Shagura, from the forums we cannot really speed up the process, if your friend already put a ticket with Customer Support. I see that the incidence is quite recent so I would ask you a little bit more of patience till Customer Support gets back to your friend. In these cases, rest assured that he will receive his account back as soon as they check the logs.
As ShiningSquirrel indicates, if the ticket goes unanswered for three or more days, proceed to post the reference number and a little description inside the stickied thread provided for this.

Parae, I see that the issue is quite recent so your friend needs to wait till Customer Support gets back to her. Rest assured both of you that once they check the logs and see that there is nothing banable there, she will have her account back. But of course you need to wait a little bit until this is sorted out. If the ticket goes unanswered for three or more days, then follow Loli Ruri´s link and your incidence will be taken as a priority.

As GummiBear correctly states, you can send a ticket to Customer Support, click here; however, do not build your hopes up though as this mistake, although unfortunate, was accidental and nothing related to a bug or internal error.

Rekuja, if this issue bothers you you can always send a ticket to Customer Support in order to let them know about this. It was probably what BioFringe is stating though, that the name is already in use and therefore it did not allow you to use it.

I see that the incidence is quite new, from yesterday, so it is still a little bit early to get an answer from Customer Support. There is a sticky for old tickets (three days and older) that have gone unanswered, where I would ask you to post your reference number once you have been waiting those three days. For the time being, please, remain a little bit patient till Customer Support gets back to you.
However, do not build your hopes up as although very unfortunate, the mistake was a human one and not a product of an internal error or bug inside the game.

Yes, there was indeed a trial period for friends during the Last Shores event in November. At the moment we are not holding trial invitations or versions and honestly I do not know when they will be up again, if they are ever again. In any case we will keep you informed beforehand, should a trial period arrives to GW2.

If your friend has already sent a ticket (and the issue seems to be quite recent) then he needs to wait till Customer Support gets back to him. The moment he is proven innocent, his account will be restored. At the moment the team is studying these cases carefully; rest assured in any case that real gold sellers are also getting banned.

Yes, the team is aware of this new kind of bots and aware as well of the fact that they are considerably harder to report. I will pass to them today again these concerns but in the meantime we would ask you to keep on reporting as much as you can with the already existing tools (in-game tools and external ticketing system with screenshots). The more you report, the better the game will be for all.
