It appears your Trading Post guy is selected to be hidden.

• Open your World Map.
• In the bottom left is an icon that looks like an eye, click it.
• Re-check the boxes that relegate whether the Trading Post is displayed on your map.

This is not the case, I would not have posted if I hadn’t checked this first. They show in all other cities, and I have all boxes ticked.

Is that she was really Zhaitan all along and the one killed by the Pact was nothing more than an illusion. It was all part of her nefarious plot to bring important heroes and representatives of all races together to eliminate them. This spirals out into a chain of events:

1) Logan’s Quest
Sexually confused over his attraction to Queen Zhaitan, Logan Thackeray questions everything and runs away again.

5) Trahearne saves the day through his remarkable powers of prediction.

Glad someone thought to bring this up because I’ve been noticing the change as well. Particularly in dungeons my norn will constantly say things like ‘See that? I did that!’

Or ’I’m amazing!’

I really quite like it, though I can’t quite pin point what’s triggering it.

Both of those 2 likely play when you use a combo finisher on a combo field.

Meh, got the LS titles but they just show I was there somewhere, I keep my Dungeon Master title on throughout all my characters, I feel like it’s the only one that displays an actual achievement.

Well whaddaya now, today I did Arah as I always do, and I paid attention to this part specifically.

I was thinking about this exact thing yesterday. Even shared the idea in guild chat, would love it if there were slightly altered versions of them (HP only, just so it doesn’t take 10 minutes solo.). Would love to have instant access to fighting Lupicus, Alpha or any other boss for that matter.

That’s strange. In the english version she says something along the lines of “Such a titanic creature leashed to Zhaitan’s will.” She is also called Warden Illyra in the english version…

This has been bugging me for a while now. I didn’t really get the face completely right, the chestplate is inverted and the skin color is off, and now this too :x

Entropy. Genesis. Magmaton. Corrupted Sledgehammer. Icebreaker. Orrian Smasher (this one’s a bit… different). Priory’s Hammer.

Not trying to have a “correcting” tone here, but I tried to list some you might like based on your complaint. I do agree the hammers should be more bulky and have bigger heads in general.

It’s been confirmed by ANet that she is indeed the announcer, don’t know about harpies though.

She was SUPER easy on a sword/pistol thief. dares she try to charge ANYTHING up, just headshot her. No defiant so you can do this anytime you want. and spam pistol whip in her face when you drag her into her pools.

Uuh, those poses and sounds (I get what you mean) were in the game since it was released. Atleast for me. It’s just that we have one that’s more common than the other.

She has sort of a catchy personality, would be nice to know more about her, but she just seems to be another Whispers Agent. I also run CoE a lot and I think I know like all of her lines now (i have the most obsolete ability to remember NPC/player quotes automatically, all of them..)

Yeah, I think p2 would be the best option.

I’m wondering how they went about this video – was it based on ingame then tarted up or pre-rendered seperately? Just because the Shatterer’s and Tequila’s landing is almost identical to the animations in-game but far more ‘droolage’

They just recorded it with max settings, which you probably aren’t used to playing.

Their landings COMPLETELY identical, it’s just max settings and the camera angles that make it “droolage”

I would like for every character you like or start growing on in the story to NOT die (Tybalt, Tonn, Zott).

Then, of course, I would get rid of the emotionless weed that is Trahearne. Both of my wishes would bring significant changes to the story I suppose.

And finally, rework the Zhaitan fight from a fireworks show into an actual fight.

The only part of Flame and Frost I enjoyed was the Facility, and Secret of Southsun was pretty meh. I thoroughly enjoyed all parts of the Sky Pirates though, and the Bazaar is nice.

Despite this, I would also still like a thought out expansion rather than constant updates.

Evon did not pickpocket you, you vouluntarily spend money on it if you bought them :x. Unless you gained them from some other source, where they are still, as mentioned, products of the BLTC.

I couldn’t help but notice while doing Cursed Shore and Arah, that the Risen have waaaaaaaay better warhorn sounds than the players are given. It sounds much more cool, and a bit deeper/darker, I believe it’s used by Risen Devastators (I think that’s their name in Cursed Shore) and the Risen Hunters inside Arah.

Can warriors/rangers have these on their warhorns, please :C?

Just one species/gender combination has dozens of hours of voice dialogue, covering every line they can possibly speak in their personal story, dungeons, and in the world.. and then on top of that those voice actors have to voice any future stuff as well for consistency. There are five species, each with both genders playable, so that’s ten different voice actors voicing dozens of hours of dialogue each… and you think it’s in some way practical or realistic to expect several alternatives for each combination? Yeah, that would be a terrific use of budget.

And don’t compare dozens of hours of dialogue to a total of three minutes of NPC dialogue in every stage of the Living World content.

Ok, then; Lets take a look at none-MMO game series. How many hours of dialogue do you think those Voice Actors have to put in?

… and in how many non mmo games do you get to choose which voice your character has? I don’t see your point, the player character VAs do just as much job as in gw in other games, or close to that. You’re asking for multiple voices of a SINGLE character, and you compare it on a normal voice act for a player character that’s the same in GW.

The answer is pretty straight forward: not enough money to pay all of the voice actors that would be required for this.

If they didn’t have enough money; they wouldn’t continuously bring back Voice Actors to voice new content in Living Stories. They don’t have to get new Voice Actors; some of the current ones would suffice.

Voicing player characters is so much more TONS of work that the living story characters. There is a gigantic difference, certainly. Not to mention they might have just been in a different situation back then.

If those ascended weapons and armor are even near the cost of the current ascended things you can upgrade/buy with ecto and what not, I’m going to cry. It was all fine and dandy for me until I came to that part >.>

And it’s going to take forever to gear out 3 frequently used 80’s, particularly if the materials are time-gated.

Tybalt’s face IS a unique shape/type, obviously, so you won’t really be able to get close to it. You could try with the given suggestions, but I don’t think it’ll turn out similar :p.

This was terrific news for me to, although I’m not sure if the thought of the Firestorm/Berserker duo, and more importantly, MAI TRIN with agony amuses me or scares me :x.

I just wanted to say thank you. I found this extremely hilarious and catchy from the first day I did the event. I don’t know why I like it so much, it’s just so… lol.

And nice of you to remember that, they really should try with them too, but don’t think that griffon/hyena/whatever will make that much of a difference, since Fire eles actually do the magma field :P.

There’s an event where Aetherblades come raid the supplies near the Sky Docks. Was very annoying actually as it was spamming last night, many vets and many champs.

Really? The only supply raid I thought existed was the one where Krait raid the supplies at the Bazaar Docks.

Yeah, actually. There’s also the Superior Rune of Divinity that’s sky high in price on the TP, but I never knew anyone who used it.
