PSO2’s (Phantasy Star Online 2) is very good, but its anime and doesn’t quite fit here. Yet the menus and stuff are very robust, yet, easy to use (after translating from Japanese of course!)
I have everything cleared but Arah. And I have a zerker set. I used it to burn down bloody prince in under 20 seconds with 4 others.
Also, I play for others not myself. Playing for myself will certainly get stuff done, but it won’t win any hearts and minds in an already perceived terrible community. I make more money flipping and selling on TP everyday than anything (made 70 g in one day once). I play for fun and doing what you suggest is not fun to me as its not challenging. Maybe its why I put up with that play style for a bit as I actually enjoy working on hard stuff like a legendary (or two). Means to an end to change my play style on a whim. As I know I can be an elitist and stomach it. I been one in other mmos.
I won’t have a good guild atmosphere if I even act that way though.
Aerlen is right. They are the worst people in any MMO community. I was known as the self proclaimed PSO Veteran on Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst for a reason. I wasn’t very nice to new players… I’d throw old gear at them and leave the area, talk bad about them behind their backs, voice my disdain when they do something wrong or have to res constantly (I played a magic class), yet I’d make helpful guides and expect everyone to play that way on those guides. I wasn’t neither nice nor helpful, and I felt bad after a while.
Aerlen, if you want to do stuff at a proper and more engaging pace find me… I’ll be glad to map or enjoy content over if it helps you.

Ok so.
1. You hate elitists but you want to join their speed clear parties
2. You want toughness and vitality added to zerker gear because you want high rewrd and low risk
3. You want to kill everything
1. I do but, at the same time, I had to join them out of necessity. I was just more shrewd than them (knew what to say and not to say) and actually know what I’m doing. I’ve been in non-elitist speed clears before. Speed Clearers and elitists are not synonymous. Same went for GW 1 and PVX builds and those that speed cleared and accepted anyone with half a brain. Speed Clear just removes all challenge and promotes mindless one-sided play like zerging. The hardest thing is wvw orr and s/pvp now. I wish I had a better rig for both pvp modes .I run pvt armor + zerker tinkets actually.
2. I do just fine in any gear as I know pretty average how to use ele, the hardest class in both games hands down.
3. Who doesn’t? I don’t leave a single foe alone even in queens dale or any map. Its why I have average 16-30 g on me at all times. Things add up.

