Good post, I`d also add a small gain to the influence for keeping objective defended. To sum up with yours a guild will have:
+inf gain every 15-30-60 min (2 for camps, 5 for keeps and so on)
+inf for defending objecive (x inf per member) + it won`t depend whether you defend your own or somebody else keep/camp
+inf for claimed objective (x inf per member) – should be more inf than when defending.

Yeah, for some reason only flesh golem heals after combat, for everyone else I had to use mark of blood/healing seed to at least somehow let them live a bit longer

Well, nobody forces you to buy them if you don`t want=)
But I will agree with other posts, I like when I have someone running with me all the time, the only annoyance is to take it out of backpack every time I travel.
Maybe I`d like if they were more interracial, like sit, help you mine or chop with mini pickaxe/axe, maybe even shoot or try to kick an enemy(without dealing dmg of course), not just mindlessly follow you.

In GW2 that doesnt really apply as you can be leveled to 80 in most situations anyways.

So what`s the problem? I understand that you still don`t like leveling up, but kinda for the last week, watching all those posts about race change/class change I feel like people can`t decide what they want, or they just want a easy way out when they`ve reached 80 and too lazy to make a new character.

I`m not judging anyone, but leveling in gw seems so simple that you barely have to do anything.

Same as with Levian, whether or not I have an auto-attack I always spam 1 key. Don`t have a problem with this in lich form, but it gets really annoying in plague form, since you spam one button more constantly, it would be really easier to just put up one type of damage and then press just once to change to a different one if you need.

That’s how it works right now. All three of the plague form abilities work like a switch. Press one, and it will do that thing on every pulse until you press another one (the damage pulses happen at a fixed interval no matter how fast you press the ability button). I’ve explained this to Powerr and Xelfer on their streams, too :P for some reason it’s not common knowledge. Probably unclear tooltipz.

Lich form autoattack doesn’t stick, though, and that’s annoying.

I understand that it should work like this based on the description, and probably it is, but for some reason it either doesn`t happen, or gets switched back to 1…or I`m just stupid xD

Sorry if this was already questioned but I`ve been wondering for a while, why there`s a rich ore nodes, but no such thing with trees or plants (like thick sapling or whatever you call a plant).

Seems a bit unbalanced, as an artificer I already gather more wood than iron, added to that there are no trees that would give me at least 10 logs.

You`ve read my thoughts=). When I was playing with minions in the beginning at first it has hard to switch to minion based play in gw2 because here minions are basically cannon fodder(maybe except flesh golem) of course they do their part, but still something is amiss. I thought about a way to make your unique minions or upgrade them, but that wouldn`t be a good idea in gw.

While not sure about skeletons and golems (rock golem is more elemental style thing), it feels like necro should be able to summon all spectral beings (no way to summon aatxe and fleshreaver is open for all classes using sigil).

Zombies – would like to rise zombie if available from defeated foe, not all of course, no giant zombies and no zombies from enemies that don`t leave corpse=), but why not raise some champion bandit or veteran wolf which for balance will have 30% less
health and damage but would have all other abilities.

And of course would like to see ability to temporary control spectral/shadow/undead beings, when enemy becomes ally for a brief duration(will depend on level)

Some of this might sound a bit WoWish, but those are the things what I`d like to see from necromancer – the one who controls death, not runs around with magic wand scratching enemies.

I think he means like 2 guardians try to knock each other down with hammers, and because they do it almost simultaneously, instead of one kicking other because he was first by 0.5 sec, they both collide and fly apart (maybe even more far than the skill initially does)

I could say that guardian and warrior need such signets, but, they abilities that close the gap + some skill that give pretty good swiftness. But then again, thief isn`t attached only to melee, + he also has gap closing abilities + stealth and in the end 25% speed. So why shouldn`t all others have similar signets?

Gate of Madness (GREEN) wins with a score of 210,000 vs
Anvil Rock (BLUE) of 160,000 vs
Borlis Pass (RED) of 145,00.

Um, mb I didn`t understand something, shouldn`t Gate of madness have RED zone since they`ve won and Borlis Pass vice versa?

