Still having this issue, I found out earlier today that the keybinds are responding normally as long as I have right click held down, but its not really the kind of fix I’m looking for. If anyone has any ideas for things I could try that would be great, keyboard and mouse drivers are up to date.

I’m having the same problem, an older thread suggested resetting the keybinds and repairing the client, but neither worked for me.

If you have the outnummbered buff in wvw your armor won’t crack when you die.

What happens when/if they add more specializations in the future? I’m hoping it’s just a beta thing.

Personally, I think the farmers are the problem, every time I see someone farming them they’re extremely hostile. A few weeks back I’d forgotten this was even a thing and decided to work on warhorn master at the swamp and after about 30min someone zoned in while i was killing the ambients at the hut and started yelling at me in say chat and said they were going to report me for griefing. ._.

I farmed about an hour on dry top then went to silverwastes for 2-3 hours and read forums while I farmed, the threads got me so down on it that i stopped after those few hours and decided that I wouldn’t farm just for the portal so I wouldn’t be so disappointed if I didn’t get one, so I decided I’d go to dry top the next day and farm for ambrite weapons.

I got it 10-20min after logging in, got it on my guardian killing the inquest that spawn during the crystal event, no boosts.

Kinda makes me wonder if it’s affected by DR…

I see most people do Foulbear after reset, for your bugged events you can do those right after reset too and they should work, I know at least one of them can only be completed once on a map before it bugs completely.

Edit; I’d also recommend putting priority on Foulbear since it can bug in many different places and is one of the more expensive items.

I honestly don’t know if this is already in place or not, but maybe when a character gets their first mail there should be a little tutorial highlight on the bottom text so more players know that it is there.

I understand the problem and agree with you, but it is usually a very quick thing to get a WvW daily to make up for it.

WvW brings me out in a rash. SPvP gives me a dose of bubonic plague every time my mouse hovers near the icon.

Stop being so dramatic, the ruins wvw daily is the easiest daily, if you can’t even do that then what can you do exactly?

Just do a wvw daily, the ruins one might be the easiest daily out of all of them including pve, all you have to do is stand in one of them until it caps, nothing to fight.

Although I haven’t tried it myself since my ele is a sylvari, I’ve heard amazing things about eles using the human elite skill in wvw, so you might want to keep that in mind if you make an ele.

I think what’s even more disappointing is that they released it in the gem store, I was so excited seeing it in the wardrobe thinking it would be a wvw season reward or something.. but nope, more gem store!!

I’ll probably still get it anyways though since for some reason I really really like it.

You could try joining one of the commander’s squads for a temporary fix.

Not sure if anyone has already said this, but you don’t have to keep playing GW2, you only have to log in ONCE during the two week periods and you will have the episode unlocked forever. If that’s just too much trouble for you then I don’t know what to say, pay the 200 gems and stop complaining.

I want my necromancer to have kitten armor again!! I’m so tired of all the light armors being cloth, in GW1 my necro was covered in metal and it’s what she was, but now she’s just another cleavage showing caster

I was burnt out after doing last week’s achievements, wasn’t going to even play for the next few weeks, but seeing these make a return, now I really do feel like I have to play, I mean, they’re tormented weapons!! Gotta say though, I honestly think the GW1 skins look better, and these won’t give me any of the satisfaction that I got from getting them in GW1 either, but at least they’re back.

I’m sorry what? It takes you 3 HOURS?! What the hell, are you doing it while perma chilled or something? Ignoring events it should only take one round, even on an up level when you have a map.

But in all seriousness They built it patented it so they can do whatever that want with it who cares if you hold lions arch near and dear to you nothing last forever this is good a game in where the story actually has a permanent effect on the wold and having a major city get wrecked is one of the things i hoped for in this game for a while.

Who cares if I hold Lion’s Arch dear? I DO… and thus why I am not happy with this content. If they did something you didn’t want to happy you are free to voice your displeasure.

A majority of the player base didn’t like the change to the syvari armor but hell we got over it. Also pretty sure people didn’t like what happened To kessex hills also but its slowly returning to normal.

But they reverted the changes to the sylvari armors..

Personally I think the 2 hour timer is great since the other new boss has a staggered 2 hour timer too so I don’t have to choose which one I want to do, and I don’t feel rushed to get to the next one on time. I also have a hard time believing people are already super mad at fails, the meanest comment I’ve even seen in map chat has been a guy telling people they need to switch out of their zerk gear if they can’t dodge.

imo they should have a design a weapon contest for the other weapons like they did in GW1 and implement them into the game since they obviously are not going to do it themselves…

I know orr can get nasty, but I’ve had a lot better time just staying Frostgorge, there’s a lot less lag too. I almost don’t want orr to get nerfed because then I’d be afraid of what would happen to Frostgorge.

Today I updated my intel graphics card and now GW2 wont open, when I press play the screen flickers black and then I have to open up my taskbar and end processes because GW2 has gone unresponsive.

Will I have to revert and make do without an un-updated graphics card, or buy a new one, or is there a fix for this?

Other people can’t see your rank in wvw, and the bonuses they give are mostly for siege, are you really going to complain if someone who is maxed in ac mastery wants to man the ac so that your server can defend it’s keeps better? I’ve never seen anyone in wvw ask for anyone’s rank in the first place, the only time I hear about it is if someone is trying to brag. Then for the account bonuses… I just don’t.. do you want them to be removed all together? A new player isn’t going to be rewarded for something they didn’t do (the achievements).

As someone who chose Vigil, I wouldn’t be too happy if Whispers players got to keep their mentor and no one else did. I don’t see how ANet could do this without seeming to favour players of one storyline over the rest of us.

The way things are now, the stories are all sad but equal; it wouldn’t seem too fair if Whispers got a plot continuation but the story just stopped for everyone else.

Yes, lets keep all the personal stories the same, that way we can see what a huge difference our choices have made!
