When you knockdown a thief or ranger they enter stealth due to traits,
You still knocked them down they only gain stealth at that point, why on earth does it stops my 100b at that point and goes into FULL cooldown..
This happens if i use bulls charge > 100b
You swing your Greatword only once and then the animation start doing very weird things but it does stops you from doing damage and the skill is on full cooldown

Well i do hope anet can see this and do something about it.. These days eles are super fast! Blasting multiple skills at once for big bursts attacks. And i dont say they all use it but some does because they are waaay to fast for pressing those skills at once.
I agree on this. Nameplates are waaay to big on distance. Make it a name at 0-2000 range and icon after 2000 range.
What i also hate is zerg vs zerg.. Full screen of red names makes me hate zerging. You dont even see players because your screen is FULL of names because of pets turrets clones etc etc

So if i am realistic you get defy pain around 4k health on 20k total.. Because 5k is just to perfect.
4k health left + defy pain could save your life but in most situations its over when the 4sec endure pain ends because you often get some conditions also, so endure pain on skill bar is ofc much better but than i have to get last stand trait.
Last stand works great vs hammer warrs + endure pain skill will be enough against them. But vs classes with short CC skills every lets say 30 sec it wouldnt do much so there balance stance skill would be better.
Can we have an extra skill slot pls? :P

Yeahi used it yesterday and i did saw the extra damage when fightinga guardian.. Feels good when i see them with 6+ boons ghehe, love it!

Necro mesmer and thief? Dont really have much i guess?The way i see it is signet mastery also increases your run speed by lessening the CD on SoR. Youll only have 18 seconds of downtime, even less if you have any boon duration. I never use warriors sprint unless im using all stances or something.
Mesmers and thieves commonly have 2-4 boons as well, not sure about necros but i know they commonly have retal, prot, might, fury, swiftness are their most common

Dolyak would give me more defense because i also have last stand.

Why don’t you use ‘Shake It Off!’? Shortest CD, stun breaks and removes a condition.

With signet master i can use dolyak signet for extra 180 tougness (-3,5% / 4% damage)
And -12 sec cooldown on signet of rage
With destruction of the empowered you often get +6% damage, on some classes it can be easy +15% damage.
(3% per boon)

This thread is reading like warriors and thieves who believe that their build should not only win against every other build, but should win quickly against every other build. If they can’t, then those builds must be OP.
So we get complains like, they take to long to kill and are boring to play against. It’s just more self requests from bad players who expect their PvP experience to be the same as their PvE experience. As true spoiled children, they threaten to quit, if they don’t get their way.

they should do something about it, give them other options or whatever.. how they master capture points is just ridiculous.
Condi engies tend to lack condition removal (usually have it on healing turret only) and often has ZERO stability. If they take either of those in a greater amount, they kitten their condis.
Its an L2P issue, just like all PvP whines.

No its not a L2p issue, the problem issnt that you cant defeat them..
the problem is HOW to defeat them because it takes waaay to long to defeat them.
First:
You cant stay on capture point because you get kittened around because of there turrets and condi spam bombs etc..
Second:
So you have to keep some distance, this turns into a boring fight where the engi keeps the capture point, at the moment you kill them (If ofc) you are already behind points and the engi is right back in 10 sec.
And I aint complaining about OPness or anything, just saying this makes PVP boring to play.
All I see these days are kitten boring engies in pvp doing massive condi spams or those annoying boring bunker engies that will never ever leaves the capture point.
even 3 people issnt enough to get those bunker types of engies down, its just boring as hell and its doesnt make this game fun to play.

We can’t have an objective debate about Warriors balance as long as Healing Signet and Adrenal Healing are ticking away for over 600 HPS. That’s just ridiculous. It turns every Block, every immunity and every evade into a 1-4k heal.
Yes, other things are probably OP too but nothing comes close to the passive healing. And until we see it nerfed/changed we can’t really objectively kitten other imbalances.

Because i and almost all warriors get around 360-370 from HS these days.. And lets say you have always 50% adrenaline (full adrenaline is never using CI so 50% is much more reality) thats another 50 health per second…
so its around 410-420
but ofc still people think its 600+ hps…

After you died and use Teleport back u don’t get the sigils, you have to remove your weapons first to get the sigils bonus again
seems like not much people used/tested this trait..
Atleast in wvw (in all game modes).
I have +7% crit sigil, after I died they don’t apply..
I have to remove all weapons and swap them back to have +7% crit again.

The trait “Last Stand” grants stability when your dazed, knocked down, launched, pushed back, or stunned.
Cooldown is 90 sec
That’s nice but on a long cooldown so its “ok”
But not when it activates when you already HAVE stability….
Can you pls fix this so it only activates when your are really dazed, knocked down, launched, pushed back, or stunned.
Because when I already have a stability boon I cant be dazed etc… so it shouldn’t activate the trait.
its last hitting animation is so slow and its stops you moving that they could just walk away from it.

When opponent goes into stealth right after using 100b it will interrupt the skill and goes into FULL cooldown! this happens to more chain skills.

Also opponents using skills right before stealth ends there is just ZERO animation from it for the other to see, like thiefs using dagger storm.

