You can use non hgh build for might stack actualy with sigil of battle/noble runes/enhanced performance (and Juggernaut if you want perma 25 stacks) its matter of one swap and you still can pick any utility you want:-) You can reach 3k condi damage that way.
Boon steal build arent now so popular so you will be fine and you can apply those boons every 10s.

Vizu/SFR are populated by zerg trash. I have yet to meet a decent player.
After League announcement so many zerglings come to our server for free win.. We were Medium server for looooong time and look now.. Upscaled useless meatshields everywhere.

Its simple. Smaller characters can hide better you easier overlook them and in combat most players prefer intuitively bigger targets. Also most impotant thing – recognize telegraphs on small characters is much harder.
But here is elegant solution what you can already see in SAB – character size normalization. Imo it can be great improvement for competetive play.

Just few advices:
- Schoolar are great but maintain 90%+ HP is very hard in some places and you usualy lose more than get. If you are focused more for team Might support is best choice imo 2 Altruism Runes and rest Ruby Orbs.
- You also dont need Short Fuse because you use pretty much only AA and Fire bomb has 3 times shorter cd than your blasts anyway. You can pick Enhanced Performance instead for even more might.
- Sigil of Night give you 10% damage boost so its simply must have into damage builds. Take Bloodlust only on some backup weapon.
- Static discharge is pretty much useless in you build because all your 4 toolbelt skills are non-target.

Imo I’m really good pvp player I have decent rank (30+) playing almost every day since headstart with my beloved engi and 1v1 I havent much problem to beat anything. Dont get me wrong those arent some easy fights I always must do my best. But those stunlock Warriors? I was yesterday easily beated by some War rank 5 what was noob on first look he even turn on arrows! Right now here isnt any counter to that only think what you can is manage some bunker build, survive his stun 100b and flee.

I agree with everything except class restriction, some classes would never be picked, and since 90% of the people are noobs they’d mostly allow only mesmers, warriors and guardians in their party, not knowing that other classes also deal nice damage, but what I would like to see is a feature called dungeon expertise, like, only allow players who did the dungeon more than 5/10/20 times into my party, and if you make any party restriction it applies to the party maker, so if you don’t have the gear/level required you get kicked out of the party.
Well lets say you have 4 members and need 5th. You go for TA P2 where you simply need Guardian or you havent chance to finish it any way. This is why class restriction. All classes are good for zerk runs imo but there are encounters where you simply must have specific class.

I run zerker on most of my characters, but I don’t care what other people run as. Whilst you’re wasting your time here and in game trying to find perfect matches with your “speed runs”. I would be already in a dungeon and just having fun playing the game with others.
I have guild for that I use that LFG tool out of curiosity:-) I just want give Anet some feedback how to improove LFG tool.

And why would you want to speed clear? Rewards are nerfed in farming dungeons such as CoF p1.
If you want speedy gold per hour. Champ farms are the new thing.
Champs are boring and I dont need money really its more about perfection not rewards:-) If you want farm money just go speed clear SE P1 first 3 bosses over and over. Its about 40g per hour.
Its not about CoF1 you just play multiple dungeons once. CoF1,2, AC 1,2,3, CM 1,2,3, TA 1,2,3 HotW 1,3 SE 1,3 CoE 1,2,3 Arah 1,3. With speed clears you did it all in about 3 hours. Its actualy lots of money:-)

Speed-runs, are kitten for an MMORPG, just as bad as zergs. It’s ZERO fun.
So you say staying in one path for hour instead 10 minutes is actualy fun? Well If you enjoy it its your choice:-)

There was only one reason I’d ask people to ping their gear when they joined my dungeon parties.
That was to see if they were magic find leechers.
That problem is now solved. I see no reason to know some one’s gear any more.
The reason being you cannot ask people to ping their skill level. You have to see it in action regardless of gear.
Reason are speed clears. You cant do it if you have ppl in PTV gear no matter how skilled you are.

FYI I have guild full of how you say it? Mindless? I just tried New LFG system how its work and write here a bit feedback.
What I write is maybe elitist and I get it many ppl are against it because they are simply casual. But after year of playing I have enought teaching basic strategies in dungeons every run. And trust me with bad non geared player can be usualy 10 mins long path take over a hour.

Well gw2lfg.com has one GREAT benefit. That need to actualy open browser, go to site and made lfg there filter that 80% totaly useless players and you simply get only relatively good players. Now when you have LFG in game those players just push one big flashing button (most time binded on same key as autoattack:-)) without any of those restriction you get what you get now.

I want give you a bit feedback from today dear devs:-)
I am glad you add LFG tool but it need much mure feature before majority of players starts prefer it before gw2lfg.com
I tried today make a speed run party, I was very specific what I looking for (level, gear, ect) a must kick about 20 people what are I dont know.. lets say were too casual to understand what I want in description. I also feel bad for that kicking because its wrong.
So here is list of features what may prevent this misunderstandings (lets say it will be some checklist what dont allow players without those specifications even see party offer in roster):
- Level restriction
- Class restriction
- Gear rarity and stat type restriction
- Let party creator see players gear and build (like in SPvP)
Also instead of creating party and waiting for players to join make something like list of currently avaible players. Player fit some quick description and wait till someone pick him from the list. Also some system to rate players by other players will be great it learn some people behave better.

my mind is blown how you all manage to have all ascended trinkets with the same stats and ALLof them have offensive infusion slots.
I have tons of laurels, commandatios and relics to buy it, but this time I just convert my old MF set:-) About infusions its my lazines to set proper ones in builder but you can make same stats for off/def slots there are just different recipes.

