The first question anyone on a team asks when they see the group has no ele and the other team has one is (or even if the other team doesn’t have one) “anyone got an ele to swap to?”

I call complete BS on OP’s story

In the last incident we were 2 ele in group. The necro went afk because either of us could change.

In my first story the necro (is there a patern here? lol ) gave up after the second fight and I was the only ele. He was very bad player he could even place his body properly but blamed the ele.

Anyways guys, if you think I am BS ok there is nothing I can do to convince you otherwise. But why to waste my time to post just to troll. I decided to discuss this after I got tired of that story. Maybe you haven’t player solo q much.

Ah and Celine, you play d/f auramancer tempest, that is the meta, and from what I get you have a team. Yes with that build is much easier but if the enemies have a lot of cc you rarely manage to overload and you have very low hp so control can kill you. Still you have to play really good and focused and one mistake can lead to your death and domino as you said for your team. You have to be a good player, it is not easy and my point is when ppl don’t know if you are good or not they judge you badly for just being an ele.

One more fight that a necro (named Grëth) went afk before we even start just because we were 2 ele in the team and we didn’t have anything to change on. We lost against super easy enemies while we were really good, me and the other ele were keeping 3 and then 4 ppl for a long long time! Btw, I change to support now and when they see me they say oh another bunker ele, no dps… Ppl will never be happy.

Everyone knows that ele should support the team, then why is that when I’m not playing my ele, somebody else plays it, he is a kitten n00b, really, in diamond and legendary too. 50% of the eles are n00bs, even in legendary! They often play solo, they let you team fight, while he fights 1vs1, while the other ele in enemy team is there in the team fights… but how did they get to diamond and legendary, is still a question to me..

There are n00bs in every class the problem is that as an ele you cannot hide it, you need to move to dodge into perfection, you need to be aware of every little detail, one miss-click and it is hard to save it! Other classes have more chances and even if they are bad they can do stuff.

That’s why ppl get surprised when I do good and whisper me gg, wow good ele etc. Cause they expect you to be bad and this is the point of my thread! Not to qq because there is only one vital build for eles but to point out that ele is the hardest class to play and ppl know that, so they don’t like them.

First, who told you that I like to play bunker… I find it boring and easy, just not my style.

Second, even if you play bunker ele you cannot really kill ppl (only baddies), you can just put them to sleep out of boredom.

Third, I am stack in ruby since the first week… and ruby is now the new sapphire.

A dps ele at the moment is not rewarding because you need a good team to pull it off. With the build I play I can survive a lot, rez team mates, do some heals and decent dps if ppl are assisting and play as a team. But solo queuing is so random that you cannot have that, and even if you play bunker-healer you cannot help your team if it sucks.

My point is that ele cannot stand alone like other classes do, his performance and usefulness depends on the team and everyone knows that. This is why they are so harsh and unfair even if you play well.

p.s
Note, the ppl I play with are randoms they don’t know if I am good or not (me or any other ele). When they see 3 necros they won’t question them, they wont ask them to change. Because even if they are bad they can get carried by the class while eles cannot. Eles have to try really hard to achieve what others achieve without a sweat. And don’t tell me about the heals… we all know druid does that much better while his pet is wrecking you!

I am usually against QQing but… well this time I have to! I know that eles are crap these days… I used to kill anyone but now I feel like paper and not even one with sharp edges.

But the thing that bothers me the most is the racism against eles. When people see an ele in their team they will ask you to change, they will cry asking you to play something useful or they will quit! True story! When they see 3 necros (most of the teams have 3 of those, I don’t blame them…) or 3 guardians (you can be brain dead and still win) or engis (just run and spread death and chaos while auto healing) they are all like ye baby!

I have so many ele racism stories but I will share one that happen yesterday.

We do the first fight and there was no assisting everyone was dying so fast, still I was the last to die (yey!) and even resurrect a guy before I rest in peace :P Second fight me and some necro were fighting 2v2. The enemies were focusing me and I was running like a kitten! Still I don’t know how the necro gets downed, I rush to rez but I was out of stability… I lost him… then I manage to finish the guardian and downed the other guy but I was downed as well and some guy passed and finished me. When I spawned I see the chat and the necro was saying “Septer ele? You suck! I’ll go afk” and he did… oO

It doesn’t feel good when people blame you even for their own fails. And this is because as an ele you might play godly but still you are not good enough to kill a medium meta necro, engi, revenant, guardian etc. and everyone knows that. You can be the best in your team and if you loose the will say something like what I guy said today “we lost because of you eles, because you didn’t change to something useful”.

ye I noticed… and to be honest I don’t really like that, it can look weird with some armor skins, but ye… And by the way I checked howler and it has an effect like water when you walk and a fog around you, minstrel has some notes that leave a trail, maybe not a foot print but pretty visible and cool

I am so exited for Nevermore, I really love the concept, it’s they only Legendary I can see my Norn Ele having and I will work hard to get it.

