Well according to your post Cleansing Ire: Gain 1 adrenaline whenever you are hit. Remove 1 condition per bar of adrenaline spent when activating a burst skill.

This is ridiculous! They are just giving us the middle finger and calling it Hello.
As if I thought they couldn’t nerf anything else they even went to the extend of nerfing Power Allies from 600 to 300 range, like really?? -.-
While Guardian’s Strength in Numbers and Ranger’s Spotter trait remain at 600 range.

But that’s not the problem or the main point, the main point is that Anet keeps nerfing Warrior for no reason!

It means both weapon sets will share a single burst cooldown. So if you use your longbow burst then switch to, say, hammer, you’ll need to wait for the 7+ second cooldown even if you have enough adrenaline.

I think? ANet’s writing isn’t very clear.

i was having trouble understanding that too and im really hoping they are not sharing the same cooldown because if not, thats just another big nerf to adrenaline.

if it is a nerf then fun! say bye bye to some combos and might as well say bye bye to warrior and all its nerfs

One solution i found to replace runes of pack was runes of str + sigil of accuracy. i thought about it really hard, because its not cheap to salvage full zerker armor. so i hope i made a good decision.

Anyways i tried d/p with the same traits, because i saw it on the Metabattle page and it doesnt feel the same. Black Power + Heart seeker take too much Initiative to stealth and then i feel kind of lost. is it because i started of with d/d and its not the same playstyle? or whats a good combo for d/p?

Here I have 2 videos just to show how I am doing and ill like some feedback please.

I seen some thieves taking over thieves with so much easy with d/d or doing really high damage but I cant seen to do that. They can hit around 8k-11k while im just doing around 4k-7k and a few times 8k. So what am I doing wrong or what should i be doing? Also in the past i had some thiefs take me out really quick with d/d bursting when i was playing warrior but now that im playing thief d/d its not the same and warriors seen kind of dangerous lol. My respect to those individuals! whats the best way to deal with warriors? because the steal ability i get from them seems kind of useless as it leaves while open or when should i use it.

so im like 3 days new to thief, i power level him with books to lvl 80 and right away made a build with full exotic berserker armor with strength runes, berserker d/d, short bow and borrowed my ascended berserker trinkets from my other character. well i did my homework and found that new thieves should go d/p but i kind of dont want to go that route. i want grow into and get use to d/d but the build seems too vulnerable or maybe im not palying it right.

what should my combo be like?
im using this Elite(if not in CD), F1, 5, 1, then auto and finish with 2. in reality this doesnt always work in pvp or wvw. so i kind panic when my opponent reacts and hits me with a few hits, almost downing me. is there a better way to execute a combo to more of a hit and run? what are some other good combos with d/d because i dont know any besides that one.

i like being able to shadowstep to my opponent with 21.sec CD on steal and 24sec CD on Signet but i feel really slow. is there any other good traits i can use with the armor set i already have?

i never had problems with gw2 or lag unless if i were in a large population area or zerg but man last night and today my ping has gone from a normal day 30-70 to 50-425 at random times in wvw and pvp. so embarrassing to lose and blame everything on lag and key strokes that the server cant detect

So it wasn’t just me lagging last night then! Man I was so mad and even disable my WiFi and plugged my computer with the eternet cable because I thought someone was uploading pictures or a video at home.

No wonder something didn’t seem right! But you are right Dawdle, I remember now. Guild didn’t let me use warrior sprint bc I was even granting swiftness with my warhorn lol and I was using Signet Mastery for Dolyak. I also didn’t use Signet of Rage and I was using that Battle Standard banner because guardians were doing all the might stacking before blasting in into others.
I also remember commando giving all warriors a number and then calling them by their number and not their name for the banner lol

this is the shout frontliner meta build which is good, but i have a question.
are you zerging with randoms or your guild?
because usually guilds now days set their own warrior builds and warrior dont do the healing with shouts anymore.
guardians and eles are the ones healing by splashing water and warriors contribute with blasting it with warhorn to heal the whole group when theyre all stack up.
but if youre zerging at random times and with random people then go with the build shout frontliner. that way you dont have to rely on others healing you.

i get so annoyed when i duel or run into a warrior who cant really counter and relies on kiting to survive. so whenever i encounter one of these guys in wvw and notice all the kiting, i become a sitting duck and try not to move as much as possible to just mock them. it gets even funnier when i watch these people running around all over the map thinking that im after them when im actually just standing still and waiting for them to approach me so i can counter the crap of them and then they do it all over again lol. at this point im no longer interested in the duel and more of just messing with them XD

either you are a good warrior and know how to dodge and counter your profession, or simply die trying because there is someone out there better than you. i love intense duels when both parties are at the edge of life and are going all out, waiting for someone to make the slightest mistake.

how does this build even do in wvw? no warrior sprint, no fast hands, no access to vigor, stamina or sigil of energy, swiftness will only last 25sec so you gotta at least use furious speed for mobility but no.

