It’s not a bad idea to drop Ac’s if you are massively outnumbered. Dropping them when even fights or you outnumber them then I can see that being annoying. Though it’s all part of the game now. Everyone needs to adjust to that.

No, something imba needs to be fixed, we dont need to adjust to something that is broken, they need to fix it and we have to whine about it until they do, atleast i will!

How is US t1 now?. Any guilds actually running in 20-30 man or is it all on 1 commander 24/7 60-100 man blobs all week?. Making usual excuse for being bad its not gvg its wvw… From reading first few pages seems fair few guilds interested in some GvG. How are the EU hours?. How is the lag etc?.

If u thought VS blobs on EU, u should see MERC and ATM here, they practically lag the whole BL with the skill delay.

but i haven’t faced any lag, and nobody has has complained of skill delay so far except while fighting ATM/MERC at their prime time.

but if ur looking at GVG with EU standards, u will be disappointed. the difference is a clear mile.

still sulking about the RARE appearance of ATM on SoR BL……

well, we apologize about you guys losing the garrison yesterday, you guys got a full que(according to SoR, they did try hard) defending your fully upgraded garrison with a 10 second skill lag and we saw the SoR post about how it would be impossible for BG and JQ to take it under that lag… so ATM merely want to farm that full que running into the LR held by MERC and ND…. and we only want to farm it for a bit… so we’re sorry it became a 2 hours farm according to SoR posts, time flies

be honest, ATM fights MERC and ND every day for god knows how long and NYS + SAHP backdoor us every day and no one complains on the forum like your 20 SoR posts right after that garrison farm…

this is why we like fighting MERC and ND because they are the only guilds that fights us again and again on open field, they don’t complain about getting wiped or 2v1ed and they don’t leave the map after 1 wipe or straight up avoid ATM map during T1 oceanic.

we have nothing but respect for MERC and ND, sometimes we wiped them and sometime they wipe us, everyone gets plenty of badges…(we do find fighting BG is much more fun and profitable than SoR oceanic that hides in fully upgraded and fully sieged keeps, we really don’t have the patience to treb SoR keeps with full que defending it…. not with our short 4 hour operation time.

but rest assured, ATM is back on BGBL having fun with MERC and ND, and we’re getting our once a day visit from NYS and SAHP as usual =)

My answer was specific to his question, now u be honest and tell me that ATM/MERC dont blob and run with 80 people whenever they are online and lag the whole BL reagrdless of which ever BL they are in and i will keep quite!

I think one of the biggest reasons why eu doesnt want to.merge with na is co of na’ over obsession with coverage and winning rather than good fights.

Having moved so sor from deso. I noticed this immediately. People in eu dont really bother. About score and ppt and its exact opposite in na

My whole guild since moving to na has never complainted about lag.. I myself play from dubai.and can hardly tell the difference in lag.

Get through the first wave of arrowcarts – and then push forward a bit and have to get through the next wave of arrowcarts – at the end of it all we may have 10 people standing to take out said arrowcarts.

franly EU doesn’t require tier 9, they should merge the last tier or even last 2 tiers to make it more competitive..

in EU the top 3 tiers haven’t changed and they are way more imbalanced, so its likely the same servers will fight this week too.

This was suggested long back, as usual since WvW is not that important it was swept under the rug.

Who else think that players and developers are not on the same page when it comes to WvW??

almost every change that Anet is doing is not welcomed by the players, there were times when they turned out to be right and many times the players and Anet had to revert thier changes.

What i don’t understand is why don’t the Devs interact with the community to reach to a common understanding rather than just making changes and players getting furious over it and then reverting it??

There is so much of difference between this and SPVP, a dead game mode that Anet is desperately trying to revive and the devs doing pretty much everything possible to work with the Spvp community( state of game, advertising streams etc) and
then there’s WvW community which doesn’t seem to exist at all for them.

I hear rg decided to come to na.. kost prolly to jq… too bad they dont care about points as much as na server’s do.
But it could also mean many more eu guilds may come to na . Should make for interesting fights.

Placing acs to fight in open field fights is one of the lamest things to do in wvw. Right now this is rampant and not fun atall.
Because of this a 20.man can never take a 40 man which was pretty common before afs were buffed.

If JQ and BG pve population doesn’t play WvW, its not their fault,
from personal experience on desolation(most populated EU server, by far!) i can tell its much easier said than done to get them involved, pve’s get demotivated too fast.
we had set up website, held traning, ts comms, constantly spammed LA for people to join wvw, there’s only so much u can do, if someone on your servers doesn’t wanna wvw and only leech bonus from you, that’s all they will ever do.

People , please stop posting “full” comments at the drop of a hat. it has nothing to do with WvW at all!!!

It’s a shame really, BG/JQ are NA servers with NA guilds but yet they force us to PvDoor. Sounds like a server with a lot of heart!

I find it hilarious that people willingly choose to fight doors/guards and then turn around and complain about fighting doors. Or how 120man EU guilds move to NA brackets that have very little dedicated EU playerbase then complain about not getting good fights.

actually am not complaining atall, my kills doubled/tripled even since we moved to NA. but then i play 2-3 hrs before EU hits, so we are always against the mighty asians of BG and JQ.

Am on sor. Recently moved with iron…I assure u there is no server in na with eu population which can even match a tier 6 eu primetime.

Vs is by far more stable than jq or any na. Simppy cos its a national server. . So people dont hop around there like other servers . Next would.be elona for the same reason.

Word on the street is that they are going to merge the bottom 6-9 servers into the rest next month.

That should help with the dwindling WvW populations.

They should mix eu and NA imo,
we transferred to SOR last week, and frankly i don’t find any difference in ping atall.

really enjoying NA so far,

only gripe is the obsession with AC’s in NA, cant anybody have a decent fight without involving AC at all.

its really disappointing to see people relying so much on siege here
