How is this something special? Their leaves aren’t dry, they are full of water.

So, is there actually any reason to not afk in this event? You get rewards, you won’t get banned, you don’t have to do anything? It’s not like we never had this problem before (Scarlet Invasions) but I really don’t see a reason to “play this event” when I get rewarded without doing anything and apparently A.Net thinks the same way because in those 2 weeks there was no update that fixed this problem.

Steam has “free to play” weekends on certain games when they have special prices or promotions. I don’t think Gw2 needs this but I do recommend selling the game via Steam.

it would be nice to have more exposure via steam but ncsoft does not like sharing any profits with lord gaben.

Buy those coffers for 200glory. If you are lucky you can salvage some phoenix/dragon tokens from them.

Killing champs, doing achievements together, world completion, capping camps/guards in WvW, play the personal story together.

-under certain conditions, highest DPS ingame
-very active playstyle
-pretty weak in sPvP
-extremely viable in WvW

Thief:
-DPS only
-STEALTH!11
-high burst damage
-good for roaming in WvW
-viable in sPvP

Maybe you should try playing your character differently, other traits, other gear, other weapons. I can assure you that the ele is not weak at all.

check the wiki to see what permanent content they added in the last year and a half.

Can ele tag red-ones like the beast?

He can tag but not as good as a guardian with staff or ranger with an axe

Where does ele shine? (PvP, PvE, 3w)?

Incredible amounts of damage, aoe and single target for PvE and nice support for WvW, but not so viable in sPvP but that can change with the upcoming balance patch.

Does he got high dps compared to warrior?

I am pretty sure nothing can beat a fiery greatsword in terms of DPS

Unless ArenaNet updates the Royal Terrace to be equal to the Airship, there is currently every reason to believe that the Airship will eventually be one-upped by another convenience area, rendering the Airship obsolete, and therefore, a waste of money.

Most of GW’w music is from GW1, though. There are originals, sure, but there’s a lot like the pre-searing tune, or the old post-searing Ascalon music. There’s also a few newer tunes which are similar to older ones. I believe this is the case with the Gw1 Asura tune vs the GW2 Sylvari tune.

And we still haven’t gotten the option to turn off the GW1 music, which was said to be a feature pre-release

-Guild/Team based ladder and a solo ladder

-Different gamemodes
-Legacy of Foefire with a bigger scale and a flag that needs to be carried to the center of the map, pretty much like GW1 GvG.

I don’t play anymore. But what I have read on forums and Internet they have managed to give all of you who still play free content, that’s free of charge. I cant see how people are complaining. It maybe something wrong with the community?

Just because it is free doesn’t mean it is always good. The high frequency of updates comes with a price, the gemstore not being the “only skins and not pay2win” shop anymore.

A.Net looked into consoles but I think they scrapped the idea and right now they are pretty busy.

I think it was absolutely core to the design of this new gear that you GET INTO LIONS ARCH AND DO SOME HEROING to get the shiny. The blade backpacks are for heroes, not the shopping network.

Don’t you get the most amounts of blades if you play this event purposely wrong? Not sure what’s so heroic about that.

Okay you seem to misunderstood the purpose of the thread, we are not talking about diminishing returns, we are talking about the nature of RNG drops.

Until A.Net wont change anything major about conditions, yes berserker gear is the way to go, some professions profit more from assasins armor but you are fine with berserker.

As for what looks good, that’s totally up to you. Here you have a good overview of all the medium armors in game.

I’d love to hear those answers from Ree and Jeff G. We haven’t heard anything from those 2 guys for a long time (except the book from Ree) Are they actually still working for A.Net?

For the next few days, I would just run around in circles doing events in LA….this series of events should provide everyone with a boat load of cash.

And this is wrong aswell because you are not supposed to form a huge zerg and provoke huge spawns, you should spread out and rescue as many citizens as possible

Dungeons, don’t do champ trains.

Dungeons work well too but champ training still nets good gold. My advice do daily easy path dungeons and then champ train if you want to farm gold.

And after 2 days you are completely burned out and don’t want to play the game anymore.

Nothing major, I don’t think they have the manpower to deliver something grand right now, keeping in mind that they are working on the release for the china version aswell.
