Also a full cleric guardian here. Been on 2200+ healing power as well
Have pretty much the same except im running 0 0 30 30 10.
With my build i have a 100% uptime of regeneration on my party wich heals 400 per second with 2200 healingpower.
I’ll post my build here when i get home so you can see what i run but i have some questions for the OP.

1. I see that you are using the virtue of resolve passive for extra healing over time.
But don’t you need to use it a lot for a little burst heal +5 seconds regeneration and to remove conditions?

2. Why sigil of water? running full cleric myself i find my crit chance pretty low and sigil of water only has a 30% chance to activate on a critical hit.

3. What is your uptime on protection and regeneration without increase boon duration food? (Using all your skills so also mace and shield). I think running protection+ runes is good for a hammer build but not like this when you don’t give a lot of protection anyways.

If every weapon receives awesome particle effects.
Then they would rather have those than an ugly legendary…

Any updates on what builds you guys use?

Private servers usually have a hard time starting..
If you have a few guildmembers online you can join the server with a few, and more will come.
Once there’s a few players in it and people like the server with its rules it won’t die for a while.
On EU we have this server that’s running skyhammer and foefire with 10v10 all day long wich is pretty active.

There should be lots of groups doing the 10 daily.
You should be able to do those even with 0 AR.

I’m at personal 40 atm but no one is doing 39-47
I always have to join a 48 daily at the moment :p

Range the tree instead of going into that room.
Try to aggro as few spiders as possible or noone at all if you can.

Yea when i played yesterday i noticed my regen healed for 380 per tick so i’m almost there. Why isn’t there a decent healing power backpack QQ

And i never said i only heal for a couple thousand.
mace every 3rd hit , mace 2 , shield 5 , staff 2 , staff 4 , virtue of resolve , dodge rolls
And then you still have your heal, utlities and elite.

It’s just that i’ve always been the healer in any mmo and i want to do the same in gw2 even though it’s not that much needed as in other games. I still enjoy it a lot and so does my group.

But i still want to try a guardian build where i do lots of dmg but also give lots of might to my group for easy stuff. But still unsure about what gear i want for that.

If you don’t have enough time to play everything then just don’t?
I’ve been away for a week (holidays) and now that im back home to work from 9 to 5 i can enjoy little bits of the content every evening.

No one is telling you that you must play the content.. I’m sure there will be something after august that you are able to enjoy.

I’ve never known why people want to kill the mobs before Maw.. i’ve never gotten anything good from them..
The Norn were indeed nerfed once and dropped nothing but they seem to be dropping items again since some time.. In guild runs we still kill them.. But i haven’t been higher than lvl 40 yet so no idea how strong they become later on :p

Same with the norn in the snow fractal.
Once you beat the ice elemental theres 3 groups of norn and their pets.
They drop good loot too and t6 mats but everyone is skipping them…

I’m a full healing power / support guardian in pve for half a year now i think.
I find it working very well and helps me and my allies a lot.
Almost perma regeneration on all allies that heal for 350-400 a tick.
And the instant heals heal for a huge load too.
And lots of boons from shouts and virtues

I’d like to know this as well.
They look pretty cool

Lol we finally get something challenging and you can’t do by spamming auto attack and people complain…

But for the ones that want to do it easy.
We just stood with 3 people behind the cannons and pulled plunderers to us to kill them. (guardian gs pull, necro pull, warrior for dps) Also chill, cripple, guardian stakitten etc.
Run a little further on the island so you lose aggro again to kill the next plunderer without adds. In the end you might lose a few gold because so many plunderers spawn.
But you should be able to do it this way.

oh god no.. why would you even want first person for jumping puzzles. The camera is fine and when you do the jp a few times you know where to jump anyways.

I like trolling people and zerging people that qq about zerg in a 10v10 spvp server.
Also it is why the EB jp is so much fun. i can stay there for a whole day to pvp especially now they have these pve achievements there ;d

I like the map and with some tweaks it could be a nice tpvp map.
Need build templates soon now so we can change between builds easily.
Another idea i had in mind was add another floor underneath the glassplates so you dont insta die but just need some time to walk back up again.

It’s obvious you can’t just play with the same skills in this map as in others.
You’ll be needing some more stability and cc.

Tpvp has the same map for a few days so i could just change it all for just those few days.

But for the spvp map rotation you can’t just easily change your build between the matches.

They can not promise bosses wont 1 shot players because if someone would unequip all his gear and go fight a boss he would still get 1 shot.
Having no thoughness or vitality will get some players 1 shot as well.
What would be the point of vitality and thoughness stats if you don’t need those anywhere in the game..
You can’t just run full berserker anywhere and expect not to get damage.

1.50 of a bleed dmg if you move..
How many condition thiefs and condition mesmers do you see in the game lol..

I have no idea what smite is but..
Try picking a server from the list rather than clicking join now.
Just pick one having like 14/20 players and you’ll be fine most of the games.

Try to do Jumping puzzles as fast as possible.
Need to get a little higher with fractals as well. (only at 31 at the moment)
And currently leveling a norn warrior, Just found out Ogres are awesome creatures

I hardly play WvW, only rank 3 there i think

I do like sPvP and tPvP a lot.
Trying lots of crazy builds too like condition warrior or bunker thief etc.

Currently leveling 2 characters that are fast at moving.
I have a guardian and mesmer lv80 and i am pretty fast at some jp’s
But i feel that thief or warrior can be even faster.

There’s some stories going on about other rewards coming for glory points.
But untill then the only way to get little money is to spend your glory on dyes :p

First day these boxes came i spend about 400k karma and got like 1,5 gold.
Your drops sound completely normal to me.

First few things that came in mind were:
The emperor title.
Collect all minipets
All legendaries or any other special weapon skin for that matter.

They just need the same system as in gw1.
Report for inactivity and the leaver/afker wont be able to join a game for some time

There’s indeed 3 full sets in the gem store that you can convert to pvp
Profane, Krytan and the Primeval set.
I got em all 3 since im trying to fill up my pvp locker as much as possible.
Pretty much the collector type of guy :p

The only thing i do there is farm
I enjoy killing people in spvp and when i want to win i’ll go tournament.

I’m only doing spvp/tpvp so daily is really easy to do every day

I’d give all my baubles for finishers

I do this a lot on sunday too.
It’s pretty much the only day i have time for long pvp sessions.
It was too late before i noticed i hadn’t even done pve daily yet
(when u werent able to get laurels with pvp daily yet)
Spvp is pretty fun with all the rabbits ;D

I agree with the quickness nerf even though it made my 100b warrior bad :l
Now that they nerfed quickness they can look at how powerfull (mainly) elementalist and guardian bunkers really are and nerf those or boost other classes
