Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a server crash.
- Reduced the health of each Assault Knight by 25%.
- Removed the Twisted Menders from the Grand Piazza
I haven’t made any mistakes like that fortunately, however I’ve wondered if it wouldn’t be too much trouble for them to include the mystic forge on the list of things that can’t see the contents of invisible bags.
So when you realised what you had done, you weren’t howling with laughter?

Good news! Here I was, thinking i wont get enough blade shards over the course of 4 weeks…

Remember when Traveler’s Runes were 40 silver, and everyone thought that it was too much??? Again, look for Rune Sets that are ALMOST there, but just not quite good enough, and are therefore dirt-cheap atm.
Traveler runes are a very poor example for your second point as they went from utterly useless to divinity runes on crack.
The advice is still good though. If you got an adventurous spirit and a gambler’s heart.
To answer your question… how to became that 1%?
- Be a member of Dulfy/else beta testiner group to make insider tradings.
- Gold Seller Maffia: I don’t have to explain…
- Speculate on items. Gather as mutch as possible.
- Make a serious Gold-Maker progression for every day, spend ~none.
- You can’t do it, but some knew how will the gold influate and bought precursors ~20g at release.
Suggesting to break NDA´s and the EULA arent very good tips in the long run.

50% profit, btw, is actually a reasonably good margin for your standard, day-to-day flipping. You can usually get that from simply trading low-level Blues and Greens, but those have taken a hit lately, with LA Attack allowing everyone to simply skip straight to level 20. Hopefully you can see where this is leading… but there is a new market that’s emerged from this event, that’s allowed many people to make 100%+ profit off of simple Green-flipping strategies the past few weeks.
As someone who has recently made 600 buy orders, each for a stack of many different blue and green items (I’m salvaging for luck and making a profit at the same time), I have to O_O at you for wanting to list those for sale. I would do a 1 hour run of LA under attack, then go get stuff from the TP and salvage. It would take me around 10 minutes to collect and salvage all the items that came in during just those 60 minutes. Each day when I came home from work, I spent almost 2 hours collecting and salvaging. and that’s all with a fairly quick click-click-click of infinite kit. I could not even imagine how long it would take to list all those items as sell listings, and how much I would hate the ‘Error attempting to sell’.
btw: after 4 days I got REALLY tired of it and removed all the remaining buy orders. ended up with around 9 stacks of the 200 essences (+15% mf), 4000 darksteel ingots, 6000 steel ingots, 1000 iron ingots, 1000 cotton bolts, 500 linen bolts, and a few others.

Just sell a Legendary.
How to get a Legendary? Be the 1%
More like the 50%. The 1% probably have Legendary sets, including stacking weapons, for all their alts at this point.

just a warning on the mithril ore I believe it was going for only 26 copper for quite a long stretch, not that it wont be profitable but don’t put al your money in one place (says the guy who just wont stop buying putrid essence…)

Will I get answer from AN?
I seriously doubt you’d get a response from ANet on this one. The twelve keys is hardly a decent representative sampling to determine that something is wrong.
Sounds like bad luck to me.

since i’m not able to post in the suggestions forums, i’m posting this here.
just as we have a “Dailies” tab in achievement panel to check if our daily missions are done, we need a “daily dungeon” tab. Self explanatory but ill explain:
if i do a dungeon such as Twillight Arbor, it will be shown in the daily dungeon tab and marked as finished and it will reset the next day as unfinished.
currently we have no tabs present for this, and many players tend to suspect or forget completely if they have done a daily dungeon… and in my case (i forget alot) i end up not doing a certain dungeon when i suspect i’ve done it just to make sure i’m not doing it for nothing, and then i remember the next day for some reason.. crap i had not done it..
add this achievement tab as this will be fairly the most used tab in the game imo.
(also, i’ve posted a topic once in suggestions forums, about making range indicator clearer and you automaticly assumed i am bad at suggesting, and thus why i can’t make any more topics there? thanks alot.)

Remember to always place your trust in the Holy Trinity of DPS.
- May Power, the Father grant you His Might to rain death in the form of large numbers on top of your enemies.
- May Precision, the Son, with His Fury guide your blades into the flimsiest of their armor.
- Though fallen, may Ferocity, the Holy Spirit, imbue you and magnify the virtues of both, the Father and the Son, so that your blows may fall heavy on your foes taking on the shape of more hard-hitting crits.
Spared and blessed be the followers of the Assassin that, though slightly bent on their ways, share our vision of smooth and efficient speedruns.
May you never degenerate and fall and be led astray to the misguided ways of the Rampager, or the nefarious path of the Soldier, or the wretched lanes of the Rabid.
May your faith in the Berserker never falter, your Fury never quenched, and your Might always stacked to 25.
For Great Justice!
Amen.
(I’ll be adding more things over time).