Well those runes are lame, bugged and will be fixed probably soon so I dont even try think about some build with them:-)

With the firearms trait you sit at 93% burning – why not swap in a giver’s pistol and cap it at 100%? Gets additional duration to all of your burns, you need a flat amount (So 93% on kitten burn will still last 9s, whereas 100% will be 10s – an additional 870 or so damage). Just a thought. Looks nice, man.

You have 60% might duration so if you have constantly FT equiped and switch every 10s to pistol → medkit and back to FT

This is the build I’m currently running, I honestly feel grenades are better in every way and in every situation. You don’t need all that burning running p/p as between rocket kick, blow torch, and incendiary ammo you are going to have 100% burning uptime. Grenades give you an aoe snare and one the strongest bleeds in the game. Just my 2 cents, but I much prefer them and unlike flamethrower they can be used upclose/midrange/or long distance.
I tried this one (just vigor instead protection) too but its not fit my playstyle. I am sure it will also works great:-)

Interesting build. A couple of points:
1. This seems terrific for small engagements. In larger fights however retaliation is going to destroy you.
2. If you are going to go for mostly smaller engagements I would go for Celestial gear over Dire. FT scales terrifically with power and crit and you gain a lot of that with celestial without losing too much survivability/condition damage. With higher cirt rates you can stack a lot more bleeds using FT1 to cover condition removal by some classes.
3. I would consider subbing out off hand pistol for a shield and then subbing out TK for an EG or another utility with condition removal, this will let you slot medkit easier and make might stacking a lot less hassle. The toolbelt heal is also pretty good as well.
1. Well there are not much builds what handle retaliation better. And due to large HP pool and toughness you have plenty of time to react and stop attaking.
2. Maybe its look like but its not FT build. FT is there only for Incediary Ammo, Air Blast and Smoke Screen. How you can lose survability with Dire against Celestial? Dire has much more vitality and toughness. Yes there is a bit healing power but Turret almost dont scale with healing power.
3. Toolkit for EG looks interesting I will look on that:-)

Hi guys I wanna show you my fresh new WvW solo/small scale roaming build. It was in my mind since new patch with Dire stats come out but I manage test it just yesterday (Afaik lvl 80 exotic Dire set comes only from CoE tokens right now) and it’s bit roflstomping. Dire stats + Noble runes are just wet dream of condi engineer.
(I added Corruption sigil into underwater weapon for build stat testing but count it as your backup pistol)
- I can describe this build as heavy condi bunker with great mobility and insane damage output with burning (other condis do also their part of damage:-)).
- You always have 25 stacks of Might and if you manage 25 stacks of Corruption you get almost 3k condi damage and also very decent 2k power damage, 60% condi and 103% (Well 100% is cap) burning duration. For example Blowtorch will tick 12s for 13k damage. If you manage Confussion from Static Shot and PryBar it will tick for 4k.
- Survability is just amazing you have tons of toughness and vitality (simply same as with good old Soldier gear), Rocket boots for escape but you know that all.
- 24% crit damage isn’t much but imo its enough. You haven only 2 minor traits what really use it and FT has so many fast on AA.. You always proc it.
- As usual there isn’t any rotation just use all that burning wisely and don’t unload it at once. Some combination like Static Shot->Magnet->Blowtorch->Prybar->Air Blast are pretty good. Thieves usualy burn and die on Confusion while trying pop up their heal/stealth:-)
- 10 Points in Alchemy is pretty much moderate, you can switch between protection, vigor or whatever:-)
- You can use MedKit instead Turret for even smoother Might stacking but you will have a bit worse condi removing.
I’m sure you can very easily make great Dire builds for grenades/bombs ect with simillar Noble/Battle/Enhance Performance Might stacking without HGH.

I dont love Bloodlust buff but its another story.
Ruins are perfectly designed for fights and covering strategies big thx to Anet for that. Lets rework whole maps and make them also more interesting not just big open fields.
It must be superfrustrating for coward servers like Vizuna where players even with equal number run behind gate and build a bilion ACs. Finaly are cowards forced to open battlefield fights. I saw here cry topics about no rewards and players who actualy fight instead a PvDing for rewards (How disgusting they fight each other!). I dont care about rewards. I will go do some PvE if I want money/karma/ect. I want kill players and for that are the ruins perfect!

Same mistake as Orbs. General idea of that middle area is great but stat rewards are wrong in many different ways. Why it must be stats? Why not something like more supply carrying capacity or something less gamebreaking than 150 to all stats..

I’d like a script than when I press 1 it start to throw grenade to my cursor position until I press 1 again, I don’t it to be a targeted skill, just throw the grenade so I don’t have to spam 112411111241111111
You can do that with Razer mouses for example but imo its much better do it manualy because engineer is about reactions not rotations.

Its starts be annoying. 10 PM and overflow in Cursed Shore not even boss or temple up. Its all because of that champion train zombies. Anet do something with that mindless thing.. Those chest from champs needs to be daily per account or something like that.
