Well I have almost finished editing my video just deciding on some music but it should be up later today.

FA vs Ebay vs Mag would be the best match up skill wise, it would have the best players in the whole NA scene.

i think talking to your opponents in wvw is a good thing, helps with duels and stuff like that.

I’m not sure how the bugs are getting worse without patches, but it’s really starting to get to me. It didn’t use to be so bad, but now I’m having to deal with multiple bugs every run I do. I constantly can’t move after using any of my mobility skills, lightning flash doesn’t break stun when I teleport, churning earth freezes mid animation and never casts forcing me to flash to start moving again, I randomly start moving like I’m snared with no conditions and no enemies, magnetic grasp and RTL take me past the target, and the list goes on and on. It is just truly ridiculous that not only are none of the ele bugs being fixed, they are somehow getting more numerous and more frequent despite there not even being any patches.

Please, if any devs stumble upon this forum, please, consider fixing elementalist bugs.

The not being able to move after using mobility skills is the one I am really frustrated with at the moment! Its % is increasing for sure.

The BP zerg in BPBL is the funniest thing i have seen in WvW so far. Its literally a ‘roaming’ zerg. No objective, just run as a zerg and chase down everything they see, its hilarious.. and sad.

No I think the one in your BL is much more entertaining. We massacred about 40 of them over the course of 10 minutes. Are you guys mostly British? It reminds me of this…

To be fair, DB’s NA primetime force certainly does need work. We need to cross-talk more effectively, and coordinate our forces better. Also, we need to educate more people on using key siege. Last night for example we lost NE tower in YB bl due to the defenders in the tower not using an already built treb to take out the YB cata line.

But it is easy to pick out and criticize crucial mistakes like that, and miss the bigger structural picture. DB’s primetime force would have been neck and neck with EBay and YB scores throughout the night, had we held DB garrison. Which to my understanding we only lost because YB and Ebay hit it at nearly the same time.

We can easily fix that mistake with a bit more defensive siege.

Lol none of this matters because your prime time crew will cap 80% of the map for a much longer period than Yak’s and EB will grab 40% while fighting each other with a little DB on the side to get in the way. So you really don’t need to explain whether or not DB is competitive during the NA prime time in this tier, what you could discuss is stealing a few more NA guilds and moving to tier 3.

We didn’t steal any guilds. those people who chose to come to DB did so on their own.

as for NA presence i beleive he have the highest ticker atm and it’s 5:51 pm pst. DB is going to give you a run for your guys money during the NA primetime. we know how to fight outnumbered….

Either way we can’t compete against DB’s capping during non NA prime time!

Now you know why Yaks beats Maguuma. ^

On the RIFT forums I would go around telling everyone my brother (Meduza) was #1 ranked mage in the game (game has no rankings) and would hype every post he made and continually bump any video he posted. He was definitely one of the best mages but simply posting “#1 mage on rift” anytime after he posted something got many peoples panties in a bunch and got him more video views and attention than any other mage lol

I managed to get 250 badges in about 2-3 hours of gameplay thanks to DR.

To be honest no one knows what is a duel and what isn’t.. don’t blame people for jumping in.

It’s pretty obvious when there are 10 people standing around from each server watching 2 fight in the middle that this is a duel.

You think every duel has 10 people standing around them… you are wrong. The other day I found 2 people dueling with no one watching them they were doing for their own enjoyment.

tbh they should make HS like hundred blades in regard to the fact you can’t move while casting it.

First time posting ever. I been doing the JP on 1 BL a fair amount and this morning I did again, that is , I tried. 3 YB cowards started to attack from water as I was climbing toward the lower key. Why ?. I don’t get it. Small people I guess. Next time guys, try a 1 on 1 if you have the guts. I have never attacked a player in a JP myself but I guess that is just me.
Been having at ton of fun this matchup, good work all.

You do realize the jumping puzzle is in WvW, right? And being so, it is a free-for-all, PvP zone. There is so secret or “honorable” rule to not attack people in the there. Attacking someone in the JP does not make you small or a coward, just as attacking someone anywhere else on the map doesn’t make you one. They are they enemy, this is PvP, they might give me a loot bag. I don’t get why people think that because it’s a jumping puzzle, it’s a safe zone and getting ganked, attacked, or camped is such an atrocity (not you in particular).

