Assume if you spend “only” 300 gold, you’re not going to get a precursor. The lowest sell offers (and highest buy offers) are partly due to the rarity of getting precursors from the forge, i.e. the prices reflect the likelihood of getting them. So if a precursor is being offered at 1,000g (with best offers at 800g), you should predict that anything less than 700g is going to require a lot of luck to succeed.
The people who do “industrial production” of precursors have shown that it’s not unusual to spend 1000s of gold between “successful” forges, although of course, sometimes you spend only a few 100g.
tl;dr 300g is not enough for a good chance; better to save up until you can buy it outright…unless you like the thrill of rolling the dice to see what happens.
You forgot the supply and demand, there are precursors with low price not because they are easier to get compare to dusk, because they have low supply.
while dusk is expansive because it has a high demand
Necro is getting a low CD skill that pulse stability in their DS…
that means reaper will get higher stab uptime then triple stance war

It wouldn’t be so bad if Shouthorn couldn’t 1v1 players but burning, poison and celestials made sure that is very possible. Ever fought a Shouthorn with no Sigil of Doom? No threat.
Shoutbow has less condi clear than old bunker guards with pure voice and trooper runes. Group condi clear is nothing new.
you can also use steal now even if you have a bundle which before may cause reveal for using it
because every good players are already in a team and the hardcore player base is pretty small.
i would have trouble finding any good player for almost all classes if i want to create a ESL level team now.
Stealth is way too OP, i think they should remove stealth..
i think all other classes can benefit from the great synergy stealth will create, but one few classes get it.

Maybe the Elite spec can do something about our dependence on fast hands, but other then that, none of the changes has showed other wise..

when a thief get on a mesmer, mesmer can’t do anything and gets shut down
or when a necro get on an engi, engi can’t do anything.
basically you will never see a warrior jump a ranger and the ranger become completely helpless..this is not happening then it’s not hard counter..

In WvW GWEN was:
- Guardian
- Warrior
- Elementalist
- Necromancer
Guardian, Warrior, and Elementalist are solid parts of the WvW, sPvP, and PvE metas as opposed to Thief and Engineer who are only part of the sPvP meta … and have not always been a part of it.
Thief and engi has being meta in PvP since release..have always and will always.
Warrior was unused 2013, ele was unused 2013-2014, guardian was unused 2014 in pvp.
thief and engi has also being top roamer since release in wvw.
and thief is also meta dps wise in PvE since forever.

you want to do the highest level you have to grind through low level, know what you are doing and get the AR trinkets.

people with full AR and eternity can’t dodge a single incoming skill, i felt like a professional nurse which is not enjoyable.

- Mesmer clones should never look like the Mesmer … and stealth shouldn’t exist.
- Thieves should not be allowed to stealth … nor dodge … and their damage should be reduced
- Ranger Rapid Fire needs more than the already large number of ways to mitigate it … and it should do less damage
- Warrior Healing Signet should have the same low HPS as Ranger Signet of the Wild and Warrior movement should be nerfed enough that they can never run away

Yea, Point blank shot is more then the animation.
with Pin down you can just see the animation and start to react to it.
it takes more then that to dodge Point blank shot, you have to 50% predict and 50% react.
basically you have to predict when the ranger is going to use it so you can have a faster reaction time.
i have a much easier time to dodge Point blank shot now compare to month back, but again most rangers are not good players. i’m pretty sure good players can land it easily without being predicted.

how you can compare passive vs active healing so in pvp i got 394 every 1s and 456 every 3s so its 5308 healing every 10s what healing give you better healing vs passive and cd compare?? so other healing skills heal more in 10s but another 15-30s you must w8 in 30s you got 11820 from signet and potentional 4560 from trait healing and dont say warrior is weak about condition builds when got best cleanse in game Cleansing Ire with this you can clean 3 condition ( if have sigil for clean) 4 condition every 7-10s
Yeah lets forget that other classes dont have regen or protection or simple dmg reduction traits or healing on weapon skills or whatever they have.. Let just compare healing signet + trait and call it OP becausr other classes dont have it.. (ranger regen ia more if you count like that). Remove the amount of healing on HS and no compensation on other skills or whatever means dead to warriors.

People need to realize that before healing signet, when warrior used active heal
warrior was dead, unviable, unused, free kill in PvP.
if they can make any active healing actually viable some how with w/e magic they using then sure, go for it.

I am quite sure hat the vast majority of players does not want really hard content. Really hard content would mean: not farm-able, no speed clears and each run would feel like the first one.
I think most people want content that is more profitable and with restricted accessibility to rule marker segments as soon as they start to talk about challenging/hard content.
And the players that want hard content, want that also mostly just when they can
get much more loot/money there than anywhere else. Mostly it must be also
“exclusive” loot, so they can show off how great they are in front of all those
unworthy noobs ^^and what’s wrong with that? you made it sound wrong, but with simple logic thinking, there’s nothing wrong.
The problem with it is that some individuals that know people IRL and as such can organise groups easily will have an unfair advantage. It also allows some groups to farm them creating a lot of wealth for themselves.
Raiders don’t care about how difficult it is, at least in the long run they care about how much gold they can make per hour.