Hey guys, so I’m back with another montage and I would like to share it with you guys! :D

Pros:
Survavibility – if shouts are use correctly
Group support – heals 3.1k every 20secs, not a lot but its better than nothing, can share up to 330 power constantly if done correctly
Perma Fury -with SoR and FGJ, plus more duration from Arcing Slice if done correctly
Shake it off -best shout! having a stun breaker every 20sec + fast reflexes + a dodge will save your behind and counter your enemy
Up to 3000 power – without buffs, bloodlust, or wvw bonuses, just by might stacking on the base build if done correctly
No Kill or be killed – build has the potential to change things around so no need to worry if you dont kill your opponent in the first few seconds or die, can stand vs those annoying cheesy builds

Cons:
Unstable power – biggest drawback, due to might stacking always changing
Late bloomer -can take +20sec to reach its potential power if done correctly
Glass Cannon – most warriors are full glass if they really wanna do some serious damage
Like most builds – even though its shouts it doesnt mean its always easy and it will not offer 100% survivability, you will need some skills and knowledge of other profession or even practice to finish your opponent, go ahead try it out
Needs – Sigil of battle and any runes that give might duration for might stacking to work at its maximum

So by now you’re probably thinking “Great! another wanna be zerker or tanky guy who just slapped berserker gear on”. Well it’s pretty much truth lol but the build has more survaviblity>power without being the tanky type.
Then why not go full zerker with stances? Because the build can “almost” be as strong as a 60404, 04604, or 02606 but without being selfish and actually having some group support. Not only that but the build can also be as strong as zerker build with the traits I just mention, if 2 warriors run the same build correctly and stay in range, while even benefiting more from the healing shouts. I can’t even imagine what 3 warriors would be capable of, if they run the same build just with different weapons. If anyone tries this with their friends or guildies please share, I would like to see if it’s a huge success or fail lol. Anyways, I hope some of you guys try out the build before the trait update is release because the build will be losing 20% boon duration and I have a feeling that’s going to take a big hit. Plus other traits are getting buff and I most likely won’t run this build anymore after that.

Well after the trait update my build is going to be ruin and no longer perform the same, it’s also going to get out damage easily by any other berserker warrior. And even though healing surge is going to become a shout it wouldn’t help at all :/

i based my gearset off one of Wilson Storm’s builds, but modified it for shouts. with 00662 i only need clerics amulet, earrings and backpiece. the rest of my gear is mostly a Cav, Zerk mix. my shouts heal for 1962, i have 3200 armour, 2200 power. works well with the high fury uptime from FGJ and SoR, and duel intelligence sigils.

i would give Wilson and his builds a look, he’s real rad.

unfortunately no, its not big anymore lol. everyone goes berserker with stances or guilds set their own warrior builds for zergs

shoutbow works pretty good in pvp but it doesnt work well in wvw

youre more than welcome to check out my shout gs/hm videos and see if you like it first, then try it out. is not as strong as a gs/hm 04604 or 02606 but it does has more survivability and group support

they should just merge empowered and desperate powers together. since empowered seems a little to weak and warriors usually dont have that many boons.
usually around 3 boons which are swiftness, fury and might and thats only 3%,
or buff empowered to 2% or 3% per boon

i like the fact that warrior is not that OP anymore because of the patches. kind of pushes away bad players and actually helps improve current warriors who are dedicated to the class

i currently main warrior not because its easy, but because i cant see myself playing another class as much as i love the warrior profession

hey guys, so everyone kills npcs or players and well i save my fights from wvw and then review them. but im getting tire of whatever this skill delay, bug sometimes not activating skill, keyboard ghosting(razer orbweaver) or is it server lag? whenever i review my videos i can see that i press the skill but it didnt activate or it activated late. anyone has this problem or a reason behind this? this has cost me so many fights or longer my fights. if i have time ill try to make a video and show you guys what i mean

2) you have 2 stun breaks and you used them all
3) his damage was weak maybe hes tanky or you were, my hits about 5k in zerk.
4) although missed most of his hits, he managed to hit you with a total of 7912 under rampage with new update that would be +19k almost all your HP, and with no stun breaks anymore he would have killed you if played decently.

1. yeah the dude was kind of bad, he was too predictable but thats as much as rampage experience i have vs another player lol everyone else picks SoR
2. well yeah i used my stun break when he stun me and used dolyak when he got too close. am i suppose to let him stun and not use it? thats what stability is for right
3. idk what kind of armor he had, probably mix and match armor but im full glass running shouts with 2700ish toughness, yeah i hate when i dont crit or land big hits with my 70% crit chance
4. even though he hit me a few times while under rampage i was still full health when he came back to normal. if it was new update and i notice he got me half health while under rampage i wasnt going to let me finish me lol i would have played smart and kite him with greatsword. not to mention with new update im also going to get a bonus damage

i dont find rampage to be that hard to avoid, just take a look guys. i actually find it kind of funny from this guy who starts off the fight with rampage lol

Rampager is not weak. It’s incredibly strong right now and it’s going to be even stronger with traits such as Body Blow and Distracting Strikes coupled with a set like Mace/Shield or even Hammer.