It makes the rune unbalanced because the other runes are far behind these runes, that’s why its unbalanced.

They overbuffed its might duration
They buffed its +% damage from 5% to 7%
AND the buffed it so you will ALWAYS get the +% damage because of rune #4..
its no problem to stack 25 might in a few seconds and keep them in combination with runes of strength..
that’s +875 strength and +875 condition damage…

With a leap and a pull + mobile 100b (k more 70b it does less damage but much faster) AA also does more damage and AoE field.
Compared to a ranged cripple and slow rush that never hits. 100b thats sucks vs players or you need to use different skills/weapons.. Build around it so 100b could be usefull. Crappy AA and F1 sucks.. Only reason i use it is for evade whirl + escape.
I think the guardian GS will do good on warr. But cant miss whirl also
All it needs is an damage increase on F1 to make it a real burst based on adrenaline. I can AA more..
And rush needs to be way faster and shorter animation so it hits. Or decrease it to 900 range and make it a leap

But i go for 0/30/25/0/15 for furious.. I get so much adrenaline now so i can cleanse more.
Still using lyssa (so in total i have 60crit chance without sigil/buffs)because i can use GS F1 also because i get enough adrenaline, that way i almost crit all the time.
Skill: berserker stance / balance stance / and used to run endure but now bulls, i just like this skill.
Still this build works great. Not the best in pvp but in wvw i have so much gapclosing

yes its the spawned weapon and it must be broken or something..
a single skill that hits for 8k on heavy armor in PVP where you don’t have food/buffs etc etc and low ferocity.. something is wrong with that skill..
The guardian did not want to tell but he even says it hits 12k on most classes.

GS F1 burst attack does terrible low damage, AA does more!!
Also it doesnt increase its damage based on adrenaline lvl…
The extra fury is good, reduce its cast time and buff its damage.

So the tooltip is right because you DO get 50% endurance back.. if it was a tooltip bug you wouldn’t get 15 (50%) endurance back.
If it did give only ~5 (15%) endurance back, well than it was a tooltip bug…

tested it with Wild Strike that give 10 endurance back.

If the animation isn’t being shown when they exit stealth during the channel its a bug not a l2p issue. If they havn’t technically hit anyone in whirlwind and are managing to refelect projectiles then the thief is smart at blocking their ally and then it is a slight l2p issue but nothing serious. Just gata pay attention to those missles’ path.

the problem is you don’t see any animation.. so you don’t know they are using whirlwind.. thiefs doing this more and more from stealth, it is a bug

And how many nerfs for hammer? I lost counting on this weapon… too many!
and yet after the patch hambow will remain as ridiculous as it is now.
whenever i play hammer war i roam around 3 shotting eles.
it is ridiculous, it needs atleast 50% damage reduction across the board.when it comes to warrior nerfs i have no remorse, 6 months of hambow is enough…
such a low risk/high reward build that is so incredibly easy to play, it should have been nerfed months ago.
This issnt only about hambow, don’t you see this affects ALL warrior builds? building momentum issnt a hambow trait, and longbow issnt a MUST have weapon only for hambow builds. they are nerfing it the wrong way.
Besides lyssa nerf and ferocity we also get:
Healing signet nerf
4 nerfs in total for longbow now!!
2x Combustive shot nerf (radius and its damage)
1x Pin down nerf (Obvious Animation ofc.. from 1/4 to 3/4 cast time)
1x Arcing arrow nerf (nerfed it by 15%!! )
- Impale, applies tormet from 10 to 4 sec
And how many nerfs for hammer? I lost counting on this weapon… too many!

- Merciless Hammer – from 25% to 20%.
Ok, some nerfs I must agree.. but a hard nerf on building momentum is just so badly done!!!! you made it to give 15 endurance when using burst! not 15%!!! after 1,5 years you now say it was a bug and the tooltip should say 15% and not 15?!?! really!!!! that’s the way you want to sneaky nerf more!? Make it so you can get more from it when using more adrenaline!! now it doesn’t matter if i spent 1 adrenaline bar to get endurance or 3 adrenaline bars.. you still get the same!
make it so:
LVL 1: gives 20% endurance back (or 15%)
LVL 2: gives 30% endurance back (or 25%)
LVL 3: gives 40% endurance back (or 50%)
for people don’t know: 50% endurance = 15 endurance.. like the old building momentum, but now it takes you a full adrenaline bar, sounds more fair to me!
Anet you deside how much but atleast make it more useful because 15% endurance back on lvl 1 or lvl3 is just sooo BAD and lame you didn’t even spend more time to think about how to nerf if properly!
Do you remember saying longbow burst skill restores to many adrenaline??? because that’s the reason you where nerfing it, and we ALL replied by saying burst skills DOESNT give ANY adrenaline!!! only with furious you get some if it crits.. but nope Anet always say they DO listing to us!! WHEN? WHERE? right now also?? I don’t think so

I already told here i understand the nerfs on hammer/longbow because of group play. But i am talking about duels here. So yes i admit they are to strong in that aspect (zerging/tpvp). So fine with the nerfs. What i dont get is why anet issnt doing anything about other weapons so with diff weapons you can be good in duels but not that great in zerg.. And the way around ofc.
