so i thinking it be cool if there rune set that counter Combo building. such as hammer warrior using chain stun to build up powerful combo. or perma cloak thief
thief would just lose initiative if they fail to cast a skill.
Tilt would be a new condition type 10% chance to skill failing when cast " if skill fails it goes on cd" can also fail weapon swap
1 piece = 2% bonus dmg when above 50% hp
2 piece = 3% bonus toughness when hp is above 75%
3 piece = 3% bonus dmg when above 50% hp
4 piece = 5% chance on attack to cuase “tilt” 5 second duration
5 peice = 3% bonus vitality when hp is above 75%
6 piece = on intrup cause “tilt” 10 second duration

A be you place a siege at back of it so like a moving arrow cart
B for a second person can use a cannon use ice field slow people down from getting close to it
C person moving the wagon for you. wagon movement speed be based on half of players movement.
so wagon cost 50 supply to build
cannon cost 20 supply
+ random siege x supply
wagon have 50k hp if wagon is destroy. the siege built on the back of it will fall to the ground.
wagon can not be used in the water. i thinking the superior version of a wagon could be a boat simpler idea expect it float in the water. you have engine for someone to control with.

Pretty simple suggestion i would like to see number when i hit a supply depot to know exactly how much supply i am draining from the camp. : )
im just going to suggest my view on traits that should not be changed.
Critical Strikes 15 – Opportunist. Increased trigger chance to 50%. Increase cooldown from 1s to 5s.
this one require thief to attack to build meter there no bs of cloaking waiting for meter to build up thief risking his life to gain meter.
Acrobatics IX – Quick Recovery. Reduced initiative gain from 2 to 1.
this one should be moved to minor if changed to 1. there many good acro traits but if this is only giving me 1 regen it should not be a major.

outside of that everything else i do not really care about it ok changes wont overall change anything.
with the release of traveler runes. does anyone else just feel like thief move rather slow compare to most classes these day. do not get me wrong thief still fast just feel like there not king of movement anymore that mainly what anet wanted to make thief be a really fast class. mostly just talking about WvW.

i thinking of a new acrobatics adept/master trait.
Movement skill on thief are 25% farther. by that i mean Disabling shot and Withdraw leap you back 33% farther and heart seeker + death blossom would leap you 33% farther forward.
so if you look at heart seeker you go from 450 to 562 and we apply swiftness to this bonus 33% movement be a grand total of 747
death blossom = 130 to 162 with swiftness 215
Disable shot = same heart seeker
Withdraw = same as heart seeker

Trap name : corrupted trap
Effect: when under the debuff of corrupted boons any boon trigger or already active will be flip to a random condition type and duration of the boon.
Might would only trigger bleed or torment. well all other boons would be random. meaning if you had 25 might have a 50-50 chance of it switching to 25 torment or bleed.
Corrupted boons Duration last 30 seconds(does not stack will not reapply till first effect is gone). Trap condition damage is based on player who set it.
Cap at 150 boons burst trap all player hit by the debuff have 10 chrages of corrupted boons on them for 30 seconds. meaning if htey use a boon well they have the charge on them they get flip to con dmg max hit is 20 players.
this idea is help counter against zerging : )

i like the idea of new Orb mech but i do not like how it update every 2 minutes if it fallow the rank update the orb every 12 minutes. i would much rather have it that way. that way you have a prime focus at 5 minutes to focus on your orb power up then 7 minutes to focus on maintaining your maps.
i also like it if there was some kinda guard blocking it with superior buff if “this change” was to happen that way if your a roamer you be doing your sever good even if a zerg comes they can not just flip it because of the buff.
give the guard 4m buff. so you cap him at 4minutes he respawn at 1minute you cap at around 3m 30 seconds guard respawn at 1minute then zerg cant steal the point from you.
that just my thoughts on how to make orbs have a more impact in WvW then current system.
i am sure this system work fine on T1 and T2 sever but for everyone else it currently kinda unfair.

i thinking focus need more love in WvW. so what if we gave Swirling wind remove cloak from thief / mesmer and deal X dmg to them. not reveal them just remove them from cloak. so people that play like spam cloak build keep taking x dmg be a hard counter to that style. : ) ?

D/D is stronger but require support to play right.
D/P is weaker but require no support to play right.
that simply do to trait roots. overall D/P is stronger simply because it require them to be foolish to lose with it. well D/D can lose simply because you cant stay in cloak.

Gain quickness by 60% chance attunement to Fire or Air critical gains 5 seconds of quickness. 10 CD take 25% more dmg well under the effect of quickness.
so in order to trigger this skill you have to have 15 points in to an element that deal dmg when you Attunement to it so that Fire or Air. to be able to even trigger the trait.

i think it would be cool if mini could auto loot for you. anyone who played WvW knows how annoying it is to kill a zerg spend 15 minutes trying to find your loot bags.
with anet always releasing higher gear stat people starting to achieve these crazy bunker build and insane regen build that cool i am all for that. but i think the DR should be thought about being raised for stacking toughness and precision to lower the style of play. to lower physical dmg reduction + crit rate.
this should not effect PvE no reason talking about Spvp here gear set never changing.

please update the commander tag color or add option to reset the blue player color because i cant see kitten on the mini map anymore as the blue team. see like a billion treb built on the map and this tiny little blue that only SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SHADE OF BLUE on the minimap. i do not like sign on to the forums just rage about this stuff but this need to be fix.
i understand the update was for colorblind player that great for them but player that should not effect players that can see colors.
i disagree auto swing is time wasted not being able to attack your target making weapon that have faster attack animation beter match up against blind. now it just well kitten it all try hit a thief 2 times in a row gl with that with out taking dmg.

i think it would be cool if every tittle we got give 0.5% – 1% bonus WvW exp. so say your a legend you gain 7.5% – 15% WvW exp. basically more time you put in to 1 hero on WvW easier it become. : )
you are wrong rune set give 5 confusion and trait give +4 confusion = 9 on intrup. and i agree a build like this alone would probably not do very well if you had say a nerco with you probably combo nicely nerco could be throwing on his torment you could be building your bleeds confusion.

CnD is fine if it was to fast it just be to easy to win as thief honestly.
PvE is a lot harder to back stab then PvP because a lot of monster have animation that auto track you in cloak turning them around.
