i have played hundreds upon hundreds of games and i have NEVER seen a quest as stupid as picking up snowballs and throw them at npcs. The imagination that went into this quest in particular is insulting at best. and im not even talking about the abysmal writing/voice acting because that a completely other story. you can defend it as much as you want but i have done my personal story, done enough stupid hearts to know how pathetic they ALL were.

if they do this everyone will be spamming copy/pasted builds everyone is already running in spvp, sad times… Anet, don’t touch confusion in the only place of the game where it works properly.

that’s why you’ll have a choice of joining a server with pve items or one that everyone wears spvp item only. When you’re in the Myst (not in a server fighting) i don’t really care if they limit items seen on other players to spvp ones only, i just want to use my own pve gear in combat.

All i want in pve is dungeons with much harder difficulty but NEVER ever see blues/worst quality as a drop. lets say i felt on my head and decided to build Twilight. I want a dungeon where every single needed mat has a high chance of drop. This way you’re doing a dungeon and have a goal. We all had one when the game was released and everyone wanted dungeon armors but now that all get them its worthless and drops from chests/creatures is a joke. I’ve been hearing devs say ’we’re making dungeon reward significantly better’ for months and nothing, absolutely nothing made laughable reward any more decent.

why. do. you. waste. time. and. money. on. legendaries. ? Don’t bother with precursor BS and you’ll enjoy the game more. Legendary weapons aren’t epic like they were the first 2-3 weeks of the gw2’s launch, its just another overused skin made for you to stand in LA afk.

every single time i bought gems was with in game gold and not dollars. Do you have any idea how much gold 800 gems would be? that would be close to 30g and all i want is chest/leg piece. Don’t want to spend 30g for two armor pieces

Yes, exactly. 30g for an entire set. Now look at cultural (T3) which is 119g for an entire set + you need crystals for those. The cultural chest piece is…30g! What a shocker. As I’ve said numerous times to other people. If it’s worth it, it’s worth it. Otherwise you don’t buy it, simple as that. I bought Krytan skin and only saved the chest, threw the rest away without a single doubt.

Oh but cultural is overpriced as hell and every1 knows that. Especially since cultural isn’t even exotic and requires and exotic armor piece plus a fine stone, ripoff lol. This new armor isn’t cultural which should cost less AND i should be able to buy piece i like because that’s what i did with t3 cultural, buy pieces i preferred and not forced to pay for the whole set

If this was made by crapcom or on xbl it would have been a 15$ DLC.

The reason we haven’t received a single new armor since launch is because its WAAAAY harder to design one and make sure its not a clipping fest. Anet is way too lazy to make something like that and instead spam you with meh to ugly looking weapon skins that take 1h to create. Its hard to believe that after 10 months not a single armor was added and they know the community did not liked (especially the medium ones) armors already available because they look generic and all the same… If they won’t add a single armor until first expansion this is just LOLZ.

10 new mini games, rewards, rewards ,rewards and that’s it. Here’s your patch notes. I like their new weapons but if there’s nothing added to use them in why should i care about a weapon/armor skin? I want content to play… Add new fractals, release this stupid fractal 50 barrier, make a new very challenging dungeon, just do something!!!!!! i don’t want your free skins, i want things to do.

The three points i want to know about their next update are the following.

1- Will there be any new content to experience that doesn’t rely on talking to 27 npcs and WP 19 times with these new weapons?

Adding weapon skins is all they’re doing with every patch and a brand new ascended weapon with pink inscriptions isn’t exactly what will magically give you a reason to log in…

They broked iZerker, this forum had a riot and it took them DAYS to answer even tho there were tones of threads about it. Now its been two week and after breaking it all they’ve said (only once) is we’re looking into the problem!? what’s up with that? it makes perfect sense to me to revert its update to its last status IF it breaks, find a way to fix it and then update… but noooo they just let it broken with tones of other skills and Traits. What is going on, i don’t understand? Is there like under 10 people at anet or something? wth

Put the same player on a warrior/guardian, and see how good they are in open field without stealth. TERRIBLE.

i came here to say something similar but looks like some1 already did. Thief is the “i win button” class that’s why there’s so many in wvw and don’t even think of saying stupid crap such as “there’s many thieves in wvw because its a rogue and rogues feels like a solo roamer” cuz that’s a joke lmao. Remove spammable stealth from those “rogues” and see how many still solo roam on thief because thief fits solo roaming

It is worst. I think they’re using some AI from a game released in the 70’s or something. But then you look at gw1 and that game was better at everything compared to gw2 so yeaah. At the same time, this kind of AI and lag (how many games currently released drop to 10fps?) are unseen for a game that was released so recently.

this is important though. do i and many many MANY others with gaming rigs want to run the game at 18fps in wvw even if your settings are set to minimum? If their game was amazing looking like the witcher 2 and had as many players in wvw as we do then a 20fps is probably all you could achieve but gw2 graphics are,,,,,, mmo textures…

not only drop rate is a joke (below a joke actually) but there’s no proper places to farm those. Am i here to spam 500 sparks per 1 lodestone? Add a challenging zone/dungeon with much higher drop rate on all these needed mats, but nooooooo they want you to buy gems, gg but i ain’t spending rlm for a game i already payed for.

i still don’t get what exactly have they buffed that REALLY took rangers in the right direction? Nothing was done to our kittenty TRAITS, weapons and pets got demolished in dungeons as much as they did before. Nothing but 0.5sec faster activation of F2 is worth mentioning, awesome update…

Will doing fractals ever be rewarding or 3 blues and 1 green is what i can expect in lev48 Maw’s daily for the years to come?

They aren’t shifting to the hardcore gamer, they’re shifting to no one. What hardcore content they added this patch, last patch, the one before or others? Nothing. All they did is add ascended weapons with a very very lazy and cheap mechanic to them which requires 2 weeks of your life waiting and metric tones of gold while forcing you to do things you dislike, like puzzles would be my personal example.