Visit TC then. I need to do a lot of Arah and other dungeons for stat types for my engi and guard.
Adding vit or tough to zerker will make it usable by new players being kicked to the curb by the elitists. Right now, no one does dungeons as it is all zerg/warrior only and not everyone wants to go through that. I’m planning to actually do things the old fashioned way for them, an alternative. It may take 1-4 hours (fighting each mob and not skipping and using intelligent play and actually using the game’s mechanics+ CC where it matters, etc.), but at least they learn rather than, “Wear zerker and get thrown to the wolves!”
If you are so skilled, you don’t need the vit and it will be ignored anyways as you dodge and kite everything skillfully. As it stands currently, we need a short term solution to feel included into the zerker scene and vit or tough as a 3rd minor stat will help with that despite what anyone here says.
That’s the thing Keiel. I don’t see any non- “zerkers only” non speed-clear dungeon groups and I am the type of person that wants to experience the game and the challenge of trying to fight through a dungeon without skipping and dying because of a failed skip because I can’t move as fast (be it lag or connection or wrong class).
Also on the other side of things, I want to teach new players to play the game not the stats, so they do not fell intimidated and quit like we see in this game now. Its those that don’t want to play the stats that hate dungeons, they only believe its just a stats game now and this not fun.
I as a player do pretty well with the speed runs regardless (unless its TA). Did a lot of those for COF to get my two Gifts of Baelfire.
Hate to say it atse, if you can’t kill the boss with nothing else than zerker, on any class even, you obviously don’t know your class. I really can’t say anyone else here does either. No one should really talk unless they have valid solutions with out any bias.
And on that point, I was suggesting in another similar threadto this that maybe anet should make 4 stats gear after lv 66 and has the same stats as we have now at 80 but an extra stat that complements the weakness of each stat set.
Like critical on pvt (5% or less), or vit on zerker (76 or less)?
Well I’m not saying change it for the worse. Leave the stats for the first three distributions untouched. But add a defensive stat to it like vitality. As critical damage has no benefits beyond critical damage. Its like MF gear (but more useful) but high risk. You’re sacrificing a stat right now as it is and unskilled players can’t play without dying all the time because people want all zerker or gtfo.
This extra stat will help more casuals and less experienced players with zerker play and the experienced dodges and kiters in zerker can just play as normal with the extra defense stats being useless to them with no change to the old distribution.
Lets say you had a Chest armor exotic lv 80, Its stats are zerker:
old zerker:
101
72
5%
New one: you get an extra minor stat at 66+ these will be the lv 80 stats.
101 Power
72 Precision
5% Crit Damage
72 Vit
If anet likes the idea, then you get what you want and they get what they need. better for everyone and no need to refund anything as you say.
A solution would be to change stat distribution all together. Have lv 66+ gear get an extra stat. The stat brackets should made to 1 (1-25), 2 (26-50), 3 (51-65), and 4 (66-80) different stats. A few ascended gear has 4 stat types on them already.
Berzerker would be now Barbaric:
Power, Precision, Critical Damage, Vitality.
And lv 51-65 will be the old zerker.
And maybe by extension, add a new defensive stat or some new beneficial counter balance stat (maybe smaller then the other 3) to every current stats type with a new name for 66-80 gear.
Anet doesn’t hate farming. They hate farming that awards negative play and game values.
The champ train did that as evidence in Queendale map chat at the sheer negativity between those that train and those that don’t and new players that are lead away from the real game and led to believe champ farming is the only way to play GW 2 while missing out on the true experience and exploration that GW 2 offers.
I still haven’t been able to get a good honest group for Arah paths 1-4 (LFG is not used or even looked at by others) because no one does it in favor of the easy life style of champ farming. Between playing the TP and the champ farms, I have nothing else to do for money.I already realize its bad behavior, but if you can’t beat them, join them right?
The only issue I have with your comment is to me, it seems subjective as to what positive and negative play values are.
I don’t, and have never, thought it a good idea to put the money in one place. You juxtapose champ farming with wanting to run Arah, and put that on a pedestal as (without explicitly saying it, I suppose) as a ‘positive play value’. And that’s fine, that is what ‘you’ perceive as a positive play value and experience.
I do not enjoy dungeons. I find the social pressures and experiences over the years be much the same as your characterization of people who are champ farming, as you perceive them. That’s also fine, but it’s your own perception that it’s a negative play value.
I’m just the opposite.
As for “…missing out on the true experience and exploration that GW 2 offers”, that IS the point, and thank you!
But to me, that means that ‘all’ these things should reward the same money, so there is no ‘best way’:
1. DEs
2. Champs
3. World Events
4. Dungeons
5. Fractals (w/ some obvious exceptions, as that whole experience was ‘designed’ as a bit of an ‘off in the corner’ vertical progression for those that enjoy that sort of thing).
6. WvW
7. Selling on the TP
8. ???If everything rewarded the same money, T6 mats, crafting mats, whatever it was you needed to work towards whatever it is you wanted, then there would be no ‘best way’, and you wouldn’t see CoF P1 runs, and champ runs, and whatever. It would just be a mix of everything. Which would be great!
Today, I choose to make my ‘n’ money per hour in dungeons.
Today, I choose to make my ‘n’ money per hour with DEs.
Today, I choose to make my ‘n’ money doing WvW.As long as that is the goal, and that is what they are striving for, then I’m all for it.
I should have been more clear then as positive play to me is helping others as a party of 2-5 in all content and teaching them to play and not, “Here have some zerker gear and zerg with us to 80!”, or skip trash mobs in a dungeon path without any knowledge of mechanics or your class and you dying because you can’t keep up through the constant running away from elites, and whatever is going on now— like in Queensdale, no cooperation, just zergs and complaints in the chats when things are killed too fast or before the massive group gets there. I for one like to get things done achievement-wise (arah 1-4) but at the same time getting another to progress along with me (someone new to the game or thing in question I’m willing to do with them). If you don’t like dungeons maybe you can learn to like them if someone like me or another offers a better experience (no skips, intelligent play, less armor breakage) to do them? I’m not forcing you, I can always find another group.
Negative play is the things I described as not being helpful to the community at large and more selfish.
All orders can enter there. They are the only order that allows this.
My characters IC (rp) and myself see him as a total pervert and he thinks he can get some.

