Since I had some issues with my GTX 560 I bought and am getting installed a GTX 670.
What are the typical fps for it with everything at ultra?
Oh and my screen is 1980×1080.And I’m upgrading from 8G to 12G of ram.

I am pretty sure your graphics card isn’t the problem. Nor will the ram do anything to help. What CPU do you have? And I mean seriously, unless you know why you need 12GB of ram or know exactly what you are gonna be doing that will need 12 gigs of ram, you don’t need that much ram. 8 is perfectly fine.
Honestly, a 560 should have no problem with the game (it ran perfectly smooth at max on my old 460). Have you tried just nuking the PC’s Windows and reinstalling first? It might just be your windows and drivers all gunked up.

Not really. Most of what differentiates each class are their skills and traits. Makes it far easier to balance if they only have to deal with 1 base stat difference.
Guards have low HP because they have massive amounts of damage mitigation and healing. Theives have low HP because they are supposed to be agile and not be hit as well as using stealth to avoid hits. Elementalists have low HP because of their ability to basically have 20 weapon skills instead of 10.
So, in situations where a player is physically unable to be resed, glitch or otherwise, why can’t we WP out?
For example, in CoF path 3, the boss knocks you into the lava. Now, the lava kills you in about 3 or 4 ticks, if you fall in it, you can’t be revived, the lava still hurts you when dead.
Now, because of the WP change, if one person happens to get knocked off, the entrie team is pretty much screwed.

It’s amazing people have to use a 3rd party app when this feature should have been in at launch.
You do realise that the 3rd party app would exist anyway? It will ALWAYS be better than what ANet can provide ingame, mainly because it’s developed by someone who cares about the thing and not just wringing out $5 from gem sales.

All it means is that your rare drops now come in chests. Green and below will still be on the critters corpse.
See, I don;t salvage anything. I just vendor anything lower than rare, so basic kits are useless to me.
Reading the patch notes can groups now kick us on last fractal boss (jade ) and invite their guildies/friends so they can get bonus daily with no effort? would like to know

Sucks I know. You’re pretty much forced into a guild to do anything now with the fractal and dungeon WP changes. In my opinion, ANet had a PuG poop in their wheetabix or something so are single-mindedly trying to kill them.
The only thing I can think of is gear up alts if you have any of the right level. You can also get exotics. Or buy the salvage kits.

Unless GW2 is doing some serious snooping, you can’t tell if they are on the same PC or not. The same IP doesn’t mean anything.
And even then, a free copy of sandboxie would fix that.
As it stands, ascended items currently have a huge block of stats with repeating numbers. I can see why they did it, it’s to “make up” for the fact they don’t have an upgrade slot. But as it stands it’s just messy and unneeded.
For example, the Red Ring of Death currently states:
+71 Power
+50 Precision
+4% Critical Damage
+32 Power
+4% Critical Damage
+18 Precision
It should just simply read:
+103 Power
+68 Precision
+8% Critical Damage

Of course it will.
That’s the point. They want to force encourage people to buy gems to transfer to highly populated servers (which coincidently cost more to transfer too than low pop servers, how odd!).
We can’t tell you. If we do ANet will nerf it to sell more gems.

I use it on my ranger and it seems to work fine.

If doing it internationally is apparently not feasible, why was it so supported in GW1? Or did we forget about that?

Well if you look at GW1 the content of Guild Wars Beyond was literally AN ENTIRE GAMES WORTH for FREE. People need to stop thinking that A-net is greedy like Blizzard.

In all seriousness, No, i’ve never been able to recover from messing up the seals.
It is kind of stupid you can buy Soulbound items for a class that can’t use them, but sadly you are stuck with it. Best you can do is salvage it with a BLSK and not make the same mistake again.

All perma agro will do is force people to have at least 1 thief in the party for shadow refuge or make thief even worse in PvE

Same reason people run PVT gear. They don’t care about contributing, they just want to sit there and let other people do the work.
How is PTV gear not contributing? My Guardian with 23k HP and 3k Defence sitting there and soaking the damage so you don’t isn’t contributing?

Just so you know, the bonus of having better armour is to balance out the fact that both guardians and warriors suck at range. They NEED to be in melee to do optimal damage and thus will always take more hits.

The problem with that, as I pointed out, is that there is nothing to stop the party leader + one guildie inviting 3 pugs, getting to the end, then booting out the Pugs just as the final boss has 1% HP left.
