what i did was to squeezed as much as vitality, as i could with the trinkets and weapons. by using zerker+val trinkets i gained +108 vitality but lost that precision. then, i made up some of that precision and gained +118 vitality with the marauder weapons. the only real damage i lost was from switching zerker to marauder weapons, compared to a full zerker build.

you sure got creative with the build editor. i give you kudos for that lol
the first build looks pretty good, if you can acquire all the marauder trinkets.

first they nerf the crap out of warrior back when it was my main and so i switch, and now this.

why not just reveal us after we miss a backstab because that’s pretty much whats going on. 1s CD out of the 3s/(4s withSA) plus 1 or 2s to catch up to your target.

i think some people are misunderstanding the main idea. i know the game i showed is for ps4 only, a single player rpg game and in no way a console can be more powerful than a pc. i dont own any consoles and i will not buy a console for the sake of one game lol. i just happen to be browsing youtube when i ran into the video. i watched and the thought of having a gw3 look like these crossed my mind, thats all. im really not a casual gamer and only stay loyal to a few games at a time. (for example i been playing gw2, bf4 and gtav for the longest)

i know gw2 still has years to go but do you think anet will adapt to directx 12 and new technologies or will they go for directx 10 or 11 in order to get as many players as possible. thats what i meant as next gen, since gw2 is currently running directx 9 lol

the graphics are unbelievable, the art work, environment, culture, and even the game combat style are so alike to gw2. however, the most important thing it lacks is magic elements and the touch of fantasy.

point is, could we be taking a look in gw3 with directx 12 and much more?
because if anet heads this route in the future, i fear for my wallet lol

it depends on time, if you have lots of time to spare and enjoy playing the game then just make the gold in game.
if you dont have that much play time but can afford to put an extra hour or two at work for gems to gold, then do that instead. just dont get too carry away

it took them almost a year to realize the population in wvw was dying. why do they have to call this a poll when 25%>75% is what they aim for and why not give other options. why couldnt they ask us other related questions in the poll or make us take a survey so they can know what we want.

if they give us 2 alpine maps and 1 desert, i bet this will more than proof of what a fail the desert maps were.

long story, short, where are warriors tier wise in wvw? i havent played warrior for more than 6 months. recently i been playing more often since i obtain my gtx 1080 but i have only used my thief. im in sea of sorrows and i havent even bother to check how the population is, mostly because i will transfer in a heart beat. point is, i rarely see any warriors in wvw and when i do they are running berserker. do people just not play warrior any more because it still sucks?

well aside of putting together the tower, keep in mind you still need a mouse, keyboard and monitor. there’s tons of youtube videos like this one that can tell you the parts you need to build it. there’s nothing hard about screwing small bolts here and there, and plugging in some cables. but i do think the hardest part is installing and fixing small driver errors and what not. doing the research and reading tons of forums to find a solution can be time consuming and can be frustrating. of course, if you want your system to be fully perfecting working. in the end is pretty rewarding, knowing that you have full control of your entire system. instead of having small bubbles popping from the task tray every 5 minutes. i’m not tying to scare you if you decide to go down that path, just be aware.

if you decide to go with a laptop then its much easier to use and get started. you dont have to worry much about software or drivers as most companies offer a 1 year technical support. maybe disable and uninstall some of that junk software manufacturers include to increase boot speed and free up some space. but you dont be able to upgrade any parts later in the future beside the typical ram memory and storage memory.

why not put together a custom build? is a better investment future wise.
anyways, if your not into that, you should check out this laptop i been keeping a eye on.
is called dell 7559, it has the same specs except for the processor and it comes with kitten instead of a hdd. later down the road you can add a hdd for extra space as it already has a slot.

don’t upgrade for gw2. i just upgraded my 2x 680 2gb sli to a gtx 1080 and my performance is still the same. the reason i upgraded was for the vram to run other games at higher settings.

change your frame limiter to unlimited if you have vertical sycn on.
render sampling to native.
character model limit and quality to medium

i tried the razer naga and i personality dont like it. the buttons are too small and cramp together. i tried the naga hex and it was too small but the buttons where much better placed. in the end, i ended up with the razer orbweaver and the razer mamba te. on the mamba i used the keys ctrl and esc to make combination keys with the orbweaver, so far im pretty satisfied.

the only reason i keep coming back is because i have yet to find another fantasy game with the awesome combat gw2 has. i will not waste anymore money or invest time in grinding into this game. wvw will be my end content until, anet decides to bring back the desert borderlands and then ill be done.

anet pretty much pushed away a lot of players since the release of hot with all the grinding require. a lot of my friends from wvw guilds have also stop playing since the release of the desert borderlands.

did you record it and review the recorded video frame by frame to look for the damage? that’s what i would have done to verify it.

anyways, do you have to unlock it with ley line crystals before you can purchase it from the wvw vendor?

so after the last patch (im using the 64 bit .exe) my razer keypad, mouse and keyboard weren’t responding and when they did, it was pretty darn slow.

i was wondering if anyone one else had this problem? i dont like the prompt window popping up every time i run gw2

my solution was to run it as administrator and everything is working fine now

the key is to try to break stun as soon as you get the chance with SiO
(+3536 health and +1000 defense)
sometimes youre blessed with shrug it off and break stun with it too
bulls charged with hammer>swap to gs>hb, interrupt or escape
priority to use EP as a breakstun between 35%-50% health

I agree, most of the backpacks and especially the crafting backpacks are pure ugliness.
we need different style quivers, a sword back item that cant be wield, i know they wont do long capes but at least some sort of short capes or clothing items.

If you are in WvW and add a invader to your group party to duel or talk, they will show in your map(blue dot) but if they go into stealth you won’t be able to see their avatar.
Guess what though? when they go into stealth, you’ll still be able to see them in your map(blue dot) lol

I know they fixed the part where if you added a invader to your party you used to see their avatar if they went into stealth. Not anymore but I think they just forgot to fix the map icon (blue dot) when they stealth.

Regardless, this nerf is terrible. I cannot give swiftness/might/etc to allies, and that was the WHOLE reason I took Thrill of the Crime. Not for myself, but for others. I don’t want to aggro a mob just to help those wounded soldiers get back to the Pact camp in VB.

It’s very annoying to see how many nerfs we get. I don’t play sPvP often, and I just don’t want to anymore.

I remember earlier this year when I could actually kill in PvP, and was a scary foe. Now, I’ll bet I’m laughable.

One of the reason i actually use my Steal skill without a target was for group but no! this was too good or too much support for thief according to anet

For years rangers and necro’s were kicked from every PvE party, never used in tournaments and the one time ranger and necro saw the light of day was as home defenders with petting zoo’s.
