Mail also crashes the game when Lion’s Arch too, I bought the new dye kit and I cannot retrieve them from the mail as the game just crashes out when I try.
Does anyone know when and what time server refreshes happen? I understood that the refresh happens every Monday, but I am not sure at which time PST?
I’m with you on this one, could do with more guild slots in exchange for gems.
I’m not asking for personal guild banks, I am asking for guilds with people. I take it by your argument that you’re one of those people that joins a guild, takes whatever you want out of it and leave or perhaps even straight up refuse to join a guild.
Any reduction will ruin GW2 for me, sorry.
I wish to request that the current cap of 5 guild memberships be increased to 10. I personally am in need for more space for my guild memberships.
As it stands right now I am maxed out on 2 separate accounts and cannot even represent my own guild on both of my GW2 accounts that I made two years ago. I can only represent my own guild on one of my accounts, not both.
So if we can have /g6, /g7,/g8,/g9 & /g0 in the chat box I’d be most appreciative.

Yes same issue as in my post too.
Alright so one or two patches later I tried turning my SLi on again and still GW2 64bit will not load properly into maps after switching characters.
Will this issue ever be fixed?
Ok, I’ve been able to narrow down the error that is causing my 64bit client to crash and that is to do with SLi on Nvidia GPU’s. Anet you broke your SLi support in the 64bit client at the last patch.
All I did was turn off SLi then do what I did with SLi turned on that would cause the 64bit client to crash and found that it didn’t crash with SLi turned off. All I had to do to cause the crash was change character and the client would crash out on map load.
Additional Info: One thing I have noticed is that I can hear the the audio for the map that I have entered fine enough, just cannot seem to complete the loading visually and end up getting stuck on the load screen. This occurs only in the 64bit client.
So until this issue is fixed I am having to go back to the 32bit client.
Update: I found that if I delete the Gw2-64.tmp file and the bin64 folder then start over this fixes the issue for only a short period of time.
Whatever ArenaNet did at the last patch it broke something in how the game accesses these files/folders.
Update: Now even the repair utility, which I am unsure will even work for the 64bit client sometimes crashes on me.
All this started after I had patched.
For some unknown reason my 64bit client will crash on entry into certain maps, at the moment its either Lion’s Arch or Queensdale.
I run the repair utility and it did fix the issue for Lion’s Arch, but then the same issue occurred again on entry into Queensdale.
This has prompted me to report the issue here.
So far this is what Nvidia have to say about this issue:
Since the issue is there only with this game and other users are also experiencing the issue with this game on win 10, it seems to be some sort of compatibility issue of the game with win 10. If it had been card/ driver issue, other games would also get affected.
I don’t play anything else and so I cannot say if other games are affected.
Running reasonably well on Win10 so far…I’ve noticed some lag issues with keyboard commands (might be a Logitech wireless thing), and when rezoning the screen starts off dim then comes up to normal brightness (almost certainly related to the NVidia issue). Other than those two minor annoyances, it runs just fine.
I also have the rezoning issue where the screen starts off dim and then comes up to normal brightness, sometimes it stays dim and I rezone again to get the screen to come back up to normal brightness.
Another issue I am having is that when rezoning my desktop flashes up momentarily and then back into GW2 and loads. I have already checked permissions and ensured that everything is check marked for my user account name in Win 10 along with everyone although I am the sole user of the computer.
2x Nvidia 660s by Asus.
I have resolved the issue and it was the display settings conflicting with GW2 & Win 10. After setting the display to what I want 2715×1527 in Win 10 & GW2 with SLi enabled and DSR I managed to get GW2 to run much better. I also applied admin mode to GW2.
Okay, I am experiencing a problem with Win 10 Pro 64 in that when I hit play on the GW2 launcher all that happens is that my screen flickers and GW2 quits.
Any idea what might be causing the issue?
I currently having a similar issue and cannot get my daily to reset at all. I have logged in and out several times did 1 of the dailies and yet daily completionist is showing as complete. No log in reward chest for me tonight.
Okay, I ran the repair utility for GW2 and that seems to have fixed the issue.
Hi All,
For some unknown reason my GW2 client launcher fails to find the login server and gives me an error message. I am in Europe if that helps.
Anyone else having trouble? There is nothing wrong with my connection otherwise I would not be able to post in here.
I changed my GW2 password easily enough as I do this fairly often anyway. As for my email I’ve not changed that and besides no information was given as the link did not work anyway. I think it wouldn’t do anything as the site does not exist.
I did reply to the email stating the link doesn’t work, I typed the link out on another computer and nothing, doesn’t exist.
Should I really be worried? Because I am actually having read the sticky about taking care with in game mails.
Okay I did that, reported it and yes edited my post to ensure that no one accidentally gets to scam site.
I don’t know whether to take this seriously or not but I had an in game message from a GM En FreakKing.

