback like this. I’m sure Anet will take a look-see because a lot of stuff needs to be fixed and implemented.

I get these in underwater combat if anything else like ALL THE TIME.
The monster goes invun out of no where even when he’s like 5 seconds to defeat.

If you use the same text [Macro for instances for saying LFG] It blocks you, I think this helps block out Gold bot spammers. I seen 1 in Divinty’s Reach today but it doesn’t work if they change it somehow.

I agree with Void. The effects in those pictures look really gross and they are everywhere even when doing DE’s you can’t see a thing. Though I feel like they tried to tone it down because all the skills are transparent like.

How does botting even work? I mean how did they really get to level 80.
Did they just instantly make a level 80 like that? They even revive people, smart bots are smart.

And it’s natural to be mad when a random nosey parker being cuts into someone’s enquiry with nothing to contribute but “I don’t know a single thing”. Not only it is nosey, it is rude and ill-conceived.

Crafting is, for the most part, useless unless you are going for legendaries. Doesn’t earn you any bit of money(unless you sell it via shout, but you run the risk of being scammed, etc).

So crafting is no way to make money. I’m Guardian too so Staff farming is the best option right now?

I only tried Gaurd and Ele. I personally like playing Guardian a whole lot more since I was trying to aim for the most healiest/support class. I’m not usually a Melee user in games but this is a fun change of pace. xD [PvE by the way.]

Crystal Desert is very quiet…but I think the community seems nice and all.
I think I may switch over to the RP server, I Roleplay but I’m not into roleplaying my character in this game since I’m not good and not good following the lore but being around other roleplayers seem fun.~

100% completion…Only idea I got is we need it to be separate.
100% for PvE.
100% for PvP.
Not sure how everyone else would feel about it but it looks like a win-win for everyone.

Yea, Aion and PSO/PSU/PSP2 and PW has great variety of looks.
I really just want more hairstyles if anything. I still want an Aion type of change so we all don’t have to look EXACTLY alike. ie. Skinny/Fat/Tall/Short.

The effects in this game are sub-par imo.
It’s too transparenty. The only effects that semi-wows me are Ele’s and the pink/purple butterflies of the Mesmer. I agree with the working together part as a team.

Yikes. I played a World Boss yesterday and it dropped to 7-8FPS so I wanna know how in the world are you playing on an 8 fps? I have a pretty bad laptop too.
I’m running say…Mostly 20-27fps? Sometimes 15+, and I am only PvEing. I wasn’t even suppose to run this game, but I agree with you on more performance options…
Try running Gamebooster too, it might help. Also, play window mode and make the window a little smaller and make text box larger. It buffs up a few. FPS.
Some suggestions to possibly help you out at the moment. In the end, a NEW PC is in order to be honest with you

Another WoW comment. I never played WoW and this was my 1st time ever participating in something like this in any MMO so I has hoping for more…toughness or something. It’s also Zerg in DE’s. It’s all you do lmao.

I battled the Shadow Behemoth yesterday and boy was it uneventful to say the least, I was disappointed and as much as I like PvE in games…
It was a complete zerg-fest. The thing hit like 2 times, screamed, hands down, and hit about 2 times and we won in like 3 mins +lagville. You dead? No worried, 40 out of the 100 of us got your back.
Revive and let’s go.

There is no strategy in this game. Zerg and go home. I am noticing it more and more as I go along. Still a great game but…I hate to see dungeons. I hope they are fun …

When Elemenetist already had it pretty rough it just gotten worse.
What kills me was the Whirlpool thing and Ele’s have the most hardest friggin

All bots are rangers I noticed. I now feel like every Ranger I see is a bot. xD

It’s better with friends. I’m starting to get bored playing alone to be honest. What makes it worse is you get your starter skills waaay too quick, nothing really to look forward to in later PvE. The dungeon thing is too high too. Level 30 for your first dungeon? It should of been like 10-15. This would of made it more fun. I’m a PvE person but PvE is a little stale after a bit and I’m only level 22.

I played it more and really like the game, but my biggest problem now after playing 2 weeks slowly and taking my time is that I wish more people talked in this game, even the guilds don’t talk. It can have 200 people and everyone’s quiet. I gotta admit, it’s kinda of boring though. Sometimes it is fun to see people chat and act trolly on Map talk but most is asking for events or dungeons. Why is everyone so quiet? I’m in Crystal Desert so I dunno about other servers. So I agree with Halo. Everything in the game is too hold-hands so no one HAS to talk or ask for help. Just my 2 copper and my only reason this game is downing on me. :/ I mean even the crappiest of games can be fun with friends and some idle chatter here and there.

Yeah GW2 is fun for a lot of people but all games lose it’s spark from some players every now and then… Have fun on your break.

As for 4: I think the load times are because of crap CPU. I’m not too sure.
I have bad loadtimes as well but my CPU doesn’t meet the reqs.

I personally like the storyline. My only beef is that I don’t want my character to act…like the way she is. She acts with dignity but I placed her as Charm. I thought it would effect the storyline whilst she talks.

Honestly, the whole game is a group imo lmao.
