It makes content replay able.

I can jump in as Human Play change to Sylvari play the same but get a different experience.

Unblockable skills and perma Stealth might be slightly OP but hear me out.

First of Perma stealth is only annoying in PVP situation and most people don’t play PVP in PVE u will never hear an NPC complain, there for its not OP! (LOGIC)

Yes 10 Pets sounds a Lot and an Elite which Summon Tree Beards (those Lord of the Ring Creatures) might sound OP on Paper but it also puts pressure on the Druid to manage the pet AI. I mean common guys u must admit managing 20 Pets at the same time is not a cake walk.

Third:
we as ex Ranger where so long ignored and punished by anet its only fair to give us decent skills ( Finally)

Yes controlling an Enemy for 30 Seconds over 4000 range via mind control sound game breaking but again… This skill need a lot tactical thinking if u mind control the wrong person u end up controlling a Noob enemy build or worse a puny Asura ( just think about that for 30 seconds)

To finish my speech I wanna add Druid is not OP u know who is OP??? Modremoth and with all those AFK Players u need a Druid to solo him ( that’s Fact)

Last about PVP if u cant beat a Druid in a 1v1 its a L2P issue that’s all I can say… L2P. Also who says Druids are supposed to be beaten in a 1v1 or 1v2 or 1v10 maybe anet want it this way to introduce more tactical play into sPVP….L2P.

this could work in wvw I can imagine, as Sylvari u can join a side of Modrems .

siege is exchanged with plant siege and in case of being outnumbered u can use supply to summon modrems.

Other Way could be spvp or pve instances

I would not mind a open world pvp for 1 week in a certain zone either so anet balance sylvari and non sylvari

but I can also see that we might not have enough Sylvari player for that

Collin IMHO u misinterpret the reason why ppl start playing more and more pvp. But anyhow gz. U may consider to hire some people from the forums. So far GW2 do everything what was suggested by the forum only with 2 years delay.

The Reason I don’t buy hot is to much loot.

No no, I like loot and gold and be rich BUT I don’t like spend 10 % of my playtime clicking salvaging.

atm I don’t play the game at all but when I play I only can bare pvp since my finger start hurting from all that clicking to salvaging stuff. And that issue makes me a once extreme GW2 gamer to a extreme Casual GW2 player with monthly breaks.

It might be a weird reason but that’s my main issue

I loose 50 -500 I win 500-50. With no punishment for afk some player only get there 10 points than getting afk.

Its burst vs burst if i doge the engi is dead if not im dead, i doge the mesmer, he run away to come later back. I put my signs on the ground when i see a thief he shadowstep to me signs pop he pop dead.

People who are upset are in-love with the game. Perhaps you are mistaking Passion and admiration for something else.

People are mad because ANET lied to new players by having them purchase The base game later changing the FAQ to say “HOT will include the base game”

These players now have to pay $50.00 for a game they bought a few months ago in preparation for HOT.

Some people are able to get a refund because of this but this also means a wipe of all the progress from 1-3 months in advance.

We will be getting specilizations (non-elite), a new WvW map, a new pvp mode, some new masteries, without needing to purchase HOT.

What does that leave HOT? Living story (Lelelelel), a new class, and 3 maps, and guild halls?
Guild halls should of already been included in the base game (GUILD wars)

I have over 5000 hours from the base game from over 3 years, will i get another 5000 hours from the same price?

Also not including a character slot for $50.00 was a kittenbag move because many players are relying on that slot for Rev.

The reason People are upset is much deeper. Somehow Anet made it so that many people believe that the expansion is small. So it seemed be around 20 Dollar.

Than anet stoped new content people asociated gw2 with boredom grind. SW is nothing more than a farm spot. And I personal feel every new area is nothing than a upgraded loot area. Gemstore became the Focus of the game (outfits) and i can imagine that many people start buying stuff since they felt so bored and needed some happy.

And now out of the Air Anet tells the price. Bam

A good marketing make people feel so high that they are happy to pay. Anet since u dont pay me i cant tell u how to improve but let people imagine something amazing is about to come not just a continuation of what they had … No… a new fresh much better game all u saw before was nothing in compare to HOT. For myself, I’ve recently tried other mmo’s and have realised again why I’ve played GW for over 9 years. £59.99? For all the enjoyment GW gives me and all the other things I could spend that money on instead, I consider it money well spent and a bargain.

here is how u do it.

make sure all important things u own are not on the char u wanna race change. make her him naked. empty his bags. Make sure u have another alt in case u need more Bank Space.

so after everything is safe somewhere.

Go to ur Char selection screen and pic the one u wanna race change. Than delete him

Now u need hurry

create a new char with the desired race and gender name him the same way as the just deleted one.

here u go race change complete

Pro tip if u have a lot Level up Books from Spvp u will get him to level 80 in a minute.

In Ascalon I spec my Guardian full Zerk DPS but in Fractals I go Zerker Hammer support.

game will not change for me i guess since i quit PVe a while ago all that clicky hurt my finger ( not joking)

so i play pvp only now, i still click but at least I click for fun not for opening 250 stacks of loot every hour to salvage them and click than again to make the mf increase. just thinking about it makes me not wanna play at all.

oh and since i only play pvp i will not buy the expansion anyway
