It is always very useful to check the GW2 Support webpage, here, as most of the times they do offer information about these issues. I proceed to copy and paste the relevant information to answer your question:

You can purchase the Digital Deluxe upgrade for both Standard and Digital Editions of Guild Wars 2. To upgrade your account to a Digital Deluxe Edition, follow the steps below.

  • Log in to Guild Wars 2.
  • Go to the Black Lion Trading Company Gem Store by pressing “O” (the default hot key) or by clicking the lion head icon in the upper left of your screen.
  • Select the Upgrades category on the Gem Store home page.
  • Select the Digital Deluxe Upgrade item and click Confirm to purchase.

Please note that once your purchase is complete, your account will be upgraded the next time you log in to Guild Wars 2. Once your account is upgraded, you will receive an in-game mail message with your items attached.

If you require further assistance, please contact support.

Yes, the team is aware of this kind of teleporting bots and we do understand that it is harder to report them precisely because of the speed they move with. However, there are alternative ways of reporting them; when possible, take a screenshot and proceed to send it as attached in a ticket to Customer Support.

We totally understand the frustration that goes along with these episodes of banning. However, understand that Customer Support are the only ones that can help you and your girlfriend and that you need to give them a little bit more of time till your accounts get restored again. You say that the tickets are not 3 days old so we ask you to wait a little bit more. If they go unanswered, then proceed to post the reference number in the sticky on top of the subforum and they will be looked into.

The team is fully aware of this new variant of bots thanks to the reports that you guys have sent us and we are also aware that they are much harder to report precisely because they disappear quite quickly. We will pass on the suggestions here made about the in-game reporting tools to the team.

In the meantime we remind you that you can use alternative methods: one would be to capture a screenshot and then send it to Customer Support through the ticketing system. The other valid one is what Elissa is describing; that also helps.

Also, we would like to remind you that the report of bots names and screenshots in the forum does not help us. Please, if you have captures and if you have names, then proceed to send them to Customer Support.

In any case, thank you very much for all your reports and your patience.
They are really appreciated!

You can certainly file a ticket to Customer Support; it is always useful to have records of this kind of situations. On the other hand, do not build your hopes up, as Loli Ruri mentions, as you need to wait for a week in order to make a new server jump.
