after 3 years of wvw done in the same way.

you release Hot inside.

Anet didn’t think at all of the combination of high damage and high sustain of every class right?

play berserk but put in the right trait – so healing everywhere!!! LOOOOOOOOOL

other points are: aoe walls! pull aoe from walls!
those are still there … this stupid things are still there.
drop a guardian with empower and a berserk ele-meteor shower and can destroy all kind of sieges up there.

pull aoe from walls: get pulled down even if u are far away – stop please this stupid aoe pulls.

other considerations:
fix how some weapons acts.
example: longbow and shortbow where projectiles dont stop at max range but “fall” so from 900 or 1200 or 1500 range they go a bit further.
and so why rifle and pistols STOP at max range??? they disappear at that range!!!!

elementalists that with staff its never 1200 range but more – seeing that with mortar kit of engineer (1500) canT get there . or with staff necro 1200 range canT get there.

i play engi with 3k armor and 22k vitality and often get one shot by 2-3 skills of some classes. most of them rev or mesmers.

but wvw isnt meant to be 1 vs 1. ok fine.

well. let see then the boon sharing – damage dealt and sustain of every single class on its own that goes to godmode when other 4-5 same boonsharing players are around.

put in 2 guardians 2 reapers and 1 elementalist aura sharing = godmode

people… i think its ridiculos that a minion climbs on wall…

maybe you should and could open a bit your minds, think of all tiers – not only of tier 1-2-3 where its 50 attacking and 50 defending…

4 minions of shambling with a trait if destroyed is a kitten poison field. and 5 ppl trying to build an ac to defend a tower when outside its 20 players can change everything.

i see a player writing here that i respect (on human behaviour).
dont know how many times happened to be in 3-4 of us, going around and staying close to the enemy with their 15-20 organized guild builds.

they simply didnt care at all, why? in 3-4 vs 15-20 organized guild? no chance at all of course. and those 15-20 simply know that those 3-4 arent a threat.

someone said that dragonhunter skills-burst is simply a joke.
and “some skills of dh kill little groups roaming in wvw.” and in the middle of that you cant see the skill?

in an even number fight, what tom says its correct.

you have 5 stability, it needs only one dh to take all of them off with one single skill (and think of all other aoe cc skills that every class has now after Hot).

not to mention all the aoe skills now present from every class.

perfect for fighting pocket raptors or 10 mordrem guards and arrowhead.

skills-weapons done for 4 pve maps! not thinking at all of balance in wvw!

and the result is that with 3k armor and 22k vitality you get damage of a lot of classes and relative builds if in same number fights (not speaking of 1vs1) get damage from 3k to 9k????

takes me back to 3 years ago when i played rampage and with 0 armor and 0 vitality to see those damages!!!

Step 2: Players can only enter a WvW map if their server has <10 players more than the opposing servers have on the map.

10 people of server A? so 20 of B and 20 of C not more

200 people of server A? so 210 of B and 210 of C.

upporting your allies will now contribute toward earning rewards for killing enemies and damaging event bosses. The actions listed below now cause a percentage of the target ally’s damage dealt for the next several seconds to also count toward your participation. In addition to that, damaging an enemy’s defiance bar will also grant you some participation toward receiving rewards from that enemy. In order to discourage AFKing with boon-applying auras, you must still be actively attacking targets to receive rewards from them.
Applying boons to an ally (small percentage).
Removing conditions from an ally (small percentage).
Reviving an ally (large percentage).
Healing an ally (percentage scales based on how much healing is given).

i wonder if something like this is even in wvw, maybe from release of Hot

before hot:
if you fought in 5 vs 10, who had betters skill-stacking-support won vs the not so bigger number group than them (only for single abilities and more organized)

now instead an outnumbered fight is basically nearly impossible, as if there is a hidden buff somewhere.

get 1 vs 1 stays the same (single capabilities-builds-bursts)
get 10 vs 30 – the 20 will 99% of the times win.

even worst if i check my combat log i see more damage taken (if im in the 10)!!!

or… if im in the 30 see more damage dealt…

dont speak of vulnerability and might… they have always been there before Hot.

seems if a same number fight the damage moltiplier is 1×.
if u are more, scales, gets bigger

doubts of the concept of balance of Gw2…

can’t manage to balance and sort out some utility skills-weapons skill- traits-sigils-armor, how much damages been dealt of some classes (or damage-conditions-healing at the same time)

so the best option is to remove some amulets from pvp?

next step will be what? remove zerk gear from wvw? remove pistol from engi? remove rabid armor from dungeons?

remove berserk stance of warrior in wvw because its op?

personal note:
as a guild leader i am quite disappointed of how those guild missions have bugs.
find 5-10 players to do an event, in wvw,pve,pvp and with this or that bug, some bigger some smaller, then after 20-30-40-60 minutes of a mission get a fail, while the progress bar shows it is done?

no kind of answer from anet “we are checking this bugs”.

how should a guild leader and even the guild player feel?

an elementalist can meteor shower hiding in some spots near the wall
are you joking really

so many class has aoe pulls aoe stuff – that goes on the wall
and what is the point of having walls then

defending should be easier having walls instead it isnt.

GET RID OF THAT SHIELD GENERATOR.
put that near 10 catas – pointless defending a keep or a tower with some sieges.

to have access to the stability of that function gyro, the trait “final salvo” must be used.

then tooltip of functional gyro is wrong if “perfect weighted” is used.