That makes sense then. Thanks Konig! Always helping us out with lore. You’re the best!
They were posted today in Lions arch and are real costumes.
The school girl outfit and the paper bags and the swimsuits there were announced/leaked and never came out! They are in the gw2.dat for crying out loud! and all those releases ended without them showing up at all.
What my title says… Where are these outfits?
If you don’t want to finish them with F (or whatever keybind you have), destroy their downed bar with your zerker build. Plain and simple! I usually destroy their down states with my attacks as an ele anyways. But it does make the game harder and we need that!
No tap 1 and done.
No we are talking about the blue orb the krait had in that area which staved off all corruption. The Krait there in Mt. Maelstrom turned to risen Krait after we took the blue orb away in Personal Story. Now they are Normal Krait again with a few toxic Krait transformed by the “super serum” properties of the toxins Scarlet made guarding the obelisk shard. I doubt the Krait could get back into the waters when the story stated, that the water was so corruptive, you’d die instantly and become risen just by talking a dip (for the player that means, you’d be defeated in one touch).
Goes to show I am starting to agree with a lot of people here. Anet is ruining the existing lore and old lore with scarlet. Its not a bad LS over all, its just this part irks me enough to only use it for achievements now.
Anyone else get a little upset that we the players did all that work to get a blue orb from the krait in our personal stories only to have the Krait return to Mount Maelstrom and repopulate their towers?
When we took that orb they all got corrupted and became risen, now they are not risen and able to stay there unharmed? Granted Zhaitan’s dead by now, but they could get get corrupted by the energies that are there still. It should be harder for the Krait to return than this. Maybe a transition phase or something? Too late now I suppose. what is done is done.
If its mouse wheelable, even better.
I actually want the prices to rise… being scarcer is better! I sell all my mats now anyways.
The zergs are out of hand, don’t get me wrong, they are great for champs( I can’t solo those things) and mega bosses, but for things as intracate as bringing bombs to the mini spore towers or finding a mortar or golem, its nothing but lag and invisible mobs and objects.
Anet really needs to stop hurting the low end players such as my self.
Ha ha ha elite class of monster have been around but unnamed officially since launch. They are the silver border portrait monsters in dungeons and fractals, and they are counted as veterans (yet were stronger like advertised now) for dailies and monthlies.
I’m expecting an new category for these achievements as well? At least Anet went with the naming scheme the fans and players came up with in wiki.

Usually always A, B if I’m actually mapping on an alt. I enjoy doing them mostly. I still have to do last nights. I use the area killer ones (40 monsters in one area type) to add up to 40 kills in slayer categories. The rest comes naturally or are easy to get such as using world bosses for group event or champ train (event champs) for it and champ killer simultaneously. Dodger and interrupts are a pain (elementalists don’t dodge or interrupt well).
Abominations = avoid they can one shot you with 25 stacks of frenzy which grows in seconds. Everything else dies easily. Risen Nobles will chase you all the way across a map with their shadow steps of infinity. Only two I hate.
You either have to kill as a ghost or place in the top ten at least once. If you get a chest at the end of the round, you get progress. Try turning in items a lot and dodging ghosts attacks or hitting them as a group until they die, etc. There are many scoring categories, more as a ghost though.
Did the trebuchet in the mists testing area… no 83/83 still 82/83
Inqusition as well. Each chest has 600-1000 karma in it. You must place in top ten to get chests though.
I thought it was possible at one time, but was removed.
This is Yumi’s face she is very Asian looking.
So T2 gems and marks/talismans?
Heavy Skritt bag of Shinies or something (its in my thread https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/crafting/Suggestion-to-fix-silver-doubloons-issue) is worth 16 s or so per bag, only drops from skritt areas in wvw, and is the only high level option for silver doubloons.
My suggestion was by far the most comprehensive and also made uses for excess blood stone dust (new legendary ideas/new higher level doubloons)
Northern Shiverpeaks US
Use food.
15 characters.
You don’t “need” to do it for the meta.
Yeah actually now that I think about it I didn’t even grind out the 8 games because after 2 games I went to do something more fun.
I got a chest every time even as a villager for half the game. You need to turn in items to ghosts.
The chests are awarded for being a top scorer in a single category, whether you are a ghost or a villager. If you are a villager just keep turning in stuff. If you are a ghost use mad king a lot or get more kills or set more traps (and have them connect with villagers) than anyone.
Yeah I found a guy who was looking for stuff but none of the stuff he wanted was actually anywhere to be found. Then I hid in a corner until I got killed, then a second later the game ended.
That’s the point! Its never near the guy or girl that needs them (except maybe one or two) the ones you need are usually across the map adjacent opposite corner next to the other guy.
Girl that wants bones will have torches (and 2 bones) for girl across that needs torches, and girl that wants torches will have bones and webs (for guy that needs webs) and so on.

