Skimpy armor for male characters

I’ve a question for those of you that are saying that the game is sexist for having some ‘skimpy’ armors for females: what do you say to female players, regardless of their own real life proclivity, that want there to be these types of armors for their female characters? Over the years I’ve asked of the many female gamers I’ve met, particularly in both gw1 and gw2, whether they’d life for ‘skimpy’ armors to be done away with completely. And almost without exception the answer has been an emphatic Kitten No (with only one exception that comes to mind of an older gamer that would only make Asura). I mean, if its something women also want, is it still sexist?

A woman, or even some women, wanting something does not prevent it from being sexist. There are women who believe, or at least state that they believe, that women should be subbordinate to men. Sexist even if the person stating the belief is female.

That’s a big leap from personal tastes to think oneself is subordinate to another. And also a mine-field if I ever saw one. To be frank, you don’t really have to tell me that in certain parts of the world where there is a real patriarchy, yes women are taught to believe that but in respect to this discussion, which ones probably going to play video games: the one that just likes to show a little skin or the one that lives….in other places?

You asked if something can be sexist even if a woman wants it. I pointed out that it can be, and provided an example. The example, for what its worth, is not from some, “other places,” or, “certain parts of the world,” but rather is taken from members/citizens of, theoretically, enlightened countries and cultures.

Something can be sexist regardless of the gender of the individual who desires it.

At some point though, you have to understand the actual definition of words so you can clarify a personal interpretation of a situation. Sexist and sexism is prejudice or discrimination by sex.

I didn’t comment as to whether it was a good thing or a bad thing. That was not the question to which I was responding.

I do know the definition and it is still sexist, by that definition.

But I really appreciate your approach to a detailed, rant-free, review. Much more useful than a lot of the feedback we see around here.

Thank You for the read.

What do you mean?

People pre-ordered, based on the announced launch date. Putting that off by four months would result in a lot of angry gamers. I don’t know the refund policy but I imagine a lot of people would request one.

Also, that would leave us with nothing new to do. A four month content drought would also be dreadful at this stage.

Perhaps just two months then? That should be plenty of time to address all of the forum complaints/feedback about the elite specs.

No Flying Mounts?

No, I am talking about adding controversial features being a two edged sword in general. The entry level would be here much lower of course, and the will to participate would suffice to get said feature if it is not bound to a game mode that is not the open world. but the principle is the same.

tl:dr: If I had to swallow the pill of raids, you can also swallow features you dislike.

I suppose the comparison would work, but only if flying mounts and such were restricted to specific small instances segregated from the rest of the game so that no one who didnt wish to could even see them. Currently one has to actively seek out raid content to even be exposed to its existence. I doubt that would be the case with flying mounts. In the first preview weekend one could not experience the content without exposure to mounts.

If they ever make an appearance in GW2, don´t use them if you don´t like them.

If GW2 can make raids a thing for the ones who want to use it and just let the others hang out to dry, they could do the same for flying. Don´t like it? Your feet and the base content are still there, go ahead and use them.

You are suggesting that flying mounts be added oonly to small instanced maps segregated from the rest of the game?

I’m don’t want stuff given to me, but at the same time, I don’t want to be forced to play types of content that I don’t like.

- I would like the WvW armour, but i hate WvW, so i don’t do it.
- I would like the pvp backpiece but i just can’t stomach enough pvp to actually finish it.
- I’d love to be able to get the legendary trinket, but it’s too much boring open world grind that i can’t stand.

BUT

- I love making legendaries so i do map completions even though i despise it.
- Legendaries require gifts of battle, so i do WvW even though i hate it because, as mentioned, i love making legendaries.

All scenarios are things i hate doing, the only difference between them is that the reward was worth to me than the pain of the grind was awful. It’s about weighing up the effort required for the reward at the end, if you can’t be bothered to the do the content, then you don’t really want the reward enough.

So quit whining on the forum at a non-issue and go do masteries. Or don’t, and accept that some things are out of your reach.

You list cosmetics as the things you want that are gated behind content you do not like. The OP mentions basic character progression behind which content is gated. The difference is significant.

Condition Damage Mitigation

Lol people saying Vitality is Condi damage mitigation, mitigation means reducing FYI. Shows us where vitality reduces Condi damage.