This is a serious issue non the less and also that the message has the following note: This message was sent by another player. It was not sent by the Guild Wars 2 Team.

For some unknown reason my Hall of Monuments, HoM has its content disabled when I try to talk to Kimmes the Historian and my charmable pets, what few I have on my main account, are missing.
Is there a fix for this issue?
I am also having issues with the Gemstore/TP not working. All I get is as blank screen where the Gemstore should be displaying.
The TP doesn’t display properly and is unusable.
For some reason the ability to buy gems or redeem codes in the gemstore [O] is disabled at the moment on both my GW2 client accounts.
Anyone else having this issue?
Ok am in game now on both of my 2 accounts, which I run on separate computers. Both were having the 1 file remaining issue, but it seemed to have fixed itself even after several restarts.
Yes there are problems in game right now too with the chat system, guild chat is not working properly.
I am also with BT I wonder if this is the factor?
My ISP is Virgin Media, so not just BT.
Also on Virgin Media and so no not just BT
I too am from UK and experiencing the same issue, stuck at 99% with 1 file remaining.

I do not know what the issue is with why I am constantly crashing out in WvW when fighting in a large blob of players, both friendly and enemy.
I have been sending in crash logs as and when I can, at times I crash straight to desktop with no means of filing a report. Even with this I am not getting feedback from Anet, which is making me wonder if they’re actually getting my crash logs.
My hardware is: Windows 7 Professional, 8GB Ram, 2x Nvidia 660s with SLi enabled. Intel Core i5-3570K.
For some unknown reason I am unable to login on the launcher to then play GW2.
I have checked my firewall, I assure you I am NOT connecting through a campus network and nothing has been changed at all with my firewall to create this error.
I get error code 58:11:5:535 for build 37556.
I’ll wait for an Anet official to respond just in case your option will cause secondary issues.
I even deleted and reinstalled GW2 and that did not fix the issue. However I am wondering if this issue I am having stems from recently updating my graphics card drivers. This did not go well at first and would that cause Gem Store/TP issues?
I am having issues with both the Gem Store and the TP in that it takes a long time to load. My recent purchases list pane is blank when it shouldn’t be.
My connection seems fine and I have the same issue on another computer as well.
Anyone else having issues?

UPDATE:
The kit refuses to work properly on Windows 7 64bit. However will work fine on Mac OSX 64bit.
For some unknown reason when I try to use a total makeover kit it causes my GW2 client to crash.
Everything just freezes upon use. I have to reset my computer and start over.
Is this a known issue?
I got this error message when trying to access the forums and also had trouble logging into the game:

I ran the repair client to see if that’ll fix the issue and thus far I was able to log back in, albeit slowly.

I ran my Mac Beta version to find the TP worked perfectly there and so then re-installed GW2 Windows.
This has fixed the issue and the TP is working fine now. However I am aware of the above who reinstalled only for the issue to re-occur.
Update to state that my TP is still not working.
I am unsure if it is that as I appear to be able to buy Gems fine enough.
For some unknown reason my BLTC or TP is not working at the moment.
I have tried re-logging and restarting my client all to no avail. All it shows is a blank page and not even displaying my gem count, just ‘….’.
Anyone else having issues?
It appears that the trading post, TP is not working right now. All items are showing up as 0 even though it may have 1000+ in stock and you cannot buy anything nor sell anything.

For some reason and I am unsure if this is a known bug with a workaround, I have not found one, but the function keys, F1 through to F4 do NOT work.
This appears to be a Mac client only issue as under Windows they do work.
I would like to know what steps, if any, that Anet are taking in light of Heartbleed and the problems it can pose to player accounts?
I have received an email detailing that I have changed my email address for my GW2 account.
I did NOT at any point request it.

The last mini patch seems to have fixed the issue and I am able to access the home instance.
I am sure this has been mentioned before and elsewhere on this forum, however I cannot find the topic.
For some unknown reason, other than not being an Asuran, my Norn guardian cannot access the Home instance in Rata Sum.
I’ll need the Point of Interest, POI that’s in there for map completion.
I recall a workaround being that if I have a friend, such as another guild member, who happens to have an Asuran character at a particular stage in their storyline access can be obtained by also taking part in the same storyline mission. The issue now is that non of my friends or guild members are at this stage anymore.
What can be done to alleviate this issue and why is it impossible to enter with a non Asuran character as it is possible to enter the home instances elsewhere regardless of character race?
