The second boss fight in the labyrinth was pretty bad. It was long and it was too easy. You didn’t have to avoid much, as the swarms pretty much was attached to your allies the entire fight. The rocks spiking you from the ground could be avoided by just sidewalking. You stood there sidwalking and nuking that big thing.
Wow. Such fight. Rather made him so hard people whined at this forum and it would be more fun.
I agree. We had two boss fights and the first one only being fun ,the last one in the labyrinth was too easy and long.
The only new lore we got was in the end with Caithe. That’s one thing.
they changed it, it now a achievement reward instead meaning you can only get it once
ArenaNet said they don’t want us to grind and now they force us to grind if we want the new armor set for all three armor types. I think that sucks major balls.
I always wanted a dragon tail on my charr.
So I played the latest story on my Warrior and I didn’t get the gloves you are supposed to get completing the story mission. I completed it on my thief and got it but not on my Warrior? With all the bug patches the latest day I thought you had fixed it.
This episode felt much shorter than the one before. Is it really shorter though?
In wardrobe when i use rifle skins i see The Hunter there. Bu I’m pretty sure I haven’t got The Hunter. If I did I would have sold it mostly likely and noticed it. The hell is going on? Do I have it somewhere on any of my characters without noticing or is it a bug?
I believe Rytlock met the gods just like Kormir did. They took his eyesight and became a “prophet”.
There’s a skillbar for Travel items but there is only 1 skill on it. There should be more skills, like a 3 second speed boost and more juicy stuff to make the Travel items more attractive and fun to use.
Mystic is a new tier in World of Warcraft and now this fanboy wants mystic in Guild Wars 2 as well. I don’t really know what this new mystic tier would prove as purpose.
I just had to respond to this i never ever played WoW ^^ been hooked to gw1 and 2 only. I did not know that this was in WoW it just came to me at work. This has no correlation to Wow what so ever just pure coincidence.
Ok. I ’m sorry then.
In early launch GW2 it was a blast to level in Tyria. But now? Hell no! Now it’s much more fun to be level 80. Why? Because when leveling now you unlock skills, weapon slots, content and features so slow it feels like your freedom is taken away, you’re bound to play a certain way and blocked from fun.
The new starter experience should be optional. At least how you unlock skills etc. Not the rewards though.

Tengu was supposed to be a playable race in like Alpha/Beta, but then got scrapped. There even are concept art with highly customizable models.
True. Could be a type of enchanter class, using heavy armor. I’d like to see more healing availability then though. Ritualist healer in GW1 was really fun.
As much as I like healing, I don’t want Ritualist to be the next class everyone kicks from their party because all it brings are heals. If healing is just an option, then sure, let it be a “healer”, but since the game wasn’t set up for having a “healer” let it do something else too.
Well of course it should be able to do everything else. But some classes are better than others in some things. Like Guardian is top tier support. Thief best single target damage. Etc.
Buy gems and convert to gold.
How is WAR between GUILDS a good story? We are lucky you’re not working on the story in Guild Wars 2. Seems like you just want to kill stuff.

I like the new bosses in the Living Story. Some of them didn’t let you damage them, so you had to destroy vortex to damage them. This really was a better fight for a tanky character and not a zerker. I hope your raid content will be like this ArenaNet. Some fights will be better for tanky characters, some for condi and other fights for zerkers and support.
It was nostalgic. I’ve missed DoA and other zones alike. The final boss fight was pretty fun!
This is the truest post on this forum. Hopefully ArenaNet will listen and make it more like GW1. Because GW1 was amazing and no one really cared what build you used, unless you did hardcore content or PvP.
Agreed. They should also incorporate the fact that Zhaitan is your father into the story.
That would be amazingu!
There should be lightsabers and the force in GW2. Asura inventing some new gadgets and we get some crazy lab where people get the force and also able to wield lightsabers.
Stack and kill adds fast.
It’s a programming error. Instead of “function load_halloween_2014()”, they did “function load_halloween_2013()”. An easy to make mistake, but it’s too late to fix it now. The 2014 content will be next year
What?
The same Halloween story from last year is still there for this year. Was there no intention to continue the story of the bloody prince? I don’t like it. ArenaNet seem very lazy and not very passionate. I doubt you want it to look like that.
All classes need more weapons for underwater. Elementalist only got one underwater weapon and it’s not always good.
Its very heartening to hear all your comments (so far).
In reality, my brother was the victim and I really have no idea why he was kicked except it was sudden and without warning (the guy admitted as much).
Everyone you need to read this bit before replying to the OP’s original post with verbal abuse.
Why? There’s no excuses for being an kitten.
So practise what you preach.
If you act in a bad manner and you won’t admit what you did wrong and you won’t beg on your knees for forgiveness. Then you need to teach that person a lesson, or that person won’t learn. No excuses. That person have to take the consequences.