Just like toughness, it make you survive longer. Same effect. If you have 100 hp and someone do 20 dps give or take, you survive 5 seconds. If you have 140 hp, you survive 7 seconds. Not too complicated.

And then you realize that vitality has the same effect on power damage and your point of vit being great for condis becomes moot.

You might want to reread his post.

At no point does he say or imply that vitality does not contribute to TTL vs both power and condi damage.
————————

(This part not directed at you Azoqu) As to a point raised earlier….the best condi damage builds do NOT rely on a single stat. I think that some tuning to balance condition damage might be in order, but the amount of misinformation being presented as fact (or misrepresented) is a bit off.

Story missions too unfair for solo players

I’m not being an ELITIST here, I’m a pretty poor player, but I have to disagree. None of the bosses caused me much trouble other than Caudecus (due to the camera and awful AoE bloodstone-throwing mechanics) and Aerin (because screw all this Zephyrite jumping nonsense). If I can beat them, then almost anyone can.

So, you say you are a pretty poor player but you thought the bosses were fine. What do you think this says to the people who are having trouble? And “If I can beat them, then almost anyone can” – so those who report difficulty are liars?

I hate to say L2P, but what are you gonna do?

P.S. Don’t deck your chars in Berserker gear if you have trouble. Toughness and Vitality are the best friends for bad players such as you and I.

I play the stories with a Warrior with Soldier armor and traited with regeneration and a few condi-cleanse. I did not complete any boss stories unless my friends happened to do them with me. I recruited their help to finish HoT so I could do a Legendary.

Answers like this are simply not helpful. What if I was in a college group and said I found Calculus difficult? I doubt anyone would have trouble understanding that some people are better at Math than others. I don’t know why people have SO MUCH difficulty understanding that the same can be true of anything.

You mean answers like (paraphrased), " I too am bad at math. I suggest studying hard. Here are some suggestions of things that helped me improve my scores in the subject. Perhaps they can help you too." ?

I was talking about being inherently better at something. Sorry you didn’t understand, I’ll try to be more specific in the future. I’m not going to “study” for a game – I play for enjoyment, not to do homework.

Of course some people are just better at some things than others. The person you quoted said so, admitted that he was one of the people who were on the not better end of the scale, and offered advice regarding techniques that had helped him.

Your analogy was about calculus, which requires study.

Learning to overcome challenges is part of becoming better at most games as far as I am aware. I would not be surprised to discover that you, for example, are better at the game now than you were in the first five minutes of play.

Actually, lower density of waypoints makes people even less likely to respawn.

I don’t know. From what I see during the Arah event, with the waypoint available and people lying on the ground inches away from it, waiting for someone to try rezzing them in the middle of the fight, it doesn’t seem that it could get less likely.

I have mixed feelings.

On the one hand I understand that limiting in this fashion creates meaningful choices with tradeoffs while, potentially, mitigating a balancing nightmare to some extent, but I also feel that its a bummer to tie a weapon’s aesthetic appeal to a variant playstyle. Someone who loves the concept of a ranger with a dagger might not want a beast focus to their playstyle.

I wrote this previously:

“Ive seen the link Inculpatus Cedo. Most of the comments seems rather inadequate. Some circle around a childish reasoning and misuse of the forms of appeal by either using pathos, and directing the arguement towards an idea that this game somehow would become more agressive by letting people use duel instead of getting into heart of the mist. Or simply use a very childish comparison, where as 1 breaks the game while the other one adds to the game.”

Edited:
And tbh….In my perspective, saying this really have nothing to add or take from the argument because it makes no sense to me that I wouldn’t be able to duel someone just because it is not in “PvP zone”
But……SPvP do have monsters, that I have in fact died from….mainly in the beginning or as a thief….but still

actually it does, adding PvP in PvE has the same effect as adding PvE in PvP.
we can just turn it all around, have zergs of monsters in PvP with veteran, elite and champion monsters walking around in PvP maps killing any and all players in their path.

what i see is the pathetic childish behavior to force PvP in PvE, there are already 2 modes specifically made for PvP yet there is a need to ruin the only single mode made for PvE with yet another PvP mode.
like others have said, there are plenty of modes allowing you to PvP each other to death, we PvE-only players want nothing to do with it.

seriously, you act as if PvP is the one thing that is fun, if you like PvP so much play games made for PvP but don’t ruin others fun by forcing yours.

