There’s a core of guilds and players on JQ now dedicated to keeping JQ a top server, and even a few idiots like myself that left chasing pipe-dreams of “better fights” or whatever only to come back for the great community and dedication that the Quarry has and always will have. If you want a server to call home, to have some real pride in, Jade Quarry is for you. And if you’re one of those, like myself, that left and found themselves frustrated and disgruntled with insufficient WvW, you can come back baby, Jade Quarry never forgets!

Or we could revert to the flavor from 4 weeks ago by equating who is who. Like this week it is

BG = F 250 Truck
SoR = Jeep Wrangler
JQ = Suzuki 4×4

I agree with the F250. Heavy, bloated, cheap build quality, expensive to run and unreliable.

JQ is definitely a Suzuki. Totally Asian.

SoR is clearly a Land Rover, Built to last and can get over any terrain that’s thrown at it.

Can i ask all sor and bg to help farm cof for the whole JQ server to transfer to TC? Right now jq is so dead third and its not even fun 3way fights for first anymore. Imnot trying to insult JQ or anything but the current T1 is not fun when 1 server cant do kitten and outmanned. I am from BG but TC merge with JQ sounds awesome and will give us more fun to the game imo. Right now JQ cant compete with both BG and SoR so its kinda 1v1+random all the time. If money is the problem then both BG and SoR might be able to help becaue we want 3ways fight 24/7 right?

First, JQ is far from dead. Second your assumptions are without merit. Thirdly, evidence speaks for itself. JQ may have 60% of the total numbers of BG in WvW and 40% the numbers of SoR in WvW but what we lack in quantity we make in quality. Lastly, nothing is stopping TC guilds from transferring to JQ to balance tier 1.

JQ is far from dead, (feeling dirty for agreeing with fuzzion for once ) and calls of RIP x server tend to lead usually to a massive increase in pressure to whatever server calls it. Sure they don’t have the NA numbers – but no-one really has the same numbers of players in each respective timezone.

I still don’t believe the whole idea that JQ is the last bastion of skilled players as portrayed by some posters but JQ is a T1 server for a reason. Asking for an entire server community to die or assimilate is just downright rude when it isn’t necessary, that being said they could do with more EU coverage.

EDIT: I don t think you can fix the brand name anymore. It is forever linked to kids playing train conductor and riding on mini trains. The only way to not have people laughing and giggling would be a name change probably.

As for eles, the nerfs arent so bad. Just very minor. but too early to say

Mesmers had ~15 skills nerfed for about 80% of their builds. Including some really, really dumb ones (like nerfing scepter, of all things).

With the gutting of confusion, most mesmers feel there are now two viable builds

As for ele’s, they’re used to nerfs, stealth nerfs, and anet generally just breaking everything.

And, of course, guardians receive nothing but buffs. Because why the hell not.

Yes it is a bug.

I think that Anet should give Eles (and Engies) the ability to swap weapons while out of combat simply because most of us alreakittenep extra weapons on us. Giving us the ability to swap weapons before running into combat would be very convenient. Ex: You have D/D out, but you’re running towards a group of mobs. You switch to staff before you engage, instead of having to open up your inventory and switch. This clears up 1 or 2 slots in your inventory, and is just easier.