There is only one thing that disappointed me from the footage we’ve seen so far. No footprints or really discrete footprints cause I can barely see any. Every Legendary has proper footprints, I was expecting that Nevermore will have too. They don’t need to be loud or over the top, the blue glow looks good but it should last longer and be more visible.

About the crows I love the idea and I would like them to be also more visible, maybe flying in a lower height. But not as important as the footprints.

I don’t know if anyone else thinks that, but I believe that this is what makes a Legendary a special skin.

Hmm imo you are in the wrong game, if you care only for dungeons and fractals GW2 is not for you. GW2 has a blend of different game types and you cannot escape from some of them. Also, when you leveled up your character you were getting hero points only at the open world, via challenges or mini puzzles. Why you expect things to be different now?

Yep.. even for one – unlock elite skill – just a pain for folks like me (who’s dont like jumping puzzles). But i have 9 char… so it’s just “mission impossible”.

Ye ofc when you have more “children” you have more responsibilities and todos. You brought them into the world… so they are your responsibility. Imo you should’s ask for special treatment undermining other peoples experience Also if you had that much time to lvl up 9 characters then you should have plenty of time to unlock their specs.

I am so happy since the expansion this world is vast, breathtaking and moving! I love the graphics in the jungle, the music is amazing and the progression feels so real. Really good job Arena net! Thank you for this amazing world you have created!

I don’t know why some people complaining about the Masteries and Elite Specializations. When you first create a character you always unlock things gradually, so patience people! You don’t need to have everything unlocked on Day 1. Just relax and enjoy the beauty of discovery and progression, the journey is what matters not the destination!

Indeed the dps is out of control, some elite specs are over powered dealing insane damage and receiving none at the same time!

Dragonhunter > I daze > I knock you down > I daze again > you are dead

Scraper > hi! > what? are you hitting me? > yeah you are dead

Daredevil > I am here, evade > no I am there, evade > I am back and full hp, evade > you are dead

Reaper > wait chill man > slash > slash > dead

Tempest > Look at me I have cool animations! > Look… > and then Tempest is dead!

Chronomancer > I am here > no I am not > I am almost dead > no I am not > ops you are dead!

Druid and Harold seam balanced… but to be honest I haven;t encounter them much.

P.S
Also what’s wrong with Guardian and 12 stacks of burn in 3 sec? This build needs a fix fast! And what’s the deal with Warriors? Are you gonna boost them even more with each patch? They take no damage and they kill people in 3 skills, they have insane mobility, defense, aoe and crowd control. How come and the 2 heavy armor users (highest defense plus blocks or invulnerability skills) deal the most damage? How is that fair?

PS2. Engineer is also broken after last patch… Flamethrower, omfg! They just hit one skill!

As an ele I had hard time facing almost any of the specs, they are all overpowered except Tempest that is a joke. It’s impossible to die in 3 sec from a Dragonhunter or die from Scraper’s aoe while he is focusing the archers… it’s a shame to not be able to hit a daredevil once or not be able to bring Riper below 50%. All the specs do insane damage and they have many tools to survive for ever. They seam like up grates rather than new options and people still don’t know how to play them like the old stuff.

btw I don’t believe that anyone asks for a second d/d ele, what’s the point of it?! I personally ask for something new, fresh and fun to play. Fun means to be able to fulfill one or more roles successfully, meaning to be good at something (not be good at everything at the same time like Warrior).

So far what I see is that Tempest isn’t a good enough tank or dps, either good buffer or healer. I would expect it to be at least a better crowd controller but no, his role isn’t clear or focused on anything. I just want, If someone asks me to tell him about tempest to be able to say Tempest is good at “x”, and you should play it if you like the “y” but he lacks the “z”.

Ye with marauder you can do better dps but you die too easy… it is not like Warrior or Guardian that can play with Berserker amulet and still survive for ever. If you play like that, being a front liner (trying to support team mates) you just die in a second. Not fun at all!

