i think it should burn every third hit overall burning for 3s.
There was a post about new ascended nomad and sinister trinkets but i still can’t find them from laurel vendor.
Do they exist?
In that case it must be Sharpshooter that triggers the bleed. Try disabling that trait.
Try firing on ground next to npc. It does not bleed it.
Pistol 1, Fragmentation Shot does not AoE bleed.
Is it intended or just a bug?

Flame jet retaliation damage reduced by 83%:
(10 * 3 * 300) * 0.17 = 1530 retaliation damage after full channel from 3 targets
Compared to bomb kit:
Bomb hits 5 targets that retaliate for 300:
(5 * 300) = 1500 retaliation damage
Flame jet hits 10 times. It can hit 3 targets.
Targets have retaliation that hits for 300.
10 * 3 * 300 = 9000 retaliation damage
It’s too much!
Solution:
Flame jet retaliation damage reduced by 90%
(10 * 3 * 300) * 0.1 = 900 retaliation damage

What engi really needs is:
- AoE stunbreak.
- Possibly longer water field.
- Something special that other classes can’t do already. Like an unique boon or condition that only engies can apply to allies/foes.
Without a nourishment that adds toughness or without WvW bloodlust Juggernaut does not add 200 tougness. This bug has existed since September 9 and is reported several times already.
Just a list of ideas:
Regenerating Mist: Increased water field duration from 1s to 3s.
Cleansing Burst: Increased water field duration from 3s to 6s.
Super Speed: Is now AoE stunbreak and grants super speed to 5 nearby allies.
Medkit drops no longer disappear when picked up by an ally.
Toss Elixir R: Now removes a condition once every two seconds.

Flame turret overcharge (Smoke screen) likes to spawn only when in combat mode and only when an enemy is close to the turret.
I’d like that if it spawned even when not in combat. That would allow me to stack stealth from distance.

Mortar kit
- Replaces old elite: Mortar.
- Cast time: 1s.
- Cooldown: 10s.
- Reduces movement speed by 50%.
- Reduces incoming damage by 25%.
- Stability while holding the kit.
- Mortar shots can now critically hit.
- Flame jet and Blowtorch don’t hit a target that is beside.

Deadly Mixture does effect flame jet but the difference is far from 15%. It’s more like 3%. I have tested it several times.
Juggernaut
- Does not give 200 toughness in any PvE level 80 zones.
- It does work in WvW and PvP.
Deadly Mixture
- Tooltip shows 15% decreased damage in flame jet.
- Does not do anything for flame jet (no increased or decreased damage).
- Does not increase napalm damage.

It’s not just a minor tooltip bug. Deadly Mixture does nothing to flame jet damage (no increase or decrease).

Says that that gasmask prevents from toxin, but it doesn’t seem to.