Bulwark Gyro: cooldown 20s – duration 15s.
Bulwark Gyro Self-Destruct: 0.75s cast time – and then again a cooldown but of 10s

so…

if this is correct, if i destroy it, have it after a 10s cd?

AMR from 90s to 120s? and why should i choose that? when with al melee classes and leaps and CC’s i can get the smoke bomb with reduced CD from 30s to 20s

Soothing Detonation nice . will try it.

But then comes back some questions on ALCHEMY line:

when is backpack regenerator become higher than 120 a second???
when is trasmute work as intended? (convert ALL of the same condition into a boon???)

SCRAPPER:

when will that “F” on function gyro trigger immediately not having – not showing a internal cooldown???

when rapid generation consider healing power??? (seeing it doesnt change of a inch if 1 or 20000 healing power)

when the AI of gyros will increase? (example not following u when u go jump a cliff)

when shield skills of engineer will get a reduced cooldown? (30s and 40s) to have a skill…

after buying expansion i realized what anet did in the game!

players wants to see 40.000 damage with hundred blades or 5-6k with reaper touch or with bombs see 4-5k damage

which variety of builds if players wants to see NUMBERS?

berserk.

which variety then? there is no variety! there is no fun then to play a really personal build!

so… if players wants to see numbers what do you do anet?

1500 max cap of conditions – oh nice – they work as before – in pvp or in wvw if you have 10+ perma bleeding and some other conditions, you are dead, same as before… so didnt change nothing.

direct damage then? why it suddenly was boosted from the expansion?

check combat log.

before patch with 3000 armor and 22000 vitality you would have got 2-3k maximum damage from a berserk – now you get 5-6k (double) – in a SINGLE SKILL!

(please dont say nonsense as “might and vulnerability” they were there before and that +1% on condition damage doesnt explain at all the +100% damage)

when a berserk warrior with hundred blades does 2-4-6-8-10k and before did half????

why have you ANET boosted direct damage in this way?

wanted to give big numbers to players?

wanted to destroy what people worked and studied for their character for 3 years – and found something where they could have enjoyed themselfs?

now it is all bursts and escape

bilions of reflects. every class has reflect now.

check the range of all weapons, because there are a lot of weapons for each class that go beyond their “1200 range” or “1500 range” as a few weapons that go less than “900 range” or “1200 range”.

Which make sense with a broken defiance bar (in fact, I think that would be possible even without it broken, critical hits numbers generally doubles vs zerged bosses).”

“basic” damage is the damage i usually see in combat log – from 500 to 1k – ferocity i have is 190% – and from 800 to 2k is already a 150% damage increase (150% of 800 is 1200 btw)

and from 2k to 4800 is an another 150% increase (150% of 2000 is 3000)….

25 might and 25 vuln arent enough to explain this big amount of damage…

for me the game (and especially vulnerability) is still broken in calculations…

ps. illenos, u realize even if 98% critical chance and 800% ferocity with zerker gear, u do with hundred blades 40k (40.000 damage, you realize the number you are saying???)

mmm no problem for the sarcasm… even tho with vuln (+25%) – wvw stuff (the +20% vs guards-lords) – traits – might and that +50%…

well… from 800 to 4805 is a big insane amount of increase… kind 600%…
a bit to much from the +100/
150% that would come out from boosters-traits-vuln-might

and by the way, with 25 stacks of vulnerability (+25% damage) a basic damage of 800 goes to 4805???? XDDDDDDDDDDDD

well – now expansion is out from a while, every class has studied a build.

EVERY class with new elite spec – new skills and weapon has got access to CC – to Stability – to stealth – to leaps/evasions.

if this is perfect in the new maps where everywhere is a danger, did anet considered what would have happened with those skills in WvW?

every class has much mobility.
even more chance of bursting and escape (stealth – leaps)

and when there is a fight? who has the more stability and bursts wins…

fighting vs someone is like fighting a thief or warrior everytime – even if its called engineer – elementalist or guardian or ranger

hello.

i am a celestial engineer (so 1500 power and 1000 condition with 40% critical chance and a 185% ferocity).

(firearms with incendiary powder – explosives with +7% damage and aim assisted rocket)
alchemy (with hgh – but using only elixir gun – no elixirs might stacking – rune of the traveler)

in the screenshot you can see a damage of {Bomb} so evasion bomb or 1st skill of bomb kit.

then you can see damages done by “tranquilizer dart” of elixir gun and skill “acid bomb”.

i know the “usual” damages i do vs mobs-champs-or players in wvw. and usually bombs goes from 300 to 1000 – as elixir gun.

well i want to hear from ANET, where from those damage comes out with them stats?

lets speak of Ethernal Battleground

do you know how many bugs and issues there are????

arrowcarts that doesnt count line of sight at all (defending and attacking of course)

tons of 1st skill (example staff Necrotic Grasp that passes by walls!!!! and gets sieges behind walls!!!) etc etc etc etc

really fix all those things.

well. Wvw is done of attacking and defending.

can’t be only attacking nor only defending.

5 defending vs a zerg of 50+ attacking was impossible 2 years ago to defend, as it will be with hot (as now).

numbers still do the difference, kamikaze or not style, mortars, cannon, rams, siege disabler.

i just see a good thing, kitten you are behind a wall, and must have some advantages in being in 5 defending vs 20 outside.

(after 23rd june patch and ac line of sight, even if 20 inside made it ridiculos to defend vs 20: check line of sight of elementalist and rangers and engis and necro deathshroud that steals life everywhere!)
