If you just added a skin over the LS item there is a big chance that you’ll get that skin, but if you transmuted more times over, sold or deleted the skin, then I can’t guarantee that you’ll have it.

Agony resistance is for PvE?

Agony is only for fractals over lvl 10, so yeah you won’t need that at all.
Buy the infusions in the WvW laurel vendor, those give “+1% guard damage” in the offensive slots and “-1% damage from guards” in the defensive slots, besides the status bonus of the infusion itself.

I don’t understand why people are so attached to that “nerf”.
If your focus was WvW roaming, power build was never the best option, condition was, and nothing will change after the update.
If your focus was PvE, power is and will still be the best option after the update, your cond build in PvE will only make you frustrated.
@OP: really interesting build, with April 15th update I buy and switch some ascended trinkets among my toons and give a try with a similar build.

Map completion from cities was always guaranteed 3 transmutation stones, and after the update you’ll still get those.
Map completion from regular maps can give transmutation stones or BLCK (which is a superior reward) and after the update you’ll still be getting the same rewards.
Answer me why you’ll need to be rewarded if nothing is being changed.

It’s all a part of obscuring the real cost of gems.
Gems exist in the first place to confuse the consumer as to the value of micro transactions. If ArenaNet were more confident that what they were offering was truly value for money, they’d show dollar prices for gem store goods. But studies have proven that even one layer of abstraction serves to obfuscate the true value of items and disconnect the player from the real world value of these transactions. And when consumers don’t understand this, they are liable to spend more without realising it.

Yes, also do your Personal Story (the green quests in your top right corner), try to gatherer as many materials as possible (copper, wood, etc) and craft also gives a good exp, you can craft your weapons and armor, it is a bit more expensive than buy directly from TP, but will help with leveling and in the future you’ll want to have high level of crafting to make ascended gear.
And how I fight with axes/swords if I’m Ranger? I should fight with bows no? so why you choose to be Ranger if you fight with swords? its better? its kinda wired.. because Rangers should be stronger with bows no?
That is where ranger get negative views in GW2, new players come wanting to play as ranger think that we are Archers, but for unknown reasons, rangers aren’t that good with bows, so many players get either frustrated or keep playing with sub-par builds.
Sword is our best DPS weapon, LB have high damage but is kinda slow and cause less damage the closer you are are from the target, and in GW2 there are many gap closer skills, so there is a niche where LB is useful, also in parties if you use bows you’ll tend to stay far from the bosses and the rest of the party near if, so you end not getting/giving boons in the party.
Think rangers not from other MMOs, but from table top RPGs, in D&D 3.5 ranger can go for archer path or the “strider” path with dual wield weapons, in LotR Aragorn was a ranger, think about it ;D

About the idea, depending in the time you get perma camouflage, it is actually a cool elite idea.
I can see in WvW a “wall” of rangers with camouflage waiting a zerg to ambush and suddenly “rangers, rangers everywhere”
EDIT: I believe the camo would be the active effect, and yeah, I forgot that our signets doesn’t work on us by default.

Anet changed the idea of where the new Mega Severs will start to be implemented, they changed the idea of testing in lvl 1~15 maps, now it will be in maps with low population, so most lvl 1~15 maps will be out of the mega servers in that first moment.

A good idea is to move to another starter map and do the hearts/vista/PoIs there.
Go to Divinity’s Reach and near the central area you’ll see an Asura Portal (a pink icon on the map) after you exit it you’ll see many other portals, each one leads to the main city of the other races and from there their respective starter map.
About weapon it is a matter of how you like to play, I particularly like axes, but I know that Long Bow, Sword and Greatsword cause more damage.

I do believe that legendary armor will be reality in a future, it would be the ultimate armor since you can pick any stats and since it will be account bound many alts can wear it.
Maybe use ascended armor as “precursor” and the armor be made as bundle since you don’t need to pick a stat combo anyway, and use a combination of new gifts and some gifts existent in game like the fortune one.
I wouldn’t mind spend ~10k gold in materials and some “grind” to get a legendary armor.
About the look, well that is hard to imagine, that should be something amazing that makes you stand out w/o turning you into a disco ball, lol

Well, it is kinda balanced.
It will get more expensive to transmute under lvl 80 gear, but transmute lvl 80 will get advantages since many players have tons of t-stones and apparently there will have more ways to get t-charges than we have to get t-crystals nowadays, besides gem store.

PvP also received glory points as they rank up that were used to purchased skins prior to the removal of glory points. Thus, receiving Trans Charges after April 15 per rank is rewarding them again.
Not really since before update change skin in PvP is free and after update they will need to use transmutation charges, so they need it.
Also you are comparing “oranges” to “apples”, glory wasn’t rewarded by rank up, it was a parallel reward, since you couldn’t use gold in PvP you needed to use glory as currency.

All the transmutation stones/crystal you currently have will be converted to charges after the update, so yeah it is retroactive.
EDIT: Remembering that the transmutations from map completion is already in your inventory (if you didn’t use it), so you won’t get extra ones.

Or make the event circle doesn’t end perfectly, that way some events will change the time but still follow a fixed interval.
Like for example, Claw of Jormag in day 1 start at 14:15, in day 2 it start 14:30 and so on, so every event will occur in every time window at least once in a certain time range.

Well, 90 days transaction log seems reasonable.
Keep an infinite log of every player transactions is an impractical idea, this would happen sooner or later.

Sword is better but I don’t like it (I have L2P issues I know :P).
I’m in the same boat, I know that sword is awesome, I just can’t handle it.
I find Axe in main hand a very useful weapon in zerg surfing, specially with fire sigil (tag a lot of people) or blood sigil (bit more damage and survivability).
Combine Signet of Beastmaster + (Signet of the Wild + Signet of Stone) + Axe 5 + Healing Spring in the middle of a zerg = immortal + stability + project reflection + retaliation + AoE vulnerability + regen + AoE healing bolts. But be sure to have enough HP to dodge away after that.

I’m not following you here … are you complaining that using a melee weapon (sword) is forcing you to be at melee range? You want to keep distance of your target while you use a sword?

Look at the server list. If you are guesting a lot you notice that quite some server went from “very high” to “high” there recently
Good part of this is also because the WvW Tournament.
Some servers gt free transfers, HoD for example was a “very high” server and after getting tons of new players is still “very high”, other servers that used to be “very high” got down to “high” because people left to another server.

WvW Tournament is up, so a lot of players are in WvW including the EotM, those players doesn’t not appear in the world map.
Also we know that Living Story is kinda in a “break” so players that really don’t like WvW and is a bit bored, are also taking a break from GW2.

Precision is NOT used to keep vigor up, it is used for condition builds.
Many classes have traits that gives vigor on crit.