There is no pure PvP game mode lacking extensive PvE elements.

Mystic or Master Kits to salvage Blue or Green gear

Yeah that’s why I said it makes no difference because you get the same basic mats either way.
Green sigils could gain to rise a bit in price because they’re worth jacks- at the moment. And it’s not like PoF will be the only content ever to exist now, plenty of people will still be doing the HoT map metas and world bosses and whatnot. Regular greens and blues will still be abundant.

If Anet planned this to solve the inventory problem, which I seriously doubt as it does not, it will go live in the entire game, not just PoF otherwise what would be the point? Not only green sigils and rune will rise, all of the materials that I mentioned will escalate. UND gear is just blue until identified.

It’s the “best of both worlds” because it solves inventory issues while out playing the game, meaning you only need to deal with your loot once per play session. Green sigils and runes are worthless atm, none of the materials will go up in cost since the supply is going to increase dramatically. Unid gear is NOTHING at all, until you id it, the loot does not exist until you get it ID’d which is essentially trading in your green unid tickets for loot.

It doesn’t matter what Unidentified Gear is because it doesn’t come from nowhere. It REPLACES gear that you would have received. Is the number of green salvageable trophies worth as much as all of the other drops I would have received before this replaced them? Including the rares and exotics? I don’t know and neither do you.

You speak as though your opinion on what will happen is fact. You don’t actually have any relevant evidence about what will happen.

Honest questions here,

Do we know for a fact that unid gear is replacing anything as opposed to being an addition?

Do we know that unid gear, if it is replacing something, isnt replacing a blue or green drop that couldnt have been salvaged for any more than the unid can? In fact, since green gear can not produce ectos, precursors, etc do we know for a fact that unid gear isnt actually replacing something of potentially significantly lower value?

We know that you still get other drops while also getting the unid. It may be replacing some drops or it may be in addition. I believe it is replacing some.

The unid drops are not replacing any tier of gear. They are trophies that you pay a silver price to turn into other loot that has a better chance of being rare. When you salvage the unid gear, you get a lot more materials than you would by salvaging blue or green gear and you don’t get the sigil/runes from them. I think the range is up to 20 of a random material, 18 iron has come from them several times and that is 1g value from a single unid. You are right that unid is usually replacing someting of lower value.

My questions werent meant to be leading or taken as an statement. I really dont know, but want to. I did not spend much time in the demo and so had little experience of the drops.

Still, it seems possible that if the total number of drops remain the same, an unid drop means that drop slot didnt go to something else, hence the term replaced.

To me, if the unid drop is replacing something else (a roll of 9999 on the table instead of 9998), the real question is what did it replace? Replacing a piece of blue or green gear with something that is at minimum worth as much as said piece of gear and potentially more is in the players’ favor. Replacing a rare or exotic with something with a minimum worth significanly lower may not be.

Read the thread.

I did and I’m still don’t see where people agreed about the definition. It’s a poor word choice to get the OP’s point across and I really wish y’all would stop using it.

I didn’t say we agreed about the definition, I said we had been through the discussion about it. Yes there were a variety of ideas about “casual”, but the general rule of forums is that you stick to the OP’s topic in a thread. The OP has defined what he means by “casual” so nothing more need be said. This thread is about the OP’s definition of “casual”. If people don’t agree with the OP’s definition or don’t want to talk about “casual” as the OP defines it they should not be replying to this thread. They should start their own thread. The only reason to continue arguing about “casual” is to be pedantic.

The instant the OP chose to assign his definition of the label to others, a central tenet to the title and original post, he created the debate about the definition and applicability of the term.

Had he restricted his point to whether or not ANet remembered him, and his playstyle, I would agree with you.

Now if someone wants to come to this topic and claim to be a casual, and yet, not share any traits with the other casuals posting here, it might be time to realize that you’re not really a casual players, maybe you are something else? The world is not Casual or Hardcore, you can take a Brisk walk, and not feel that it needed to be a Hardcore walk, or a Casual Walk.. Just saying.

Or perhaps there is more than one definition of casual. Perhaps even a range.

I mean there is a pretty significant difference between a stroll and rugby.

I tend, when I bother going to HoT at all, to just wander around the maps killing mobs that get in my way. Jungle is not my favorite environmental theme, but ANet’s art team do a decent job of making it reasonably pretty IMO.