Two words, Lunatic Inquisition. Farm it for 600-1000 karma in small item chests for getting top ranks in certain categories. Not a hard game to play or win in.
First thing I ever I sold was an onion. Imagine that… I made Yumiko on head start then immediately got my tools and stuff and gathered an onion?
Look how cheep they were too! They are 608% (68 copper) more in value now!
First thing I bought was: Jute scraps. I was already working on tailor and was trying to get every recipe done. Now I don’t even do that, and just find the most efficient route from 1-400! The price dropped by half a year later too!
One time a patch bug made them salvageable with far better results too (yet far too costly vs benefit)! That was fixed, but this hasn’t?
A trident I bought for 99 cents (copper) was found to be not salvageable when i bring my mystic kit to it. It was a white (basic) lv 70 zerker stat one worth 40 copper merch value.
Devs please find a solution to this. There were other for 11+ silver (not that I’ll buy those) as well. Same type.

Its says on the box: T, Blood, Mild language Use of Alcohol, Violence.
Having the extra blood wouldn’t hurt seeing its already on the box descriptor.
it would be like the invulnerable function of that bubble in the fire shaman battle. You cannot attack you cannot get hurt and with teh above suggestion to make chat disabled as ,long as you have it on, you can’t spy or divulge info about the enemy either.
Because every server totally doesn’t have their own WvW teamspeak channel, right? No one does that anymore, right?
That’s the only caveat to this. You can’t control that one human factor involved.

I suggested in another thread as an alternative to this to let poi’s only be discoverable by approaching the gates of a tower or keep but have vistas left as is, make vistas the reward for actually getting into the enemy own place.
Yet that got shot down too by others on here.
Its a new update.
Well I ran around frost gorge and killed drakes and got nothing but a few eggs and a 3 t5 claws for no more than 10-30 minutes. Some thing is wrong in that map. I farmed Champs with the FG train and Jorlag and got better stuff and few rares and money.
I remarked in map chat, if I ran through FG on a fresh new toon that never set foot in FG, I’d probably get stuff from every kill with 100% or more in MF (which I have atm 75% + boosts/food)
Have you tried disabling those temples with other players? Guesting to a server that has that temple disabled? Used http://www.gw2state.com/temples.html (helps you see what temples are active or not also to find a server to guest to for Balthazar for obby shards) lately?
There are ways of doing this you haven’t even thought of yet. I’m glad to help you in this way though.
We have all these different tokens including fractals and the token exchange in fractals has obsidian shards available.
Not everyone likes to be pigeonholed into just doing one type of thing be it, Balthazar (Guaranteedfor karma), Orrian Jewelry Boxes (RNG), laurels (Guaranteed 3 for 3), Fractals (guaranteed), and Mystic clover recipe (change to get some back after using some), these are the only ways getting them. Since Fractals are a special case dungeon, shouldn’t all dungeons and their tokens be used to get obby shards as well?