In theory;
Red is previous winner (Map is more open and not as defensible) (wastes of Ascalon)
Green is in the middle (Map is evenly split) (Lions Arch themed in jungle)
Blue is the previous loser (Map is more defensive) (Ice and snow)

I would add some perks so previous winners won`t have only disadvantages, for example previous losers will be in BLUE Snowy regions with alot much passes and good defenses, but won`t have as much resources as RED Who have plains and not many defenses, but will have much more different resources scattered across their map (plantations, forests, mines with few rich veins and stuff?)

Also would like to add that layout that is now is made to balance all servers that nobody would have advantage or disadvantages because of the map they`re on. But it isn`t working well right now when low populated servers are clashed with 2 high populated servs are are just being torn apart.(or one high serv dominating 2 low pop servers)

I’d like if the Commander could only be a guild leader with a guild that has taken enough keeps in a given time (let’s say a week). That would mean the guild leader is required to know how to lead before even being able to become a Commander.

I get your idea, but there are some issues like – what about if it`s not a guild leader who is good commander, what if a person who has guild commanding skills isn`t in guild at all and so on.

Back to the topic, it could be also be like this – after meeting some requirements (getting badges, capturing keeps n stuff) you get a permission to have a qualification test of some sort (once every week for example), during which time you temporary become a commander and have to get certain requirement to get permanent commander title. But then again it comes with such issues like – what if you just rolled with other commander and he did all the job (how the game will decide what`s your contribution in the first place).

Also off topic – having a battle plans would be also neat xD, commanders put up arrows and stuff on a map showing where to go and how to behave and then sending it to everyone in the vicinity

Example: People could just as easily flood chat with buy/sell comments and subsequently email each other the money and items.

But they don`t do that=), when direct secure trading will be available there will be no stop from chat flooding. If there`s a problem with tax, just put up higher price.

Kinda, if you you have bleed it will go on and drain your DS and will continue to bleed you if it didn`t wear off when you leave DS, not like it will wait for you to leave DS and then bleed you. (or I didn`t understand something)

Well, it depends what do you mean by supportive – weakening the enemy, or boosting allies. As you said necro has everything, but can`t do the same support as for example guardian if he concentrates on just boons and healing. Same goes if you go with conditions, for example in you want to keep enemy in weakness state, elementalist handles this more successfully, necro has a better variety of different conditions of course, but it would be hard to constantly keep up with one of them.
Can`t say that I know successful supportive builds but when it comes for dungeons here what I use – Staff,scepter/focus, healing seed(as sylv) but basically well of blood does the same aoe heal, well of power – aoe condition removal, signet of undeath -aoe revive, plague signet* – would be great if worked properly, but corrosive poison cloud is good as well – weakness, poison, poison field, aoe, for the elite – I like lich form for its dmg, but I guess many would say that plague is better.
Hard to say something about the traits because I use condition damage build(and just switch the skills). But I`d say if your going with this skills – 10&signet cooldown/0/10&greater marks/30&life transfer heal, well cd, create a well on revival/20&DS draining slower, create a reapers mark during revival or something else.
Hope this helps at least a bit, then again, this is based on my experience in dungeons=)

Axe shouldn`t have more damage than dagger or scepter. I agree that axe has a weak 1st attack despite the 2% vulnerability add. In my opinion it`s good to add 3rd fast attack to chain up vulnerability faster, or/and somehow change the base principle how axe works, I see it as a weapon that should start off slowly, but inflict more damage the lower the hp of the enemy.

I don`t get it why do you do that then, you grind char to 80, pick a new one grind that one to 80 and so on…what`s the point, so you`ll have this item, you`ll just grind faster.
Besides what will you do on 80lvl, you`ll still be getting sp.

Minion Spotlight: Necrotic Burrow

I agree with Kard, wurm teleport gives quite good advantage on battlefield.
I also want to add that wurm has some pretty good damage, and if you don`t like using wurm you could also change it to another minion. Wurm performs really good during defense, and it`s basically its function it isn`t a minion that is supposed to run after enemies. Besides that as Kard already mentioned, as long as it lives it will give you strategic advantage on battlefield and a way to retread of quickly dislocate if you`ve getting overwhelmed.
On the other hand I also understand the issue when you don`t need wurm any longer but the only way to get rid of it is to teleport or change skill to another and back, both of which are annoying. I`d like to see a way to remove wurm from battlefield without triggering a cd(outside of a combat of course). Let it go underground and then it just reappears in a different spot when you summon it again.