I am kinda bored and annoyed by playing Tempest. It was fun at first when I thought that I just need to get use to it, but after practicing and trying many different builds I just got mad and disappointed. I am mostly struggling on PVP against Warriors / Guardians / Engineers / Scrapers / Daredevils and I loose 95% of all 1v1 against any class.

The worst part is that ppl mock me, a ranger was standing still laughing at me while I was doing all my burst, when he reached 30% health he turned and killed me. A warrior was typing to me while we were fighting saying “cool animations” and “hehehe”, and his life never reach 80% while I was struggling to survive. A Scrapper killed me while he was focusing the archers and bombers, I died from his aoes…

I am thinking to just stick to my Ele till things get balanced. Btw I am playing the game 1 year and half and mostly I pvping so I am not a ftp player or smt.

I played Tempest with Warhorn and full shouts on PVE and PVP, I tried many different builds and this is my feedback.

Tempest seams cool for PVE although the lack of mobility and defense is what makes it bit hard to play but over all it has some nice fun combos.

Tempest on PVP has many problems that you never notice while PVEing.
1. Overloads
Overload skills share cool-down with attument. Even if the overload skill gets interrupted at the first second (which is the case most of the times) by changing attument, the previous will have 20 sec cool-down instead of 9. This makes many of the overloads useless because if you want for example to have the option to return to water as soon as possible (it is essential anyways) you won’t use overload water.
Another problem with Overloads is that if you change element the overload gets interrupted. I understand the thinking behind it but the this is dangerous! At least make it so it won’t get interrupted by dodge.

Suggestion: separate cool-downs, make possible to dodge while overloading without interrupting the overload.

“Overload earth”: the radius of that skill is too short to hit moving targets.

Suggestion: Increase radius to 350 instead of 240.

“Overload Fire”: the radius it’s is also really short 240 instead of 180 would be more viable.

2. Shouts
Shouts are in general good, except:

“Shock and aftershock”: – the cooldown is to long and blast radius is too short.

“Rebound”: sometimes seams like it doesn’t work… also some times there is a delay on the application of the buff. Cast time says 1/4 but it might takes like 2/4 to have the buff on you. (maybe a bug?)

“Eye of the storm”: too long cool-down for the only skill that can save the Tempest in pvp.

Suggestion: decrease it to 30-35 sec.

3. Warhorn Skills
In general the warhorn skills are nice but:

“Lighting orb”: moves to slow and has really short velocity so it rarely hits moving targets (PVP), also the damage is too low… so even if it hits doesn’t worth the trouble of trying to lock enemy and position your self so it hits. Plus 1 vulnerability is a joke. This skill doesn’t seam like a 5 skill.

Suggestion: increase the speed of the orb and add 3-5 stacks of vulnerability on impact.

“Dust storm”: the cast time is too long 1/2 would be sufficient.

“Water globe”: the healing of this skill is too insignificant. Healing needs a boost!

Suggestion: add a 3sec regeneration boon for each pulse you are in the circle.

“Wild Fire”: the base damage is too low, and people easily see the fire unfolds and they move out.

Suggestion: increase base damage or decrease cool-down. Cast time could also be reduced to 1/2.

4.Traits:
“Harmonious Conduit”: 1 stack of stability makes no difference on pvp at least. Increase it to 3 or 2 stacks.

Few fixes and Tempest can be a fun specialization to play on PVP.

What Elementalist too oppressive in PvP with burning means exactly? Maybe you confused there, Guardians are the ones to be too oppressive with burn!!!

Guardians can stack 13 stacks in 2 seconds without you even see it to avoid it and they have godlike defense at the same time. I play with condi removal skills and still, I am constantly with at least 5 stacks that I cannot get rid of!

As an elementalist I am struggling to to manage to stack 5 burns on pvp, because targets are moving and my burns are hard to land or they are grounded so people can see them and avoid them. To get a good output of burning you need a lot of skill, perfect positioning, help from your team and a bit of luck. While Guardian can do it better and much much much easier!

Also why touch blinding ashes? For once this skill had some use… 5 sec is fine, as an ele you are not constantly on fire that means you don’t always burn, so the high icd will destroy the skills flow. Also it is a major trait and it does just 1 thing, it should make a difference!