Most people say it’s weak becouse the skill of your average player is very low and they don’t really know how and when to use it, they just prefer the easier to use Signet instead.

Most warrior players have yet to realize this elite is much stronger than Signet of Rage when used properly. In fact, I think this elite is going to start being the standard elite instead os SoR once more and more players realize how strong it is (mostly for direct DMG and interrupt specs that is).
All the builds that may give you some troubles 1v1 (such as medi guards, thieves in general, and others) are no longer such a counter with this elite.
Most people blindly follow metabattle builds, which is a pity, really.

and most of us who have tried or have a condi build go full rabid or dire armor with something like 06404, unknown weird shout traits or even some of us who just make a mess with mix and match armor and traits turning out a fail. even i went full rabid 06404 on my first experimental condi build that i just copied from who knows who and shared a video about it.

well i decided to look into a rampager warrior and there was nothing. is either full direct damage, all condi or all celestial but celestial doesnt really work in wvw. and getting all celestial armor/weapons can be a pain to just find out the build is no good. turns out there was a few comments about rampager being weak and useless. so tried to make a build with full rampager and now i know why its weak/useless and this was just by looking at the build editor.

so base of my own shout gs/hm build that everyone dislikes on youtube i came out with my own shout rampager :D
btw i have plenty of videos that proof my shout gs/hm is not weak but people still dislike them, so check them out and hope you guys like my beta rampager

I find it amusing that where one set of people have problems with one set of equipment other set have no problems.

I use a Nostromo and a Naga. Both by Razer. I run a original Z Board Keyboard. Both the Naga and Nostromo have been used for 3 – 5 years with no problems. I had problems with Logitech Keyboards where they failed after a short amount of time. I moved back to my Z Board and have used that for about 8 – 9 years with a single hiccup.

I always wondered about the Orb-weaver but as I didn’t think and couldn’t find any info on if it had the jump button I never thought to buy it. So thank you for showing me that there is a Jump Button. I like the thought of extra buttons. The Nostromo could use more for sure. There is the option of Tartarus as well again tho I am unsure if it has a jump button.

I am thinking of getting a Death-stalker Ultimate.

With the fact that HoT looks to have more F keys for Rangers and Mesmers – It might be time to upgrade.

The Razer Tartarus is mini update to the Nostromo. I bought the Tartarus second and Orbweaver last and let me tell you those mechanical keys +5 extra keys do make a upgrade. I look back to my nostromo and i cant go back to it lol even though it was my first razer product

I have tried the naga and the keys feel too small and squish. I have tried the Razer Hex but the overall mice is too small compare to my mamba. If they would made a mamba shape mice with 4-6 mechanical keys on the side that are not too small ill even pre order it.

My friend said he plays female characters on other games to get free stuff lol

how do you guys use the Orbweaver that the palm pad glue came off? I have the Stealth edition so idk if they could have fix it but i doubt it. all i do is place my palm and position the orbweaver at angle to where is comfortable and then i dont move at all but my fingers hhmm

I have never tried to use it that way because the ground targeting occurs automatically with the mouse so i don’t thing it’ll work with the directional thumbpad. it’s not like a controllers joystick so i wouldn’t use to move around either.

If you do get it I’ll recommend the stealth edition and it comes in handy for other programs such as photoshop, video editing, etc. that require shortcuts. That’s just my opinion

Ive been using a Logitech G13 for many years now, approx. 4+ and its still running perfectly even after 9k hours played in GW2, I would never buy a Razor product again after experiencing the terrible build quality of their keyboards (Had a Razor Lycossa).
I could not play without my G13, it is far superior to a keyboard.

I had the Orbweaver, two of them in fact, for a few months. They only lasted a couple months before breaking it apart. The glue on the pad was not strong enough and the palm pad eventually came off. You can probably fix it by removing the glue and reapply it again but I didn’t really bother. I used them exclusively in SAB and with all the jumps they didn’t last long

oh that sucks, i own those 3 keypads, keyboard and mouse and i havent had any problems, hardware wise of course, the software synapse is something else though…

Hey guys, I’m just curious to know if there is a few or many people that use keypads for pc games. I have used 3 different ones for the past 3 years and this are the Razer Nostromo, Razer Tartarus and my favorite one Razer Orbweaver.
When i started playing gw2 i had my Razer Nostromo so i never knew or felt the feeling of playing with a regular keyboard, like many other people do. I have tried playing gw2 with my keyboard and it seems impossible for me to react as quick as compared to my keypad. the keys are just too far apart and i attend to press keys all over the place. my wrist gets kind of sore and even if i rebind the keys, it just doesnt feel the same.

but with a keypad, everything is organize, my hand and wrist feel comfortable. i dont have to worry about lifting my hand for anything when im in combat because all the keys are within reach. Not to mention because my mouse has side buttons i can make extra hotkeys for all the other panel windows but i wont get into that because thats on a different personal level.

so how do you guys do it? play with a keyboard lol

no, i dont use macros. i dont have a need or reason to, not to mention their against the rules.