I dont really have goals when I go there. I have not maxed masteries and dont expect to ever do so. I have done the meta events, but have never looked up starting times to do so. In each case I happened to log into the zone on a whim at a time when the event was in progress or just starting. I stuck around to see what they were like and pitched in.

I did try the AB multiloot once to see what the fuss was about. Wasnt fun, didnt care to contine.

I have been here since beta and have not played all of the dungeons. Have not raided, dont expect to considering the dedication requirement.

Again, I dont care for HoT, but that has nothing to do with being casual. The maps just generally arent fun, no matter how readily I can casually, even aimlessly at times, play around in them.

WvW rank pips

in WvW

Posted by: Ashen.2907

At this point, it’s about how long it takes to earn the reward.

For legendary armor paths:
Raids = max weekly insights takes 4 to 6 hours a week.
PvP = I don’t do this, someone else will have to answer this.
WvW = at 5 pips, max skirmish tickets takes 24 hours a week.
5 pips is pretty standard; last place is 3, 1 for previous week credit, 1 if you’re at least bronze.

The disparity is pretty obvious.

You compare experienced raiders with wvw beginners.

You should compare raid beginners with wvw beginners or experienced raiders with experienced (long time) wvw players.

When an average guild starts doing raids, they’ll need weeks and lots of hours of training to get 13 LIs.
Now imagine the guild has trouble to get the same 10 people online at the same time. When you just start raiding it’s quite difficult to progress when you have 2-3 different people each week and maybe have to change roles as well.

For wvw you don’t have to rely on 9 others and it doesn’t matter at what time of the day you log in.

IMO you can’t compare 13 LI with 5 pips.
You should compare something like 13 LI with 10 pips or 5 LI with 5 pips.

I think your comparison could go further. Not when a guild begins raiding, but rather when a PUG begins raiding with nine other PUGs.

By the OP’s definition of the term casual, I dont think that ANet ever forgot the casual portion of the player base.

Not all casuals will like the same content, even if it is casually playable. I disliked HoT, not because I am a casual player, but because I dont care for mazes and platformer aesthetics. This is the case despite the fact that mazes and platforming can be played casually.

I am not aware of anywhere else in the game, other than perhaps Silverwastes, where casual, laidback, participation was rewarded to a greater degree than in HoT. Being given more rewards for less dedicated, or hardcore, effort is a solid job of remembering casual players IMO.

If the content doesnt appeal to you, as it does not to me, its not because the developers have forgotten about some group or demographic that you have chosen to self identify as. Its because you just dont like that content.

Its not about labels, and whether or not a group label Ive chosen for myself is being ignored, picked, on, or forgotten.

HoT failed ?

Coulda fooled me with the pre-sales/sales numbers of just the expansion and the ever steady gemstore purchases.

So, the CEO, what, lied?

Further, the failure was precisely because of the presale numbers. Those players spent their money, and expected something. But, they were given something very different from that expectation. They were burned, and that cost the company a great deal of player good will. ANet and NCSoft knew that this would prevent many sales of the second expansion. (Which it has, as is witnessed right here in this thread.)

That’s almost certainly the reason we got a preview. They simply cannot afford another HoT.

Show me anywhere where Mo said HoT failed.

I’ll wait for it.

Additionally horrible logic, we got a demo weekend for literally the same reason we had a HoT beta weekend. Hype. Literally as simple as that, hype generates sales, just as it did for HoT.

The only people who legit think HoT failed are the same people who misunderstand the quaterly reports and look at a less than 1% decrease in Gemstore sales as a statement for how the game is currently running.

If, lets just say IF, HoT was as much a smashing success as you claim.. why is the new expansion nothing at all like it? You would think if what HoT put out was where the money was.. they would make more of it.. Hummmmm.

The claim was that MO specifically stated that HoT was a failure. All that was requested was that a quote showing that claim be provided.

To be fair, the core game failed some players just as HoT failed some players.

Agreed.

The problem is in equating those two things’ impact. The populations affected are very different quantities.

I think the biggest overall reason HoT failed (as an entity, not how it failed certain players) is that ANet listed to a very vocal minority. And, they looked at their history: GW1 added “hard mode” to accommodate that same demographic.

The problem is that they implemented an entire expansion heavily targeting those players.