Please focus on nerfing Guardians burn build and Warriors insane damage quickness mode, than nerfing elementalist on each patch…

The risk to use ice bow on pvp is to huge for nerfing it. Even in pve we just use it for 2 skills and then through it away. So now it will be just like the rest of the conjures, USELESS!
But as it seams ANET doesn’t care for that group of skills anyways, they don’t even change “conjurer” trait to be actually useful… to give some protection or smt when u use a conjured and u risk your life!

25% reduction is too low to make a difference for just one skill, even if you manage to use it on a skill rather than auto attack. So the idea to have it as a buff for like 5 seconds is good, then you can see some use on it.

My impressions of Tempest:

1. Fun skills on paper… on reality skills are just slow and ineffective, giving time to the enemy to run around and heal up (impossible to kill Warriors, Engineers).

2. Most skills can be interrupted easily, delaying or canceling the very few possible combos (no chance against Mesmers).

3. Many skills have slow reactions or short range and cannot hit moving targets (example: lighting orb, never hits anyone).

4. Most skills involve great risk or require perfect positioning, that doesn’t pay off!

5. Tempest has very few ways to escape or survive when focused and very few to none tools to reach running targets or keep them in place.

6. “Rebound” is useless getting wasted on autos and 25% is literally nothing!

7. Aftershock cool down is too high!

In general Tempest sounds cool but he doesn’t do damage, he cannot control effectively, the support is circumstantial and buggy (shout’s auras many times are not shared to allies), his survival skills (heals, knockdowns) cannot used while his is under attack cause they are getting interrupted to easy and their cast is too long, lastly he cannot escape or reach targets due to low mobility and range.

He is a sack of potatoes, he needs peeling, slicing and deep frying so you can eat him!

Good on paper but in reality Tempest is slow and ineffective. Most of his skills have a high risk that it doesn’t really pay off, due to the really low damage or control that they do, if they hit. His skills can get interrupted so easy making it impossible to use combos or attack on time while the target is on range. Many skills rely on perfect positioning or they hit too slow (lighting orb for example) therefor there are useless since they cannot hit any moving target. Very low mobility and the lack of skills that can help you escape and survive while you are focused are another issue.

This Specialization could be fun but as I said to pull off your skill you need to be ignored by your enemy and even if you do manage to use them the damage is insignificant and slow so you cannot really kill anyone!

I had the worst time fighting Warriors, Mesmers and Engineers…

I agree that “Rebound” is a very weak elite, doesn’t even seam like an elite. Needs to get reworked so it effects reuse time at, at least 50%, to last longer and to be able to use it more often or needs to get replaced with something completely different.

My main issue with tempest is the fact that using “Shouts” or “overload” give you access to shared auras and that makes “Powerful Aura” irrelevant and useless. The optimum build for aura sharing will be the use of shouts so what’s the reason to waste an already underused trait for it? In my opinion Powerful Auras trait should change.

Another issue with Tempest is the fact that his gameplay is similar to DD ele gameplay. I was expecting for Tempest to be a control focused specialisation. Tempest could have skills that focus on stun, daze, slow maybe even knock backs and pulls. He could still be front line but his role would be to stop the enemy from attacking and support via that and not via buffs again…

Lastly this Specialisation lacks mobility, I would expect him to have a teleport or a leap, so you can also play scepter / warhorn and not only dagger… A front liner has to have mobility!

Why do devs keep necros in this game?

OMG Necros are so OP right now, they kill in seconds and if not they just cannot die, they can tank 3 people and kill 1 of them, I saw it in many different matches, it is CRAZY! They are constantly on Death shroud dealing insane damage. They are so broken, so OP, I used to win them 1v1 80% of the times now I kill only some noobs… this is just sad.

Defensive builds, even more worthless

Defense is weaker than attack after last patches. All power and condition builds kill everyone too fast, even the bunkers… balance is bad at the moment. Most of the fights end up too soon there is no time for counter play.

Welcome to the new patch, Warriors can kill you with 3 skills now, Daze and downed! If you manage to survive that then they will take no damage for ever, till they can hit you again and down you in 2 sec!

Thanx for the feedback but I am not a noob and I do not need your advice! I never had problems on 1v1, I was winning 80% of the fights or when I was loosing it was always very close, very good and intense fights. Now I am loosing 90% of the fights with necros, 70% with mesmers, guardians and warrios. My brother plays all classes and he agrees with me, that Necros are ridiculously OP at the moment, and Mesmers, Guardians and Warriors are walk in the park!

