Also when people disagree and spam report you. Im not saying thats the only way to get infractions because I know ive said plenty of things that i knew the mods wouldnt agree with, so now im here lol.

I really would like to know how long this 300 second thing is supposed to last but I understand why you wouldnt give that info. What i do want is some kind of warning/infraction point counter that links to the reason why you got the infraction. The PMs are horribly generic, plus if you could see how close you are to getting banned or whatever that would be helpful.

After fighting just about every server it seems in Bronze tier, everyone goes after SF. I think they just want to test our mettle and I’m not entirely sure why.

SF just generates the most hate of all the bronze tiers, everybody likes to beat the “bad guy”.

The reason is that most servers accept defeat. As a whole when a server looses they tend to say internally, “Welp, we really need to improve X, Y, and Z.” Servers will begin to promote teamwork between guilds, community leaders will encourage PvE players to participate in WvW, and equally importantly the leaders will work to keep those players actively in WvW even when the going gets tough.

SF on the other hand always blames something that is outside of their control, and worse yet SF does it on the forums. “It’s Black Friday”, “It’s Thanksgiving”, “We don’t play for PPT”, etc. All of those are word for word direct quotes from ONE matchup. Other servers don’t dislike SF because you’re the “bad guy” they dislike SF because the vocal majority of SF players post on the forums giving excuses and being sore losers. This is not indicative of every player on your server, but it does reflect the overall image that your server creates for others to see.

Finally, before you get bent out of shape and post how I am just saying these things and attacking your character, I just want to let you know that I am looking at this as objectively as possible. Go look at your matchup threads and then look at other servers matchup threads. See how the tone that SF projects differs from the norm. Soon you will see it too. Even now, if you check the current SF matchup you claim that it is because you are getting double teamed… and even if that happens to be the case from time to time SF complains about it on the forums. The other popular excuse with SF right now is “We are burnt out from leagues”… as if every other server didn’t just play 7 weeks of league play.

Ahh I forgot all the other servers are perfect and no one makes excuses but us. Go look back at the last 7 weeks of match up threads starting with week one and suddenly you see a different story than the bullkitten you wrote here.

Most servers aren’t terribly whiny about their losses though. Look at Dh Vs HoD week 4, barely any whining occurred. In fact, multiple posts were made that ONLY complimented on HoD on their victory and how well deserved it was.

If it helps, you’re not the only server that is viewed as whiny in bronze lol, at least from a Dh perspective.

I mean i agree that of course we need more people playing for the system to fully function, but what comes first, have proper functing matchmaking and punishment system. or have a bigger player base?

If you have everything in working order you can focus on getting more people to play and stick around. If you have a good number of people but the basic systems dont function well, will they stay?

That is complete nonsense. AR is beating SF and Kpop at EVERY single turn. We are taking lead because our WvWvW game has skyrocketed. Yup, we are taking advantage of coverage gaps…but that’s not the entirely we’re wining. Hell it’s prime time for everybody right now and we’re still leading. Hmm. Crazy.

What I’m seeing right now from SF is not the same we fought weeks earlier during the season. The previous SF had the 2nd most participation levels in I’ve seen in WvW, right now it’s quite tame by comparison. I’m not one to kick a server while they’re down. SF deserves a relaxing break from WvW stress and just play for fun, they’ve accomplished a lot during the season. IMO you were the server in bronze that was closest to competing with HoD during your season prime.

You should have some respect from me, at least after all that hate for your server I’ve been reading on last week. Not that I like your SF forum warriors when you are winning and spamming the recruitment posts on the matchup thread, but AR right now… loll. Omg guuyeez, bronze league offseason is teh hardcore real deal! All hail AR! Their genius wvw strategies and grass roots community building is a beacon of hope for all bronze leaguers! Enlighten us in your ways so we may learn to be champions of bronze league offseason.

Yeah you are right. SF has flipped both ways actually. Previously (just an observation)SF was a lot less organized and had significantly more zombies. Over the season, and I think hugely thanks to HoD, SF really pulled together and the commanders got a LOT of good organized fighting experience as well as GvG. On the flip side of that, now that the season’s over, those burnt out are probably on a well deserved vacation in the mythical land of PVE. Given the low numbers I even had time to comfortably roam, and make a crappy vid about it!

To AR’s credit they do seem like they are fire, and season 1 had to have been a huge morale boost for them. Im looking forward to see how they stack up against Fergs, DH, and HoD.

Every night when our NA players stay up late to help our oceanic players out, we have kept our T3 keeps/towers. So it minimizes our overall coverage. AR is a server of opportunity. The score will only get more inflated once the weekdays arrives because like we have said….AR gets better as the weekdays come. Regardless of the pvd talk, in theory we at AR believe that we can attract more wvw people by not losing our ptt to night capping. A lot of our NA players understand SF coverage gap and take advantage anytime we get. So after all the SF smack talk in week 2 of season 1, we at AR are hungry to show we can compete against servers in an overall wvw fashion. When we night cap SF/kain it is due to server determination…not 100% oceanics transfers.

GW2 isnt really an complex game and all the classes are really kinda easy to pick up and play well provided you know how to play the game. Yea some are a little easier but at the end of the day its all very simple.

Youre playing warrior ranger guardian…ofc the game seems easy to you. And everything is easy if you know how to do it in theory at least.

I got 8 classes up to 2300-2600 in wow. People told me its easy aswell yet they cant even do it on one class.

Please show me some footage of you playing ele or engi and show me how easy it is.

The classes in my sig are the classes i got to 80 in pve/wvw. I play all the classes besides mes and Necro in PVP. I use Engie/ranger the most and I play Ele in hotjoin.

My point still stands, once you learn how the combat/traits/skills work in this game its not hard to pick up and play all the classes well, the hardest thing with a new class is remembering which skill does what. Even tho Solo Q leaderboard rank doesnt = Skill i got to rank 7 with just playing my engie, I haven’t played in a week and a half so idk what my rank is now.

No, please put the heals in the game. If we let the devs have even more time with the Necro heal they’ll find ways to make it even worse. At least if its in game they will see that absolutely no one uses it and maybe give it a 1% buff.