ArenaNet. Where are you.
Realign your expectations with the idea that Arenanet will not be making a large expansion but will be adding to the game in incremental Living Story updates and you will be much happier with the outcomes. Just saying.
And you know this how?
Hybrid builds are good. Condi + Direct damage. Especially necro, mesmer and elementalists, but elementalists are worst on condi damage of the light armor classes.
Wings will most likely be a Back piece or it won’t release at all.
It would be nice to know how you will release your content ArenaNet, what your plans are to deliver the future of the game. How will the structure be?
My expactations
- Feature Updates (PvE, PvP, WvW)
- Living World (Story and lore)
- Expansions (Massive content with the main focus of a main enemy in the Living World)
So for example: Living World Season 2 has reached it’s near end and the expansion for season 2/3 is released.
The Magic Carpet and Riding Broom are really nice. However, I do have to open my inventory every time i summon it. If you can actually make a specific slot for Travel that would be amazing. Then you could assign it to any key and summon it with a click.
Thank you.
Well, you do grind after level 80 anyway, so what’s the deal? Rather give players prestige if they spend a lot of time. Casual players don’t need ranks or prestige.
You don’t rad this forum much, do you?
Most complains I read here is from casuals complaining that they need to grind to get the prestige stuff.About your suggestion, how those ranks would increase? Like I have 8 toons at lvl 80, if the rank up was by level individually they wouldn’t be high, but in general my account would have a high rank.
You have to earn prestige. You don’t get it by doing casual content.
I don’t think you know what casual means…
the content is the same for both… the only difference between a casual and a hardcore is the amount of time dedicated. How many hours a day do they play… Focus in game and how well they play is another different thing… (hardcores tend to play better because they practice more but its not a rule, casuals do hard content and some times even play better than hardcores).
The rank system is supposed to be after level 80. The ranks are for players who play GW2 long term and are loyal to the game.
As Evalia said. This rank system is not like adding level 90. The rank feature is for prestige, and you have to earn prestige, you don’t just get it. Prestige have to be a long term goal.
If anyone could get prestige, then it wouldn’t be prestigious.

It pretty much goes against with their casual-friendly policy, but many “prestige” things are behind immense gind-fest; so…

When you hit 80 there’s still stuff to do, you can progress by getting the ultimate armor and weapons, achievements and PvP. The progress of your characters levels and stats and skills stop though.
What if there were ranks after lvl 80? you could reach exotic, ascended and legendary ranks that would be prestigous. It would show that you really have played the game and spent time in it. What these prestigious things could be are not about doing more damage, or getting new skills that are more powerful.
So what would this prestigious feature allow?
Before i get into the stuff, higher ranks will earn you more amazing stuff.
Ranks
Exotic 1-3 (cool stuff)
Ascended 1-2 (cooler stuff)
Legendary (The coolest stuff in the game)
Symbols and colors
You will get symbols like a star or others next to your name and your name, title and guild color can be dyed in different colors.
Rank Emotes
Unique emotes for each rank.
One rank will summon a cannon that shoots you up in the air and when you land you splatter on the ground.
Rank Skills
Some current class skills will be different and more amazing or funny depending on your rank.
Rank Mounts
Each rank gives a unique mount. (Like with the Broom and Carpet it won’t increase movement speed)
These are some ideas for the rank system.
Everything is customizeble and you can chose to have it like standard.
No lag here. Maybe it’s your ISP or ethernet.
How is a sword/Shield warrior or guardian bad? they can be very good, especially in PvP.
Sword/Shield is not about doing a lot of damage. It has some CC, Defense and buffs.
The trading post is still there. It’s improved though.
UPDATE: Nvm. I got them back from the Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith]
I had a Riding Broom on my necromancer but now it’s not on that character anymore. Where did it go? I haven’t seen it for months.
1. Guild Halls are big hubs. There’s space for housing and stuff, so guildies can be your neighbours. There are crafting stations, farms for harvesting and other activities.
2. The Guild Hall can be themed differently and there’s a really wide customization options.
3. Other guilds or members of another guild or a friend can join your Guild Hall hub by being invited, but they can’t access your home unless your invited there too.
4. Factions. You can team up with other guilds for bigger events and social hubs.
So IRL me and my ex broke up a few days, we were about to get back together and then we started fighting again and now it’s pretty much 1% chance we are getting back together. Well, we had good memories together, but it ended bad.
You could still save your relationship by letting go of whatever is making you fight. Usually just showing a willingness to completely secede is all you need.
Strangely, it is the single hardest thing for Humans to do…
Yeah I know. I’ve let it go now and if she has I’m not sure. I’ve always respected and loved her but I didn’t get much back for my love towards her. Sometimes I maybe even gave too much and then she got turned off.
Now I understand that and accepted that I was too much on her, while she found it annoying. She was the same to me the first months though, but it felt great for me though.
If she accepts the faults on her side and she want to get back, that’s ok. But then she really have to show she accepted her faults, just like I have done.
All our pictures is still on my and her facebook and on instagram. So we still have a little bit of feelings left it feels like.
It’s not the end. Life moves on and people grow.

Is there any chance we can have relationships in GW2? I mean with other player characters. Housing and stuff would help a lot though.
That would be great. What if Cantha or Elona is in a really really bad state and the content over there is really tough.
… It’s November 4th, sorry mate.
What…!?
I want a Morgan Freeman announcer.