While somehow I`m sure that guild halls won`t be showing particular guild emblems in world,while maybe I didn`t correctly understood your vision of this, it would be a nice idea to create some places in world(halls, shelters, forts), so guild could spend inf to buy it, and guild members could enter it(and maybe even invite someone else). Inside one could access to merchants, repair armor, craft, use trading post (of course it would depend on hall cost or upgrades) and just relax, have a drink, chat and prepare for battle.

I had the same issue with thieves, mainly because of stealth/heartseeker spamming. For me, I found a way to counter that using staff + greater marks, while it could be tricky against ranged attacks(though it`s rarely a problem since I don`t mind having a gap between enemies), it proved very useful to put couple of marks with me in the center to prevent them from getting close in stealth or constantly backstabbing/heartseeking.
Countering fear is another tricky topic, when I had sigil of plague, I didn`t have muck problems with being feared+backstabbed, now when I stopped using it, it became quite a problem, the only workaround for now is to get into DS. I also thought about getting shrouded removal only for this purpose, but didn`t tested and a bit skeptical whether fear will be removed in the first place, or it will remove some minor bleed and leave me in fear.

Quality-of-Life improvement: EXTRA HOT BARS

I`d say it`s best to add optional hot bar/sidebar with 5 or so slots, which you could enable and disable from menu. Not necessarily to add hot keys to it (though it never hurts to assign them through options), but a small organized list of consumables would be really handy.

I though about brewery being as a new profession, but then again it will be hard to come up with 100+ recipes.
Also would love to see fishing <3, same as with brewing tho, it would be rather as another source of getting materials, than a profession=/
Of course there is that if we put everything into cooking, it will be overwhelmed.

@ Nox Wanted to argue that nobody would merge with guild if it`s bad, but then realized that you can create a new guild and merge with it, true that, but I guess there are always workarounds like allow guild to merge if they`ve earned x amount of influence, if then existed for x days and so on.

3. The only deluxe item is a book or something that adds 1000 inf once as far as I recall, so that would be as issue #1 =). So basically influence loss is the biggest problem. Bit of offtopic, but I had the same issue when transferring to another server – had to start all over (would also like to see migration of a guild from one server to another).

But to support your topic, I would like to see such option in the future.

@Nox, Guild members build reputation for guild, not the guild itself, if guild has a bad reputation, what does it stop to just re-create it, make a new one with a different name etc.

well, it’s doesn’t draw anything even in 10 sec time. I’ve notice clearly in PvE when my ally is about to get crippled by wurm for example I instantly draw conditions from him,yet in dungeons everyone get’s conditioned, and I’m standing there waving….smiling and waving.

I have 45% crit chance, and as far as I read a few post most people will argue that necro doesn’t need high crit chance etc. etc. but still back to the topic. I think it really demends on the weapon and overall gameplay, personally my style of play is to put as much conditions as I can on enemy, so this trait was musthave for me. So far I’m pleased with this trait, maybe it doesn’t give you consistent weakness on enemies, but together with corrosive poison cloud it can really extend the weakness duration (+prolonged condition duration from spite trait). Because of that while enemy is weakened almost till it’s death damage output from him reduces significantly, and therefore my survivability.
But then again, maybe it’s not the best choise for low lvl crit chance, or if you’re using staff due to it’s slow casts.

It bounces, if there’s only 1 enemy and 1 ally, it will apply 12 vulnerability, it applies 4 vulnerability per hit, and first hit doesn’t count as bounce.

Quality of Life Improvements to Traits

What I`d like to add (and maybe I`m wrong), but I`ve noticed that some traits which give +stats, lose their value on higher lvls. For example, guardian trait that gives him +90 toughness is very nice on low lvls(same goes for necro trait +20 toughness for every minion etc. etc.), but does it give the same advantage on higher/max lvl? My opinion that it would benefit more if it was calculated as a . Or better mixed, like for example +50 stat or 5 of total stat, applies which is better.
