@Burl, I’m referring to PuGs in one zerg. JQ basically can only hit one map at a time in SEA, with the exception of a small/decent sized [Ge] group in EB. Even Waha mentioned how SoR has a large SEA population.

The answer is yes on all 3 counts. My main playtime is oceanic which overlaps with sea, but I regularly play through sea timezone. As someone who has played for all 3 servers, Ive seen all 3 tick for over 400ppt for hours on end (the whole timezone). The full week I played for SOR we were ticking high 400s. But there is one major difference I have found with SOR’s sea coverage from that of JQ’s and BG’s and that is that the SOR population on this timezone is fickle. The big difference is essentially that JQ has WAHA and FOO and BG has MERC which does a lot of overtime and number of ~25-30 SEA guilds. Essentially I would argue that SOR has more players during this timezone but less organization, structure and consistency.

As I am in touch with the guilds in SOR Asian Prime, I need to clarify this. NYS did 4 GvGs last week (BG and TC guilds). And pretty much no GvGs prior that except for 1 or 2.
But yes, the guilds SONG, SAHP, NYS plus very small Asian guilds work in 1 BL most of the time. For some reason we don’t have a lot of Asian militia hence our recruitment thread.
I can extend the offer for you Vash to visit SOR Asia for 2 weeks to take a look yourself. All expenses paid. /totallyserious
How big is big for you? I’ve been in SoR for a long time, and I can assure you they turn up all the time. NYS is just usually GvGing, and these guilds usually work together in 1 borderland. You might not have noticed them.

The fact that you can fit every SoR SEA guild into one map goes to show they aren’t that big individually as guilds.
They just work very very well together. SoR SEA is like the marines(small and elite working together). BG SEA is like the army(generally large and decently trained overall). JQ SEA is……like the Air Force(they’ll just bomb the kitten out of your structures).

ZombieLand runs a WvW tag and a sizeable force they are. We have a few “newish” guilds such as RATS, Noah, etc but these are made up of existing playerbase just running new tags for training and more importantly revigourating the players.
If you think we somehow gained a ton of folks then I am sorry to dissapoint you. Alot of what you see are the same folks or folks coming back. Its quite possible we have got a bunch of small guilds/solo’s recently since we hit full but its difficult to track that and it could just as easily be Anet playing with the caps again

That was actually a legitimate statement… we only gained Zombie Land [WvW] since out last matchup.

As for whoever just mentioned not knowing what’s going on with Blackgate, it definitely has to do with our things getting upgraded by the enemy, waypointed, and defended by queue-sized forces. We shouldn’t have lost them in the first place, but yeah. Morale is down and we obviously don’t have our usual numbers. The internal drama comment is not true.

Haha you’re so ridiculous. You can try to pretend there’s no 2v1 going on but when both other servers are literally standing next to each other it becomes less of an excuse and more of just a fact.
That’s fine though. The same thing happens every time JQQ comes back up to T1 from being punked down to T2. They come up, fired up, focus on BG with SOR for a few weeks and BG drops in rankings. Eventually JQQ grows a pair and attacks SOR only to tumble ever downward back into T2 because without the SOR team up they can’t hack it in T1. This has gone on forever now and has been happening as long as the Henge of Denravi days.

Your post is quite confusing I’m a little lost as to what you are referring to. Sound’s like your a bit angry though. It’s not hard to understand why we are pushing BG. Their stuff is paper everything SoR has is tier 3 and has a bajillion people hiding in it.

By natural 2v1, I mean that we have 2 servers here who need to beat BG. SoR because they are SoR and JQ because they desire 1st and they are rejuvenated from their lower tier journey. Why would you not focus on Blackgate if you were either enemy server?
Not to mention that SoR really seems to be pushing out the forces this week. Training must be over, I suppose. Maybe our server will make a harder push tomorrow.

We did a little bit of overtime this week but thats only our eu (IRON) helping SEA out unlike your overtime where you go into every pve zone possible and spam to get into wvw on your STRONGEST timezone.. kinda pathetic tbh, showing how weak MERC are

Not true! I entered the game 1,5 hours ago and it took me HALF AN HOUR to get from the black citadel to the crown pavillion (only used the waypoint and the door to the pavillion) before I could walk (my charactre seemed to emerge after 20 minutes, but She ahd no body and only on the minimap I could see my walking progress..
The loading issue was not that severe. Half an hour loading screens was basically unheard of… this seems to be an issue on your part. You did know that the graphics options were reset in the maintenance, right? You may have yours set to settings that are significantly higher than your computer can handle.
Thanks ANet for fixing the loading screen issue. I was one of the people who posted here having a problem with longer than usual loading screens and it was fixed after the last patch.

You have to laugh at people who bring up the Sacrx/RG fight to put a guild down. RG beat all who stepped up to them, and most of the people who use the put down never dared face them themselves. The likes of Vash and Rigel are just mad because they get steamed rolled (as vash’s picture clearly proves).
Yes vash IRON may field more as a guild but its not a problem when you can outnumber us with players total is it? We are very often outnumbered, and we man up and dont run to the forums QQing and taking pics about it.

No, seriously though, I saw you bragging and wanted to show you exactly what you have in wvw compared to the other guilds that you smack talk. You’re talking about being “outnumbered” to someone who fights you every day. I know what I see. :P
Nevermind, the issue is not fixed. Lol. It was just for that moment. Something really is up with the GW2 graphics because I have some options at optimum (that my computer can support) and this is what I see. Blurred scenery in the distance and I can hardly make out what is going on down the road. This has never been an issue before and I’m not liking it.
Also, sometimes it takes awhile after switching settings to load its effect fully.
The LOD distance is something I actually changed to High (from low). I did this in hopes to fix my issue, but I’m unsure how much of an impact it really has.
Edit: I first typed that I changed LOD distance to medium, but it is actually changed to High now. Along with Environment.
