it would be somewhat groundbreaking if arenanet revealed scarlet to be clinically insane

neat ideas, but personally i’d rather see mayani or whatever deactivate the forge, tazer a few aetherblades and high tail it out of lion’s arch..

let’s not forget that gnashblade is Expecting the destruction of lion’s arch.. so he probably has a contingency plan.. as for the consortium, while personally exploring tyria and visiting the consortium shop in lion’s arch, i thought it was somewhat interesting.. after the southsun installments though, it kind of cheapens the notion..

from a non-lore perspective.. the gates were “unfinished” 3 weeks ago..
why would they update them, after being that way for more than a year, a week before lion’s arch is attacked

kasmeer was cut pre antidote.. it makes no sense she would be in any type of harm from it whatsoever.. and even if new refined poison activates older cured toxin you would still need exposure to new poison making it an entirely redundant concept

‘this will change tyria forever’ ‘only 1 in 30 people were able to do the new content on their own’ ‘only 1 in 25k people guessed the upcoming changes’

and what supposed new content are you comparing living world to, if there wasn’t living world we would have very few updates for 9 months at a time and then huge content that most people would criticize anyway.. destruction of an area is what a few people were yelling about to make the game more ‘real, which i don’t understand because olgoth takes over the entire northern part of a map for hours at a time.. the only difference now is we are getting terrain changes for contested/destroyed areas..
personally, i’m appalled at lion’s arch destruction.. mRoAr stacked boat houses!

i agree the nightmare may stem from the threat of multiple dragons.. and even more so any corrupted channels of energy.. also there is a non-pale tree sylvari completely disconnected from any type of ‘dream’ and it’s possible the “true” nature of sylvari is neutral as far as ventari or nightmare is concerned.. i’m willing to believe, whether the pale tree was ‘intended’ to be a minion of mordremoth or not, that the pale trees ‘dream’ was an intervening gift from melandru

it’s a way of implementing new content into the game every 2-4 weeks that’s supposed to be unique from launch content or expansion style content.. some of the implementations are temporarily available

the nightmare court’s sole purpose is to cause torment.. they don’t even care how or where, they will literally kick puppies to do so.. i’m not making that up, i’ts in game

the only people who didn’t like trahearne were the “i want My player to ascend to godliness and be The hero.” i’ll admit, his character in game seems like a bit of a push over which is Not how his character was written.. same deal with Marjory, well written character with Amazing concept art… not even believable as a person in game

tldr, trahearne isn’t asuran.. he’s not just going to conveniently, accidentally blow himself up anytime soon

the commercials are pretty bad.. the only thing i would have changed from this one was the ‘nothing lasts forever’ line.. was completely ‘obviously’ redundant

yeah, my big concern with living world is….
where the k i t t e n has the pact been through scarlet’s impending apocalypse
living story to me might as well be a 9000 page novel with 8998 blank pages
at least i can look at it from a tactical standpoint.. scarlet neglected to join trahearne or the pact, so it’s either worthless or formidable to her or whatever’s driving her.. this leads to an assault on lion’s arch.. still though, a probe has found ‘something’ ?under lion’s arch and there seems to be no end or reason in sight.. yet the next 2 updates are suppsoe to be super…

tldr, personal story was rushed and living world was overdrawn out.. this game makes me sad

i’ve been using the generic right side armor pretty much since start up
the left side was a recent attempt at getting a heavy armor look

personally i prefer silver but someone mentioned gold
these weapons are amazing, maybe we can get shamrock weapons next month :p
except with gold instead {ok and if not shamrocks, non-specific emerald fitted}

glint was released from corruptive control by ‘forgotten’
anyway, i simply refuse to believe that elder dragons are unkillable or that sylvari are un-corruptable.. once zhaitan was ‘defeated’ {dead or otherwise} a large amount of magic was released back into tyria and corrupted creatures much like the dragons themselves absorb Ambient energies.. therefore tequatl may have been temporarily strengthened in the process.. similarly orr itself Did have a cleansing ritual performed but it may take some time to heal and also the remaining undead may very well ‘die’ off or need to be manually vanquished
personally, i haven’t completed personal story but have looked up the final encounter and there was room for improvement.. i’m surprised they allowed an elder dragon to even be defeated.. i wouldn’t mind seeing some re-incarnation of zhaitan

despite the living story seemingly going No Where fast yet promising some Huge and amazing things to come z_z your rant seems to have missed several of the ‘few and far between’ rational details woven into gw2 lore..

my friend got some claim tickets and tried out these new skins, they are great.. someone else told me they sold a few for a bunch of gold.. i spent a ton of gems and have no claim tickets, i’ll get them by bidding what little gold i have left.. what a great system, happy heart holidays everyone, i love this game

i’ve wanted a pink commander tag since day one.. just on the map though, i’d pay gems for it z_z and other colors obviously

and charr are notorious for having fun.. i think you should seriously consider the gravity of distributing such an armor, it would seriously downgrade the uniqueness of the charr race and such an item would need to be recalled..

that’s not fair, i feel bad for the programmer.. it’s not uncomman to modify and they did a good job too.. how were they supposed to know people were going to go ‘argumentative’ about a modification to a set that was available for a Year…

i’ve lost hundreds of gold when availability/value of things in this game have changed Overnight.. i try to be considerate in a manner that i wouldn’t hold it against anyone if liadri came back nerfed, or {i’m norn} if more people wore Eir Stegalkin armor..

at the very least the new flamekissed mask does what it is designed to do..
i really feel sorry for the programmers sometimes, and Some of the player base

 
they should just make amends by adding the flamekissed mask as a light armor skin for 150 gems

the new skins are awesome, people saying “eww, hearts” have obviously never appreciated the well done renditions of a darker alice’s queen of hearts
if i happen across these weapons i’ll be matching up armors and leaving a cinnabar path of destruction
