Ele is all about attunement swapping. Each one has relatively long cooldowns which severely restrict your DPS if you sit and wait them out.

Try starting in Air, hit with everything you have then swap to fire. After that it’s probably a good idea to go to water because that’s where all your heals come from. Earth tends not to be so useful so you might skip that and go back to air.
That’s just a general rotation that you can adapt during the fight. (Air is also a good ‘travelling’ mode)

It doesn’t hurt to jump into earth for the blind on scepter, or earth #2 blast finisher on staff. Though I suspect you’re talking strictly about dual dagger there.

In both cases I would start with earth, skill #2 on scepter is pretty handy for the complete fight and in the middle of the fight I find it annoying to cast it because of the casttime, skill #2 on staff + skill #5 in earth can be a nice setup for a firefield explosion.

Trash pugs is a really mean term.

If I really want fast runs, I add “speedclear 5k+ AP”.
Many people may now freak out and say “AP has nothing to do with skill” but those speedclears in general have nothing to do with skill either, it’s just all about knowing where to stack and what abilities to use, there is rarely a moment where you can shine with adaptive gameplay. 5k+ AP ensures for me that the player at least plays the game actively.

I am not so keen on the rewards I am more interessted in the hidden nature of those events, event chains or triggers. I need them for a little project.

What I would like to see:
A cool unique title
A new weaponset that includes underwater weapons and is not purchaseable from the gemstore
A new armorset

Yeah. Im trying to learn and use different things BUT I only like the 2xdaggers. Trying the dagger and focus now.

I had the most fun with scepter/dagger. It teaches you dodging, attunment swapping (especially when you get some traits that have effects on attunment swap ) and combofields

Greatswords are big and they tend to get most of these overly flashy skins that so many people like for some reason.

Hey, I wonder if you can help me, I am looking for small/hidden events you rarely do/see
or need some kind of special trigger to be started. Bonus if those events lead to new areas of the map that you wouldn’t be able to enter without doing said event. I do know some events but I think I missed a lot of them.

Not really. It was doing well but it was mentioned that sales are down. The question is does that change or will sales keep going down. I personally think sales will continue to soften for a while if Anet continues to ignore many of GW2 major issues. I want GW2 to do well but I also think it is necessary to motivate Anet/NCSoft, by declining revenue, to fix their mistakes. Gw2 will profit more in the future if it is more generous today. They seem not to understand this though.

Well ofcause they are going down, there are only so many people that buy the box. Those sales will only go up again if they release a boxed addon. But they are doing fine without those boxed sales, it seems.

Ohh ok! Thanks I did not know that. I am currently playing with 2xdaggers! So I guess I need to really make the traits play in my favor.

AND try out different weapon sets, scepter/dagger for example gives you an extra heal, a knockdown a huge AoE attack with bleed, a fire field, … Every set gives you other opportunities.

Can you do other actions while moving? Maybe your keyboard can’t recognize so many commands at once.

I kinda have the feeling that this first feature patch will contain only alot of the china client improvements, like a tutorial and QoL stuff. For all I know, A.Net is also working on the china release + the LS stuff + some “other big projects”

That is not exactly true. Well developed and expanded AP system with a finite cap can still have large spread of scores, even at the top edge. The higher you get, the harder it gets to grab those still remaining to unlock. An example which uses considerably larger players pool from GW2 can be found here http://www.wowprogress.com/apoints/ This of course assumes that achievements would be expanded periodically in batches (like with expansions or large content patches). But even if they would not, we are still talking about a monumental effort to unlock them all. I mean, think about how long would it take to max out Legendary Champion. 14,973,500 rank points? Or those 1,000,000 dolyaks in WvW? Good luck!

Yeah better compare it with a achievement system of a completely different game instead of just comparing it with the predecessor of GW2 ;D

Start farming… Running the GW2Stuff overlay and hit every event you possibly can, should produce a ton of drops that can get you resources and/or gold for resources. Champion trains can also help.

Do you care about mobility? How big can the screen be, there are a lot of sizes to choose from. A 5400rpm that has an OS stored on and the game, won’t be much fun you usually use those kinds of drives just to store files on it, not to access them a lot which would be the case if you run your OS, all software and games on it.

Also, you are using this CPU oc it and have no idea how to figure out bottlenecks? YYou should read up on that subject

There is an iron legion craftable set. The recipe can be bought with karma but there is no recipe for the pauldrons. I think you can get them via the mystic forge, making them kinda rare.

I never got into staff, I think if you want to do damage go scepter/dagger. You have decent mobility, some nice combos and .. a good amount of damage with some healing.

Better? sure alot you have to tell what you are looking for. You haven’t said that and the laptop you posted is horrible you won’t have a lot of fun with a 5400rpm HDD and at this price point there should at least be an SSD.