Dunno if you’ve encountered it yet, but people also camp the JP. Good luck dealing with that but there will be no need to post about it.

3 vrs 1 is not pvp. That’s called ganking someone. Yes it is a pvp zone but fights are a lot more fun to me when they are fair. That’s just my opinion.

This is exactly how yaks bend play. We have had zergs of 50+ chase us all the way across the map. They just use zerg to kill everything.

Imagine that, large groups in a large scale PvP zone… hmm your right that’s just weird! On another note, I have primarily roamed solo or with 2-3 on the Mag BL and all I see is zerg’s. Oh wait I have come across a few solo Ele’s which get to about death and run, I stand corrected your not just a zerg like us!

Imagine a Mag zerg now multiply that by 4 and then you have a YB zerg.

The more people the other servers get the more people for Maguuma to kill, is how I look at it.

I am from Australia so ping is defiantly an issue, however I don’t understand how it used to work and now it doesn’t work at all. Also it works fine in sPvP when I have the same latency.

Maybe someone who is good with computers can explain what is happening and if it can be fixed?

It really needs to be fixed.. having my main gap closers overshoot away from the target is really annoying and makes things harder then they should be.

The heck is going on with the music? It’s like it changes every 30 seconds without any rhyme or reason at all.

Anyway, I downvoted, and since you asked that people tell you why; The music was “WTF,” the black box was terrible, the actual playing was…just boring. I’m not sure if it’s just you, or the build, but it was so boring. It seems like it’s just “cast everything the second they’re off cooldown.” Like random burning speeds just thrown out the second they’re off cooldown, not even in front of your ranged teammates for combo fields. The one time you encountered another D/D ele in the video, (that I saw) was near the end of the video, and she almost destroyed you. Also, auto-cast on auto-attack? That’s a terrible idea. You should take it off, because in certain situations you don’t need to be wasting time accidentally double-casting auto-attack. I feel much more precise without it, since I’m in control of every single motion I make.

But that’s just my personal opinion, and criticism. I’m not really an Ele expert, so whatever.

The music is a mix it will often tend to change randomly, The reason why the black box was there was because we were using party chat and there was certain things in there that were not for the public eye. Also when fighting outnumbered you can’t wait to your abilities to be making combo fields, you need to use them when they are most effective. It may look like I am throwing abilities at random but each one is actually calculated, I use burning speed as a gap closer and escape tool when RTL is on cooldown. If you see me using it away from the enemy it means I am trying to gain distance to get my heals up again.

Necro is actually pretty strong for zerg busting, much like shatter mesmer. I tried to watch the vid, but honestly d/d is boring as hell to watch.

Yup, necro is a really solid group addition. Ranger… I just don’t know.

And they didn’t just have one ranger, but two in one of the clips. :P

Bunzy, you complain a lot about downed state but in this movie you are saved by downed state mechanics a few times. Having a thief around really helps your team manage downed state and in some cases it can be an advantage for small groups since you have better communication and synergy to get people up.

There are things that definitely need fixing but the overall system is good.

That is the reason why we added a thief to the group, to deal with the downed state and they are doing a really great job at helping our team. We use them to stomp/res people up as their main purpose.

Kinda wish you guys had more roaming instead of fighting around a supply camp with too many up-levels. When I think of [OG], I definitely don’t think of supply camp defending haha.

I know this probably was a quickly put together kinda thing but staying around the same place for over half the video ain’t too entertaining. I think I was the one who told Karlesi/Sol to run with you guys more, that guy needs to put out a video too!

Maybe you can make it to other Fight Clubs Tzenjin or that other guy said they are going to host later on.

Yer this was just done in one night, My new plan is too record over a week and then put the best fights in from there. I think it will make for a much more exciting video. Alot people don’t think we take supply camps or defend them but we actually do our little bit to help the server as well (occasionally) it also draws enemies towards you once you start flipping camps. The easiest fights are the ones that come to you and you don’t have to go looking for them. Trust me we are encouraging karlesi to put out a video :P he is by far the best ranger I have ever played with.