Most rangers are kicked because they don’t know how to properly do good dps during dungeons.
I feel you, my 1st character in GW2 is a ranger and 90% of the time I’m playing him, but at the same time I dislike other rangers and they’re not always welcome, especially when I see bear pets that are next to useless.
Rangers provide good team support when played correctly.
Nothing against bringing some nostalgic items into gw2, infact, thanks Anet!
But…
PLEASE, resize the Tormented Shield.. it’s way to small compared to the Guild Wars 1 Model. It needs atleast x1,5 size increase to match it..
Next to that, kitten happened to the sword? Why can’t we still just use a spear ABOVE the water (since that skin is pretty kitten perfect), and what the flying monkey happened to the focus o.O?
Again, thanks for bringing more gw1 into gw2, but please.. do something about your designs!
-Wrong place to add this reply, I’m aware of that.
-Good place to mention it and make people vote it up elsewhere.Greetings
Completely agree. The Tormented Shield definitely needs some surgery!
These “feedback” threads almost often degenerate into gemstore whining.
I find it weird that the only weapons in-game that have to be EARNED is TM SAB and SAB was just a joke addition when it was released but honestly the only real hard thing to get (excluding dungeons tokens because face it, dungeons are super easy)
So what’s the deal here, if the horizontal progression in this game is cosmetic, why is everything either bought with gold or money, feels weird having nothing to work for in this game skill-wise. I think nexons influence is really damaging to this game honestly :/
I get this game needs to make money, but there needs to be an equal balance here, if everything is gem/gold then players just end up with nothing to do.
Think of it this way, how many GW1 players had these and brought them back to Tyria with them? Those weapons had to go somewhere, right? I had loads of weapons in my HOM. When I logged in to my HOM in GW2, they where gone. Apparently someone (Black Lion traders?) raided my HOM in the past and took them.
In Guild Wars ( for those who didn’t play it ) the Tormented weapons could only be gotten via The Domain of Anguish, which was in Elona ( Nightfall ) which you had to farm in order to get the coffer of whispers, they had no interaction with Tyria at all.
Or you farmed gold and bought one.
There were even people who would not only sell you an Ambrace of Truth but also sell a service where they would go into the DoA to get the weapon you wanted. So you didn’t even need to finish Nightfall.
They also gave them away free to anyone who did 4 short quests during the GW2 anniversary weekend.

Hi ANet,
I understand that the WURM / TEQ timings conflicted with trying to organise a massive event of people to be able to kill one or the other – and changing the timings of one of the other events was needed.
We have been running a EU Teq kill on a US Server (Jade Quarry) at server time : 1pm. This was only possible with the help of people across all of Europe who resided on a US Server (many guesters took part across the US Servers and came to Jade Quarry) – and took a very long time to setup and establish this kill slot. We are still educating many individuals who have never been killing TEQ or know what to do.
We know from our own guild that this will affect many individuals and they will no longer be able to participate if we shift it forward 1hr or back 1 hr.
We are currently examining both options of server time: 12:00pm (kill) / 2pm (kill) – neither of these would allow sufficient numbers for guildies that used to be able to participate to take part in this event.
(12pm server kill = 8pm UK, 9pm France/Germany, 10pm Russia : Too early for many UK peeps to attend get to the org phase for 7pm.
2pm server kill= 10pm UK, 11pm France/Germany,Midnight Russia: Too late for many Western Europeans to participate.
Previously it was 12pm (server time) ORG Time – 1pm (server time) Kill)
There are many guilds which have already organised kills around Tequatl – If possible could we move the WURM timing (as this event is being done less frequently) than Tequatl (and reset TEQ timing back).
Given that there are very few EU organised suitable timings for people on NA Servers this shifting of the event may have now put the nail in the coffin of being able to organise this event moving forward for EU People on NA Servers.
Please – look at this, if at all possible and shift the WURM time instead of the TEQ time.
Many Thanks,
A New Home [MYTH]

Everything so far that is being added in the last patches costs much more for light users!
Damask requires 300 silk(other classes need a lot less!),we need 50% more ascended items for our ascended armor(36 bolts of damask while others need 24),and now the new spinal backpacks cost triple the price compared to medium users.
Why do i have to pay double the price than a heavy class and triple than a medium class?
I feel punished for my class! This has to change somehow.
Because A.Net seems to have problems with the class balance and since those balance patches take ~4 months each I don’t see that problem to be solved any time soon.
Currently playing Heart of Thorns.
Yeah, seems like the deep sea dragon. aka Bubbles
After watching it again. It seems to be Mordremoth, but I’m not ruling out Bubbles!

**Spoiler** The lack of choice in the end
in Battle for Lion’s Arch - Aftermath
Posted by: Rengaru.4730
I think the final instance could have been improved greatly by using illusion of choice.
Let me explain:
In the final instance Scarlet asks if we want to know why she did everything she did but Braham cuts her off.
The players have no word in this matter, and are just dragged along for the ride, rather than deciding (even if it is just an illusion) the outcome themselves.
I think it would have been way more interesting if the players had to make a decision, something like:
- Hear her out: Which leads to Scarlet saying something along the lines of “(cough) (cough) come closer, and i’ll tell you” so the players approach her together with Marjory and Braham. But just as we get close she yells “Fools!” and blows you all up (leading to the cutscene with Braham and Marjory getting injured).
- Finish her off: Which leads to the version we have now (Marjory and Braham closing in on her, ready to kill but she blows them up)
Too late for this chapter but please keep in mind how powerfull an impact a choice (and even the illusion of having one) can make.
The problem is the lack of stuff to try to attain in game. Store-only skins aren’t a problem and I know ANet needs to make money. But a healthy balance bewteen skins earned in a challenging dungeon would lessen the money-grab feeling of only cool new stuff being in the store.
The end game of GW2 is gem store.
Really?
GW1 veterans have been yelling for this to be implemented as HoM reward and now we have to open 40 chests in hopes of getting enough scraps to get 1 weapon.
I am seriously dissapointed now after getting 50/50 filling my HoM to get the less than appetizing weaponskins in GW2

*Spoilers* why(hiccup) did u guy (hiccup) add the hicup?

That’s been a character trait of Kasmeer since the Nightmare Tower. Kasmeer hiccups when she’s nervous. Marjory commented on it at one point.
