first One: Is distortion going to stay neutralizing the hill? if yes is there anyway to make it not fully neutralize on the first time we click it? (when i see someone coming into a hill to get me 99% the time they blow all there dps instant but if i pop distortion its a automatic neutralize for them? just kind of sux.
Second One: Are you going to fix the signant of illusions?(the one that gives illusions an extra 200% health) i have asked many times and its still broken. Again it takes 8 seconds for the signant to apply to the illusion but in 8 seconds the illusion is already dead. so I hope you see were the problem is and have a fast solution.
first off i would like to thank everyone that played with me and against me while i was rank 1 it was fun.
i want to thank god for giving me balls so i can hold the record for most games played as rank one.
and i want to thank Karl for making it so mesmers get neutralized on the second they pop a 4 sec distortion so they dont get hit with the opening burst and making it so i finally lose and i dont get an ego.

could have been a achievement if solo/premade queue would be splitted. i guess you are only playing premade, so its pretty pointless.
thats why i solo q so it is more interesting. but when i know teams are running i put a pug together.
also i play with everyone not just ppl who think they are the best.
but for a top player that cares about his rank to get 1,000 wins is good that shows that i didnt buy 3 accounts or q dodge just becuase there is a chance to lose.

also illusion of life a longer cast time? the who point of it is it gives 10 seconds of life it should be instant. if you wanna raise the cast time then you need to make it full heal because now its the same as the necros.
im happy you are finally trying to fix moa so good job on that. im sure it still wont be as good as all the other elites but thank you for finally re looking at it.
but serious greatsword 3 is worthless. it does less dmg then 1 spam and is blocked so much. can you make it so it strips 3 boons and transfers 3 condis we have to who we hit? do something like this.

Ok for the record while Moa might seem weak to most the classes. I play a bunker necro with minions. Now it’s one thing to get Moa’d but to find all my Minions actually dead and on cooldown which doesn’t start until after i get out of Moa… thats just plain BS.
Of course that is just one build. so i get the odds of that getting change in any way very unlikely.
im happy that moa might be getting fixed and i smiled at this post because i remember when my buddy kryshade was minion master necro day 1 of this game and i moa him and all his pets died. lol
I can’t believe you guys are complaining about this when you also can see what they’re doing to eles. Be glad nothing worse happened to this class lol.
ELES had 4 months of being super op. all im asking for is to be an equal.
maybe with the ele and engi nerfs we might all be = but i dont think we will and we will have to wait another month for other changes.
I would have to disagree with a lot of points that you have made there, I don’t know much about your personal experience with back node mesmer or how you play it.
All I can say is that if you die in under 20 seconds to any class then you must be doing something wrong; you should be able to hold out long enough in a 1v1 and keep the point, the only time you should be dead in under 20 seconds is to a thief but then again that depends on cooldowns etc.
I think that the nerf to illusion of life is warranted seeing as that when the target gets up he is invulnerable, and this also gives people a chance to react and interrupt the rez instead of people being able to 100% depend on it; also IoL is on a shorter cooldown then the necro rez.
I do however agree with the GS 3 skill needing a buff, but I would much rather see it strip 2 boons and transfer a single condition, seeing as the 3:3 ration you stated was a little too much.
P.S I spoke with Nero, and he would rather that you not state false information or use his name to try and validate your own post on the forums, because he can hold out longer then 20 seconds.
you dont back point and even if you did your on eu were there is 4 bunkers 1 dps. so i will give it to you on eu you might be able to hold out longer. but i played against nero a lot and if he stayed on point we would have him dead in 20 seconds. then me and him went to kylo and i showed him how fast my greatsword can neutralize on him and it was faster then 20 seconds so he stopped back pointing.
you didnt do good last time you played on NA you were roaming at that time with caed but please come back over and back point mesmer and make some videos to teach me how to play please.

I play a mesmer. I’m willing to say that they’re probably the second-most powerful class in the game, easily. They don’t need to be improved, sure they can’t hold points but they can kill people like they’re nothing if played correctly. The only class that is truely more OP than mesmer is theif, and that is just due to their ability to escape a fight after their burst attack fails (if it fails, they do a broken amount of dps with backstab). Greatsword 3 skill just takes practice and you have to predict movements a little, but it is possible to get down.
the nerf affects them holding points.
and i heard mesmers were great on EU because noone figured out how to find the real mesmer so maybe i might come over to the dream land of amazing mesmers. wish you played on NA so you and karl didnt have this ridiculous notion about super mesmers.
and greatsword 3 doesnt take practice its easy to hit every time but its useless. i do more dmg with 1 spam. plus 1 spam is faster and takes less skill.
i also already said good job fixing moa i been asking for it for 4 months. but i dont think it will be as good as the other elites.

i did play staff the last 2 weeks and i did it great. but i feel the same way nero did even if u run null field if u stay on point u have at most 20 seconds before u die. and thats with 8 seconds of distortion.

so im number 7 on the leader boreds we win everygame this morning and then 1 game we are winning 480 – 150 and the game crashes then i end up rank 25??? (we won that game btw)
dc when your winning should not drop you in MMR in no world does that make any sense.

Everytime you win a game, the ratings rolls a number between 0.1 and 6. This number is then added to your rating + an additional number between 0.1-10 if their total rating exceeds your teams by 30.
When calculating the leaderboards it then subtracts 10 from your rating if you play ele, and multiplies your rating between a number from 0.1 to 40 each day. The sum is your rank on the leaderboard.
so the quickness nerf was pretty drastic and the reason for it was to help new ppl in the game. but it didnt just help new ppl in the game it helped make thiefs mesmers and warriors worse then they already were at top tier game play and that is not OK.
once before the devs listened to us and changed rez timer from the 20 second mistake rez to the 15 second that the whole community agreed on.
now i know we cant force anet to listen to us but i am asking ver politley to consider it. i didnt make a post for 3 days after the patch because i am still feeling everything out but for now i am asking for both sides. 50 % is to easy and even though i loved 100% because i loved being on my toes all day i am willing to meet ANET half way and we agree on 75% quickness.

Seems like a lot of information just for the sake of it.
Surely you don’t think all of that is actually needed? A nicety maybe. Some of it is core information, the rest of it is actually pretty useless and not really indicative of anything.
i think at the end of the match it would be cool to see this info for the game you just played.
also for example on halo even after the game you can look at previous game stats.
but to answer your question then yes i do think all this would be important because you can see how consistant the people you play with are. or if they get carried.
i havnt played in 4 days because everyone is gone. i been doing boring real life stuff like mountin climbing picnics , the club and disneyland. i dont know how much more i can take out there.

mesmers are better in team fights then in 1v1. you just have to be very slippery.
in 1v1 they are not tough. they are just able to last a bit before they die if they get lucky with all there distortion coll downs.
You’ve obviously never played against (or as) a good mesmer. Ele and mesmer dominate 1v1 scenarios and sometimes thieves.
Not to be akitten rider , but sat is a good mesmer, probalby one of the better ones on Na. he has several hundred Qp from the old leaderboards.
so hes played against all of the top players.
That may be the case, but it doesn’t diminish the fact that he’s flat out wrong. They may be better in team fights, but they’re certainly not as bad as he claims in 1v1.
i guess it most be me thats wrong because everyone says mesmer is op. one day i will figure out why noone plays them in the competitive seen.