As someone earlier said, if Hot had been four zones, but only one of which was really hard, it would have been much better received. Or, if they didn’t have so much XP/mastery gating. Or, if they had provided an adequate set of mapping tools to accommodate the new verticality.

But, ALL of the zones are difficult to navigate, and ALL of the zones were of extreme difficulty just to walk around in them. (Change in tense is intended.)

Yes the problem might be in equating the two because more paying players left the core game than were put off by HoT.

Love the art design. The music is similarly impressive. Mounts seem interesting. Love the “weight” to their movement that makes them feel different than character movement. The combat encounters were a bit on the easy side, but fun (loved the Hydras).

Without knowing whether or not rares/exotics are going to be fully gated behind unid gear I cant really say I have an opinion on the matter, but I am nervous…

Nobody said it did; well, nobody other than you.

more adventures? really?

You’re not alone. I hate adventures. They aren’t enjoyable or interesting to me. I did many of them in the process of maxxing my mastery level, but never went back to do them again.

Having said that, I look at adventures the way I look at jump puzzles. I know people who love jump puzzles, so they add value to the game even if they don’t do much for me. And I can’t really talk, as I loved SAB and I know plenty of people wish that had never been!

Pretty much this.

As long as something like this doesn’t significantly impact my ability to fully pursue the development of my character, the story, etc….more power to them.

I hope that the people who enjoy adventures continue to get them.

YOu mean like how they disappear behind kitten norn or charr characters?

Rares and exotics are gated behind the unid boxes. This has been confirmed numerous times.

Is there a link to this confirmation?

I am not questioning anyone’s honesty, but with only a demo to go on, I would like to see something official before taking it into consideration as a fact.

There’s another thread about this very issue. I don’t know why it hasn’t been merged with this one but if you follow the link I posted a user has posted screenshots of it.

https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/Unidentified-gear/first#post6692765

Perhaps I am missing something but is there anything in those screenshots to indicate that rares and exotics are gated behind these unidentified drops?

The person I had asked for a link was claiming not that the unid drops could include rares/exotics, but rather that rares/exotics were gated behind the unid drops. This would mean that there would be no way to get rares/exotic drops other than identifying unid drops.

Why didn't you buy HoT?

in Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns

I bought HoT, but I waited for months post launch (not long before LS3 started) to do so. My reason for the delay, and the reason that I would not have made the purchase at all if not for a desire to be able to access LS chapters, is a dislike for the map design.

I am not fond of mazes and actively dislike the Mario-esque/platforming aesthetic and themes so ubiquitous in the HoT maps.

Well that’s the point, you don’t have to run Dragon Stand either, but if you want to run it, you have to look at a timer, like every other world boss. Or stand there and wait two hours, which might also work.

The reason I mentioned that I never really looked at a timer is, I thought obviously so, that I can ignore worldbosses for the most part. Most rewards are still available even if I don’t play Worldbosses. However, it is very hard to ignore Dragon’s Stand if you want any reward that has remotely something to do with that map’s currency.

Not playing Dragon’s Stand has bigger consequences (Giving up on alot of rewards) than not playing Worldbosses.

To Tie this back to the topic title. I will be very surprised to see another Dragon’s Stand like map. (Without some proper fixes that would make it also nice to play for those who can’t easily follow the schedule. At least.)

To Tie this back to the Future of GW2. I will be very surprised to see a map like Dragon’s Stand that doesn’t address the issues people have with DS.

The map currency in Dragon Stand is crystalline ore. You absolutely don’t have to run the meta to farm it casually or slowly. You only have to run the meta to farm it more quickly, in which case you can look at a timer one time, jot down the hours that it’s up and never have to look at that site again

As I’ve said often, it’s better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

There are many world bosses in legendary collections. If you want to do those collections, you have to get to those world bosses. The best way to do that is to use a timer site.

Vayne, I agree with you about the timers but he does make a solid point about the difference between the reward structure for the DS meta completion and a world boss in core Tyria.

It’s only a valid point if you don’t need specific world bosses for specific content, that’s my point. Because you can absolutely still slowly acquire crystalline ore without the meta. You can go into a zone, avoid enemies, it’s not that hard, and use machetes with currency from the three other zones to open pods. There are always some pods there. It’s slower, but it’s doable and it’s soloable.

