Traps would be interesting (could have some nice synergy with mine/minefield and bombs). I just assumed it would be minions and the minions would be the little drone things we see in the HoT video.
If they tweaked shield skill #4’s dash range to be like the EOTM Kodan Bear vet’s one I would be the happiest person. Agreed with others though, shield atm is pretty good as it is. Just that short dash distance though…. Wish it could have a slight increase or break immobilize?
Doesn’t it count as a mobility skill? Thought there was a trait for that Warriors’ Sprint? I can’t remember off top of my head if this is true or not.
Warrior’s Sprint does indeed affect shield bash.
As far as buffing the shield, I think it is fine the way it is but could use some cool down/ range tweaking. Maybe change shield bash from a 450 range to 600 (traited), and make traited shield stance a 20 second cooldown (down from 24) especially since on my engineer a traited tool kit has a 3 second block on a 16 second cooldown albeit without a reflect.
Synaptic Overload, I know it was not used by a lot but it actually added a nice element to my Static Discharge Build and was an incentive to pick up PBR.
Well it should be noted that it also buffs the gadget you use.
Rocket boots: makes it a 1200 leap
Slick Shoes: Increases Radius to 90
Throw Mine: Explosion and Proximity Radius increased to 300/180
Utility Goggles: Adds 3 stacks of might
PBR: Now launches 600
AED: Now lasts 8 seconds instead of 5
So it not only decreases the cooldown but makes it better, not sure if you knew that, could not tell from your post. However I personally have not really found it useful, I usually op for adrenal, but the some of the buffs it does is decent, looking at goggle might and aed duration.
If you are wanting to use solely the flamethrower and only for solo pve then FT + Bunker down (Firearms XIII) can be a decent combo with berserker gear

Please consider an option to equip the “male” version of armors…would you storm into battle with a golden brazier that focuses all of the impact on your sternum…or leap into a brawl wearing a tiny non-skirt and a garter?…No, ArenaNet, you would not…

I too love Liadri. I got my mini during the first event and I remember who frustrating it was, took me a good 20-25 times to beat her but doing so was so rewarding. It is a nice break from the regular pve which can get a bit boring. Plus it allowed me to really hone my dodging skills lol.
I would like to see is turret healthbars, I dont mean like in a party UI but I want to see the HP bar floating over the turret like I see enemies HP bars after I injure them, is there anyway to make this happen. (this will make them easier to see when to explode them for max effect)
The only thing that I know of that comes close is if you mouse over your turret for a second a health bar will pop up above the turret then fade after a few seconds, that is how I check the health of mine. When I say put the mouse over for a second it is less than that you can just drag your mouse across the screen and it will pop up the health bars of any turrets the cursor passed near. Although it would be nice to have an option for a persistent health bar.
Ive seen a few replys about Charr and wearing God armor so I will give my 2 cents on that. The Charr accept that the Human Gods and all other races gods are real. They see them as beings of power but do not worship them or take commands from them, but instead the Charr strive to kill (for glory no doubt).
Players could make up their own reasoning for their Charr to be wearing the armor. Mockery perhaps? A challenge to combat? Maybe saying they vanquished such and such God (from a RP standpoint I guess) and wear their gear as proof.
I don’t know, maybe I am just saying that because I really like the way the Balthazar armor looks

Anyways, Male Charr Warrior: Rragar Ragehammer He is part of the Rage warband, they are so called due to their aggressiveness on the battlefield, his nickname is hammer because he loves to bash in peoples heads with a hammer.
Thank you all for the responses, I have been running a 0/10/30/0/30 build with a mix of knight & Cavalier gear since yesterday and it seems good so far. CMstorm, I use a bow every now and then for keep defense/attack but usual unequipped for out in the open fights just becuase I need my leap escape from time to time heh. Also the stomp + firefield is interesting. Assassin x , that hammer build looks very deadly I will have to give it a try. As far the heal goes yes, I usually prefer surge I used healing signet twice so far but everyone seems to think it is great so I had to ask, ill just save it for my high healing CD build. Also on the shouts I just view the healing as a bonus I never use them for a quick heal unless im basically dead, I save them for condition cleansing usually and just see the healing as a added bonus. kurtosis those two builds are nice, I am currently running the second one and it is going smoothly, i might edit my gear a little bit though to get it closer stat wise, but not too much due to money. The first build I really want to try, just have to buy some of the Valk. armor to go with my PVT stuff. Also thanks for the heads up on the Ascended stuff, I only have ascended gear on my engineer so far (I only use laurels not really a fractals person) So I will keep that in mind. Also the UF trait is great I sometimes ran with it before, but now that I know it stuns then damages (thought it was the other way around) I will now always use it with hammers. Also with the mobile strikes I did not think it worked with earthshaker but now that I know it does I will not be able to live without it haha. Warrior is not my main so there is all these little things that I do not know that would have made quality of life so much better so thank you!
You are not alone, I currently have 8 (I plan on more), 3 of which are level 80 some are low level that I mainly use for sPvP but still level them up here and there, I am not one to rush the leveling process, it took me 2 1/2 months to get my first guy to 80.

