Also, how can you be reading all our feedback if mods can change what we say, whenever and to whatever?
The only time the Moderation Team edits a post is to remove profanity or comments which violate the Forum Code of Conduct.
Yes! A petition sounds good
Actually, a petition sounds bad, as it violates our Forum Code of Conduct. You’re better off having a discussion about the suggestion, as that is what the Dev Teams read.
Greetings.
Looks like you have two separate issues. First, the name change. Your previous name violates our Code of Conduct. It was reported, and a change was requested.
For your other issue, it’s best to contact Support directly. You should not post Customer Support decisions or actions towards your account. You can create a new support ticket here: https://en.support.guildwars2.com/
Howdy all,
We do have a system for you to report posts and forum members. When you look at a post, you should see a little flag in the bottom right. We would very much appreciate it if folks would use it, much like one person on this thread did, to get our attention.
In regards to coming across posts that violate the rules, please report any Code of Conduct ( https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/rules ) violations you come across. Thousands up thousands of posts are made every single day and although we wish we could review them all, it’s just not physically possible, so any assistance we can get from players like you using the report function are greatly appreciated.
I am so going to try this build. You know, so I can burninate the peasants.
Greetings!
I have moved the thread back to the proper place. Game on!
I just copied that response into a new response. Please check your email for a follow up. Be sure to check your spam folders and such. If you have further questions, you can send an email directly to forums@arena.net instead of posting on the forums.
As this thread has run its course and is no longer a constructive discussion, we have decided to close this thread.
If you wish to discuss Guild vs Guild topics, you may do so here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/community/events
Howdy all. Here’s a current thread covering the topic. Please use that thread to post your issues. https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Gem-store-error
Posts questioning or contesting a member’s game account suspension are not allowed on this forum. If you believe you there has been an error in your suspension, please open a support ticket via http://support.guildwars2.com.
We’re closing this thread, as the thread has gone off topic. You can follow the status updates here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/WvW-Matches-Temporarily-Suspended
Unlocking thread again. You are welcome to give your feedback on this issue, but please be respectful towards our staff when you do.
This thread is being temporarily closed while it gets cleaned up.
(edited by CC Danicia.1394)
I just checked your account and a response was sent to your inquiry on 3/12/13. CC.Dalmarus responded to your appeal and closed the ticket. There were no replies submitted by you.
You submitted appeals on two other tickets, which were created when you replied to Infraction/Warning PMs in June. One was closed, as you only replied to that PM with profanity. The other was replied to by CC.Shiloh.
If you have another ticket which is outstanding, you can submit a brand new appeal.
Posts questioning a game account suspension/termination are not allowed on this forum. If you believe you there has been an error in your suspension/termination, please open a support ticket via http://support.guildwars2.com.
We are closing this thread for going completely off-topic. If you wish to have discussions about GvG, you can create threads here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/community/events
If you wish to have a discussion about MLG, please create a new thread and keep it on-topic.
The OP requested this thread closed.
This thread is now locked on OP request.
We do not allow for accusations of griefing on the forums in regards to players, and also the same with our staff. You may contact the Community Team directly at forums@arena.net if you wish to discuss a staff member’s actions.
Thanks for your understanding

Hello all,
We did indeed start testing out a new application. We soft launched it, but have since removed it for further testing and usability. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us!
Since this thread has had a response, and the thread is continually bumped, we’re going to close it. Please remember that thread bumping is against the Forums Code of Conduct.
Greetings,
I clear out the forums@arena.net mail box each day (except weekends) and respond to all appeals & queries. Is that the email address you’re using?
Would it help if I said I included it in my report?
Thousands up thousands of posts are made every single day on the forums, and the Dev Team cannot respond to each one. Once bugs are reported, they do go into our bug database, where the Dev & QA teams can review them.
Big shoutout to [CC] Danicia for the great job and working to improve the forum and mods/cc team. (the “Gaile” of the community!)
Thanks! I enjoy working on the Community Team and working to improve processes. I"m kinda nerdy that way.
We absolutely appreciate everyone who’s stayed on topic here, and has been incredibly patient and giving positive criticism.
Just report the one time. When support checks it, they go over the log around the time not just the one thing said. So they will look both before and after the report to get the whole picture. Unless it is something that is said a long time after as this will be harassment, which is another reportable issue.
So, report each separate incidence once.
This is a great response. Thanks!
If you feel harassed or verbally abused by another, the best thing you can do is report the person. There is a handy tool in-game just for this.
This is spot on advice. . If you feel a player is abusive in-game, please report them using the in-game ticketing system so our Customer Support team can properly investigate the issue and take any appropriate action.
We have an on-going thread to discuss Bloodlust. Please be sure to use this thread to discuss it: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/wuv/wuv/Simple-Solution-to-The-Bloodlust-Controversy
We have a thread for Bloodlust feedback; you should use that thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/wuv/wuv/Simple-Solution-to-The-Bloodlust-Controversy
Okay, done!
Seriously though, this feature already exists. If you look over to the right of your inventory, you’ll see where you can click and you’ll get an option for “Deposit all collectibles”. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Inventory
As a reminder, we remove threads which are speculation, gossip, rumors, and are not accurate. When you come across things like this, you have to remember that nothing is set in stone until we release it to the public.
. Your type of reply I think we can stomach much more and it sounds a lot more diplomatic.
I know I don’t comment as much as many others do, but the Community Team is listening, too.
Feedback, as long as it’s about butterflies, red roses and/or child birth.
Pfft. I hate all those things.
But seriously, the team does watch this thread and does keep the feedback. And we also compile particularly good constructive feedback for the team, so they don’t miss it.
But this is a feedback thread. The mods even recognized it as one.
It is! Thank you.

As it’s been mentioned in the OP, there have been responses by Dev regarding Bloodlust. If you wish to discuss it, please do so on the open thread.
Discussions of player, guild, or server of cheating, griefing, hacking, or exploiting is not allowed on the forums. If you witness another player you believe is exploiting or harassing other players, please report them using the in-game reporting tool. In the case of exploits, you can also send any reports of exploit activity or knowledge to Exploits@Arena.Net to ensure the development team is aware of them.

Just touching base again. We thank you all for the great feedback, including those which came in privately via our Appeals Process. Hopefully, this will have given you a better understanding of our Moderation & Community Processes.
As posted earlier, we’ll close this thread. If you still have questions or concerns, you can submit them to forums@arena.net
Cheers!
delete this thread! it’s not constructive anymore cuz ppl are arguing! don’t just close it, delete it like you always do! delete all the thoughtful criticism! flush all of it! i hope danicia made a backup!
I come from the IT world before my 6 years of game industry. I always have back ups. And back ups of back ups.
