With the upcoming balance patch can you make Parasitic Contagion heal in shroud too?
Why reduce surviability? I find scrapper kind of squishy. Rather buff it offensively.

So what you’re suggesting is spam mortar 1 while staying in range. Sorry, but thats the worst thing you can do in WvW thanks to reflection.
A good wvw build is about doing something other classes can’t do or can do as well. In case of engi slick shoes, moving reflect bubble and super speed. Flamethrower is just there for stability.
Use hammer for heals. Hammer #3 + reconstruction field.
Rifle if you use healing turret. Rifle #3 is really good because of its enormous range.
Armor: Something tanky (soldier, cleric, nomad)
For zerging:
Skills: Medic gyro, Flamethrower, Slick Shoes, Bulwark Gyro (for toolbelt) and Sneak Gyro.
Most important traits: Juggernaut, Self-Regulating Defenses and Final Salvo.
Camp flamethrower most time, use slick shoes and defense field in middle of enemy zerg.
It’s been a while since the turret nerf, and now it’s time to put them back in viable state.
Suggestions:
All turrets:
- Increase health by 50%
Healing Turret
- No changes.
Flame Turret
- 2 stacks of burning.
Rocket Turret
- Increase range to 1500.
- Basic attack unblockable.
- Reduce cooldown to 30s.
Rifle Turret
- Increase range to 1500.
- Basic attack unblockable.
Net Turret
- No changes.
Thumper Turret
- Reduce cooldown to 30s.
Flaming Thrower: Flame jet no longer deals damage, instead it burns with every hit.
No more retaliation damage and first time ever it burns like a real flamethrower.
Move it to firearms master and remove Skilled Marksman.
Then merge Skilled Marksman with Chemical Rounds.
Well of Corruption alone dominates WvW fights since it’s unblockable and cannot be dodged while it converts stability to fear.
My suggestion:
- Make it blockable.
- Reduce duration to 3 seconds.

Since the latest patch my general options and inventory options reset each time I start guild wars 2.
I’m using Windows 10 and 64 bit client.
Can drarven battle training changed cooldown per target?
That way it would be useful in WvW zergs.
Can stabilization core be merged with final salvo and then make a new adept trait called
Shocked Duck:
Stunning, dazing or knocking down a foe applies immobilize to them. Immobilize 1s. Cooldown per target: 2s.
Will be great in WvW and Stabilization Core gets more use.
It used to hit 5. Looks like Irenio strikes again. Engi also got plenty of weird 3 target stuff that should hit 5.
The whirl is too slow. It also needs some stability so it can’t be knocked back.

All mallyx skills are great in power builds, expect the elite Embrace the Darkness.
Can this skill pulse cripple in addition it pulses torment?
I’d be happy even just 1s cripple per pulse.
The merchant only sells recipes for insignia, not for the armor itself.
Commander:
- No idea where these drop.
- Lowest price in tp is 7g.
- Most recipes don’t even exist in tp.
Wanderer:
- Drop in Auric Basin (i think).
- Lowest price in tp is 50 silver.
- Some recipes don’t exist in tp.

Would be nice if it also proc by knockdown, knockback and launch. Core engi has only few stuns and dazes.
I can’t decide which one is best for my herald:
Superior Rune of Speed 30% swiftness duration, 25% speed.
Superior Rune of Traveler 15% boon duration, 25% speed.
Superior Rune of Durability 25% boon duration.
Superior Rune of Leadership 30% boon duration.
I find action camera handy for staff druid, expect that staff 1 is not hitting anything without a target.
Is it possible to target the foe that is at crosshair?
It feels medic gyro is not worth using since it lacks condition removal.
Suggestion how to improve both medic and purge gyro
- Move purge gyro condition removal to medic gyro: Remove 2 conditions every 3 seconds from single target.
- Change purge gyro to resistance gyro: 1s aoe resistance every 2 seconds.
- Change purge gyro toolbelt to resistance field: 1s aoe resistance every second.
As said, it still can’t follow me properly and always stays a mile behind.
Shambling horrons die after 25 seconds. Why? They can’t do much in that time.
Just add a hard cap (50 horrors) to prevent unlimited minion horde.
Any plans for super speed stacking?
Napalm and toss elixirs can be reflected.
Use lich runes for even more vitality + one extra minion.
Also their cooldown should start when deployed + some small buffs like range increase and making their attacks unblockable.

Reapers role is minions. Summon a horde of them with “Rise!”.
Lich runes for MM.
Maybe a cap of 20 minions?
No. 50 cap or no cap.
Hammer needs some burning.
Focus on reviving, conditions and minons. Really tanky.

Looks like rocket charge leap finisher triggers only when you land to a field, not when you leap from a field like other leaps.
Hammer feedback:
- Hammer #1: Slow. Should be faster.
- Hammer #2: Hits 3 targets. Should hit 5 like other whirls.
- Hammer #3: Sometimes miss. Great for healing.
- Hammer #4: Blocking only works at front. Should block attacks from side and behind.
- Hammer #5: Yellow lightning field?
Am i only one that thinks scrapper needs more stability?
Dodge trait isn’t enough and toss elixir b has only 180 radius without stunbreak.
Also don’t want to camp flamethrower all the time.
I’d like a skill like “Stand Your Ground!”: Big radius, stunbreak and stability for yourself and allies.
i wish developers focus more on the unique abilities that the scrapper bring to the table compared to the other frontline classes , right now the scrapper brings nothing to the tablet compared to a guardian or a warrior , those classes surpass by far the utility that a scrapper can bring right now , super spd it’s not a thing u barely notice the effect .
Super speed is really effective in zergs the problem is it doesn’t stack.
Small suggestion for Bypass Coating.
- Increase super speed duration to 5 seconds.
- Instant cast time.
- 5 stacks of stability for 5 seconds for nearby allies.
- Break stun for yourself and nearby allies.
Now we have a stunbreaker and a way to support frontline.
Unlike other gyros sneak gyro attacks my target.
Some feedback about scrapper:
- Needs more stability.
- Needs blast finishers.
- Super Speed needs to stack.
- Hammer needs more damage.
- Gyros need to stick better with their master.
Equip a staff and spam 1 in large group. Celestial Avatar fills instantly, then just spam F5.
Permanent superspeed and stealth for everyone.
Sneak gyro seems kind of slow and is usually left behind.
Either increase it’s radius or make it stick better with it’s master.
Two issues to address:
- Scrapper lack of blast finisher.
- Super Speed not stacking.
Med Blaster still hits 3 targets per pulse.
It’s skill fact says: Number of targets: 5
Med blaster skill fact says: Number of targets: 5.
But in game it hits only 3 per pulse.
Chronomancer Well of Precognition used to pulse unblockable but it was removed for no reason.
Since necros are masters of unblockability, why not let us share it?
Currently no profession or elite spec can share unblockable.
Some ideas:
- Vampiric Rituals: Wells siphon health every time they pulse and grant protection to allies when cast. Wells grant unblockable to allies with each pulse. Reduces recharge of wells.
- “Nothing can save you!”: 4s unblockable to nearby allies.
- New trait: Reapers Presence. "Your and nearby allies attacks are unblockable. "