I am playing DD Ele with celestial Amulet > air, water, arcana. I am keeping cele cause I like the balance and I wan’t my fights to last long and not being a result of either me striking first and kill someone in 2 secs or me dying in a 2 sec.

I won’t talk about Guardians the can burn you in 2 secs or about warriors that they never die and kill you with 3 skills in many cases.
After Last Patch the classes are even more unbalanced… fights are unfair and too easy for Necros and Mesmers mostly.

Mesmers can be in stealth for ever and gain health so fast while at the same time they deal some crazy damage spikes. They always had builds for spiky damage but they were receiving damage at the same time, the were dying if you manage to survive that initial burst even if they were very good and they couldn’t die you could see that they were receiving some serious damage. Now u struggling to kill 20% of their health then they run and stealth and they are full…

Now my biggest issue are the Necros… they can be brain dead staying still just pressing buttons and they kill 2 people for fun. If they are skilled they will never die, they can tank 2-3 people and kill one of them at the same time. They are always on death shroud hitting so hard and if you manage after a long time with highest of effort to burn their green life they still have full red health. Then if you burn some of the red life they go back to green and come out full again. Even if you stay out of their fields, they leach your life so fast, even if they play condi and you remove most of their conditions you still die very, very fast. They turn the fights when they join, it feels like cannot be countered…

note:
I am playing for 1 and half year mostly PvP and only Elementalist, sorry if I don’t know skill names of the classes above or build details, I only know how to counter all different builds that I see. Right now necros, mesmers, some builds of guardians and warriors seam impossible!

Any thoughts about that or eles just got nerfed?

What new skills do you hope HoT will bring?

Hello there,
I noticed that we don’t have the Specific Dungeon Npcs anymore and instead we have just one that sells everything. It is just one Npc for 8 different currencies, while there are 5 or more different Npcs for the Black Lion Weapons, that all use the same currency.

There is so much space in Lion’s Arch, why the Dungeon Npcs don’t get to have their own place?! They should have their own building with their desks and they can even have fashion model dolls demonstrating the different armor skins you can get from them.
They can be turned into a cool little thing and placed more conveniently.

I noticed that we don’t have the Specific Dungeon Npcs anymore and instead we have just one that sells everything. It is just one Npc for 8 different currencies, while there are 5 or more different Npcs for the Black Lion Weapons, that all use the same currency.

There is so much space in Lion’s Arch, why the Dungeon Npcs don’t get to have their own place?! They should have their own building with their desks and they can even have fashion model dolls demonstrating the different armor skins you can get from them.
They can be turned into a cool little thing and placed more conveniently.

So, I am a bit torn!
I like the new Lion’s Arch in general, it is well organised, I love the little Neighborhood in Commodore’s Quarter, the Phoenix Roust is breathtaking and has an amazing view, the grand plaza looks magical and the little chapel area on Inner harbor is beautiful. The bar in the Western Ward is cute and I love the vault’s entrance, it is very creative.

Now, to be honest I was expecting something much different. I always imagined Lion’s Arch a bit more luxurious and overwhelming. Huge buildings around the city like in Divinity’s Reach, big Golden Lion statues like in Hoelbrak and bridges that you hold your breath by passing them. Golden and Red Arches over gathering areas, exotic plants decorating the plazas reminding us of the Grove and maybe a planetarium in the center of the city. The total aesthetic would be like the “The Vaults” that we got now, classic, detailed, heavy, bold, luxurious. The loading Screen Art looks more like what I had in mind.

I don’t want to seam ungrateful, I recognized the hard work involved and I am not disappointed cause LA is still very good, I was just expecting a more strong and epic theme than seawater.

I hope Tempest will be all about control and support via slow and blind, knock downs and stuns.

I hope to see some new mechanics on the utility skills such as pull, taunt or float effects.

Tempest Skill Types?

Just by the name Tempest and from the specializations we already know I imagine Tempest to be all about control and support via slow and blind, knock downs and stuns but with fewer skills that deal damage.

I would like his mechanic to be a minor control condition on element switch like chill when you turn to water, cripple on earth, blind on air and immobilize on fire. Those conditions could last 1-2 secs or even trigger the longer you stay on an element instead of on element switch.

Also I would love to see some new mechanics on the utility skills such as pull, taunt or float effects.