A Charr can be a Mesmer. There were ton of Charr Mesmer bosses in Guild wars 1, so yes it is not impossible. However their society has changed a bit where some look down on magic, but so long as magic users use their magic in useful ways they will be accepted by most. In my opinion they would fit very well in the Ash Legion.
Alright so linked below is my current set up. I normal run in pug zergs that can range from just a few people to a big ball of folks, the only time I solo roam is when I am getting to where I need to go so I am not concerned with 1v1 effectiveness. Basically my goal is to be a front liner, charge in and wreak cc havoc with the hammer. I use hammer + sword/wh (for mobility + blast finisher). Right now I try to balance survivability and a little extra damage by mixing in berserker gear with my soldiers. What I want to know is if the little extra crit chance/damage is worth it or if I should just go for pure defense (especially since I am about to burn some laurels on ascended gear for my warrior). I could also use some advice on what weapon sigils to use, I am just using some I had already. Also which heal ability, I switch between the signet and surge and not sure which is better.

Charr, t3 cultural armor + The Juggernaut (legendary hammer) is just epic. I do not have the hammer myself yet but I have seen others. Plus the t3 cultural armor by itself is nice. ( I know the hammer effects all races but it just really looks the best on the charr t3 armor in my opinion) Outside of that GS # 5 ability looks best on charr and what could be more intimidating then a big charr with a huge hammer? Plus charr are born for war.

As for my Charr Engineer: Dextarr Thunderfuse.
Dextarr is a name of a charr NPC from guildwars 1 and I have always liked the name. (yes I stole a name, I’m sorry, minus points for originality). Thunder for the warband because we make a lot of noise with our war engines and guns etc. and" fuse" is the nickname because my Charr Engineer is the demolitions expert.
I finally just beat Liadri, took a few tries, I first tried SD zerker but kept dying while trying to kill her, then CD grenades which did not fair to well, then tried CD bombs but I kept running out of time. Then on my first try with a weird HGH CD FT build I managed to get her down. Here is what I used in case anyone was interested:
Basically I swapped between FT and Med Kit for swiftness procs / to heal / keep my might up while I threw the 3 lights on her then used Elixir B when I could damage her and unloaded everything from my pistols with incendiary ammo active and just kited around the room with pistol skills, using napalm and Flame blast from FT when appropriate.
For all of the other challenges I swapped between a CD turret build and SD.
To do any kind of damage close to other classes, you have to have perfect execution. Instead of totems you drop all kinds of turrets. And because we are so versatile and fun, some of our damage is “taxed”..
I wouldn’t say “perfect execution” is necessary on everything to get “untaxed” damage, on some builds yes but not on all. But that is true with any class.
Very nice looking, I will have to try this tonight. I also run a turret build with condition damage (I don’t think too many people know that turrets condition damage/duration is based on your own stats). I run the same runes + jewelry although I use smoldering on one pistol. Basically with the rocket turret you have 99% burning uptime, which is nice. However I triple turret it (Rocket (sometimes flame), net, rifle (sometimes switch out for throw mine or rocket boots)) But I am now intrigued to see how much more damage I can get with the extra stacks of confusion and the extra defense from the traits in alchemy seem very nice for more self survival (something by current build is somewhat missing). Honestly for a grand master trait in tools I would like to see a trait for gadets, I have no idea what but something to make them shiney. Alternatively I would not mind if they remove the Global Cooldownf or KR (each kit has its own cool down) but make it a grand master in Tools, or somewhere else, idk, but you are right most grand master traits pale in comparison to Grenadier or HGH (even though I do not really use them often, they are really powerful).
I like it, super elixir is nice and acid bomb for damage/escape and of course fumigate for allies. Also the new Kit refinement mixed with sitting duck trait in fire arms can stack a high amount of Vulnerability.