In contrast if I need to kill the fire ele for a precursor collection I can only do that when the fire ele is up. The other options open to me are zero.

Gating a single specific reward not intended to be universally desirable behind a specific event, such as a precursor collection tied to an event, is very different in my opinion than throttling an entire zone’s reward structure.

Its not that both examples do not call for the use of timers and such, but rather the scale involved.

So.. well.. yah.. 5 legendary weapons, legendary back item, 16K AP , should be stupid easy that any casual can do it .. so.. how many of you have done better?

Just gonna wait now for the show of hands.

It may be the casual in me, but spending my limited game time hunting down items that I would not use seems silly to me.

My AP is slightly lower than his, but I have fewer hours as well. Then again I think that casual encompasses a range of players.

If I had desired to do so I certainly could have spent my time and gold acquiring legendaries. For that matter, since legendaries can be purchased with real money via the exchange I could have just bought the legendary weapons.

Personally, I think that, especially in an MMO, 15 hours per week is well within the realm of casual.

Other than those definitions that just aren’t applicable to games in general I seem to fit the various definitions of casual listed on dictionary sites such as dictionary.com, Cambridge, Oxford, and Webster’s.

I don’t feel that Anet forgot about me, as a casual, with HoT or the LS3 chapters.

That isn’t to say that I liked HoT or the LS3 (good and bad points in each for me), but not liking it, or elements of it, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t casually accessible to me.

Why no elite spec testing I'm PvE?

I personnally don’t understand the point of a public beta test if the elite spec aren’t avaible. I don’t want story spoilers …

This is not a beta test tho. This is just a small demo.

i beg to differ

The screen literally says “DEMO” at the top of it…..

and i literally see a bug in the game that doesn’t exist outside the demo, ergo, a beta test.

The existence of a bug does not make a piece of software a beta test. Otherwise every piece of software ever created would still be considered to be in beta.

Unidentified gear, why, oh why? It is a redundant RNG throwback to old style action RPGs that serves no purpose in Guild Wars, just adds to tedium and annoyance. Please remove it from PoF release.

Except it was in Guild Wars since inception.

I like it, personally. Saves space.

Good luck.

but it hasn’t been in gw2 before they introduced it back again with PoF so why?

in core tyria and HoT we didn’t have it and we did just fine..

we also didn’t need to bring it back to life from gw1 imo.. and making them unidentified gear and making us identify them for coins is just no fun..

I think salvaging is enough. I don’t want to have to carry extra id kits in addition to salvage kits..

Cant you just salvage them without identifying?

You can, did it a few times today. Got a bit too much mats out of the gear.^^

Yes, You can, but You’d be wasting rare and exotic gear in the process.

I was just seeking onfirmation of what I thought I had seen during my time in the demo.

The person I quoted said that they felt salvaging was enough and that they didnt want to have to carry an Id kit. I guess it is confirmed that they do not need to carry an Id kit, and can stick to salvaging.

as you said, we can stick to just salvaging without id’ing them but as another person mentioned we would lose out on rare or exotics if we just salvaged them instead of identifying them first..

so in essence Anet has brought back the old system from gw1 where unidentified items MUST be identified first before salvaging in order to not destroy any rare or exotics in the process. I really wish they didn’t bring back this system of identifying.. i hated it in Gw1.. =/

Looks like players will have a choice between speedy convenience and gambling for higher rewards. Hopefully the unid will stack to adress some of the complaints about inventory management during play.

The PoF Beta... what do you think so far?

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

Ashen.2907

So far the scenery is nice, the night sky is absolutely gorgeous, the fights are fun, and mounts seem well implemented.

I am not one to try to do too much in a demo or beta, but I had decided to hold off on buying this expansion until well after release, if at all, due to my perceptions of HoT. Now I shall probably prepurchase PoF.

Pretty much my thoughts as well.

I have always liked how they made traversing the environment feel in this game. The animations are well done, makes it seem like everything has weight to it yet the controls are surprisingly responsive.

The weakest link to this is ironically the gliders, despite giving the most freedom, they are boring as sin. The mounts though? They feel great.

And the godkitten MUSIC. So atmospheric.

Yeah the music is outstanding.

Now, I can only hope, hope, hope, that the story and elite spec teams live up to the standards set by their peers in other departments.