Utility Skills Examples:
- Summon a tornado that pulls enemies in and blinds them,
or Summon a tornado that floats enemies that caught on it, enemies get a small damage when they land.
- Release forward a line of 5 mini whirlwinds that knock down foes they touch and cripple them. The whirlwinds disappear after they hit an enemy, if not they continue moving on random directions for few seconds until they fade away.
(the cast works as “Fiery Whirl” but without the caster moving)
- Create a storm wall that slows enemies that try to cross it and applying fury to your allies. (also could apply other boons like quickness or swiftness – but maybe too op)
- Summon a cyclone that applies taunt to the enemies and gives stability to the allies that try to touch it. The cyclone stays still and can be killed.
- Summon a wind storm that vanish you and your allies into thin air for a few seconds (stealth) the storm applies 3 stacks of vulnerability with each pulse to the enemies that stay inside it.

if the bow doesn’t have to match the current guardian’s theme then maybe the horn doesn’t have to match its owner’s theme either. mostly i just want a sword.

How the bow doesn’t fit the Dragonhunted theme?! It has a Dragon on it!!!

Omg still this useless link… first this link is from so long time ago (things change) and secondly those are dagger skills with few changes on the auto-attack skills, so I doubt this is for sword.

Then, the sword you linked it could easily be a gem store sword, does this look to you like a Tempest themed weapon?!

The second sword could be elementalist themed but again no tempest, nothing to indicate winds or storms.

The shield even if it is crystal it has a layout that reminds me of a tornado, so could possible fit the concept but we already have Mesmer getting shield and the quality of that shield is more of a Legendary weapon, too shinny and bold!

Lastly check that code [&AgEUEQEAAA==], this could easily be a tempest weapon!

I love the Warhorn Idea, I have even speculated we are getting one few months ago, even if ppl kept insisting that we are getting sword cause they saw a data mine with few changes on dagger skills lol.
Well as I said this is a good idea in my opinion, warhorn seams to fit the Tempest concept, at least the one I have in mind and I even had few fun ideas for skills like:

Fire:
Fire trap: Teleport (similar to the Flashing Light) summoning a fire tornado at your previews spot. The tornado leak flames and burns foes close to it.
Fire head: Buff your self with quickness and swiftness. This skill could be also a finisher.
Water:
Acid Rain: Summon a water storm that makes enemies vulnerable and weak while healing allies.
Ice cube: Freeze (paralyze) your enemy for 1-2 seconds. (similar to Deep Freeze)
Air:
Electric Skin: (buff) Damage, weaken and blind foes that are attacking you.
Compressed Air: Through a wave of air around you damaging and dazing foes (similar to the Tequatle’s wave). This could be a finisher.
Earth:
Rough ground: Create a field that cripples and blinds foes, while giving stability to allies.
Tactical retreat: Leap backwards leaving 3 lines of earth spikes that knockdown and damage enemies.

Only down side, this Warhorn skin looks more like a Toy that a real weapon, lets hope this is just a draft. I was expecting something more shinny, maybe with golden details to the edges and some cool wind effect around it.

Man I was so excited for HoT, but getting warhorn would just kill any anticipation I had for the expansion after seeing the sword datamine. Warhorn is so lame compared to ANY of the other weapons in the game. Cmon Anet…. I really really hope that is just a gemstore skin or something. If Anet doesn’t announce anything about instanced or “high level group PvE” and announces that the ele will get warhorn, I might not get the expansion at all then.

ahahahah really? Just a weapon of a specialization will destroy your hole anticipation for HoT and you wont even get the expansion?! Better don’t buy it anyways less winners for us

Oooooh nice, let’s hope it is true! I did some speculation about Ele getting Warhorn some months ago! :P
Oh, I would love to have a Warhorn and I ll tell you why!
- The weapon fits the Tempest theme, call the winds and storms!
- Warhorn skills are mostly buffs and controls and I think tempest can be a control master! :P
- Warhorn is a discrete and pretty looking weapon! Not huge like sword, that won’t fit with dagger or focus that are mostly small.
- Warhorn can have longer range, I believe that a melee ele would be a disaster. The lowest health in game with light armor plus melee… no!!!
- Very few classes are using Warhorn, it is nice to see this weapon have some use.
- I would prefer to get a main hand weapon but off hand might be more fair for ele that has so many skills.

I even had a few ideas for Warhorn skills that can fit the Tempest theme!
