It’s a bit of a low-mid budget pc…its hard to tell how well it will do in WvW.You shouldn’t expect godlike Fps ..You might average around 50 and in blob fight 15 – 25fps i think depending on your settings.I did read the cpu overclocks well, and seen the Radeon R7 250 running bf4.

For that price i think it;s a pretty good deal,youl be able to play gw2 fine though,thats for sure.

Besides try to youtube the Cpu name + the Gpu name and look for people playing games on it,see how it fairs.

Im all up for first person view,but how can a fov slider be a good thing in wvw? This is surely gonna be abused hard with ac’s being able to hit far over walls ? Has this been properly tested in wvw though ?

I would like something like this for structure PvP. With FPS genre moving into the 64 player PvP modes, and Star Wars Battlefront going even bigger than that

I would like to start seeing some larger scale structured PvP, that isn’t the same old king of the hill death match.

I would like something like a smaller scale version of WvW but with just two teams of 30 fighting against each other with siege weapons and all the mercenary units to hire to defend or attack the enemy team similar to the new HoT PvP mode, but with buildings to destroy and capture and keep lords to defend and kill.

Everyone would move and stack as a blob,and it would be a blob vs blob fight without any tactics other than Stack,buff,veil and push.

I paid $40 for this game. Bank space is NOT a luxury. Maybe the 4th or 5th “tab” would start to become optional, but one is NOT enough AT ALL. I should easily have 3x as much bank space by default or it should be easily unlockable via a few gold or level gating.

Bullkitten,how many people with legendary’s do you see ? Was it cheap to make one ? Hell no.The thing is,commanding isn’t for everyone…Some people buy a tag,command once and think…kitten this,never again.There are loads of people with a tag,most just don’t throw it up,or only throw it up when theyre in LA or farming PVE.

Id love to see an .. “Open all” on stacked items.
Also remove the need to hold the RM button when playing,turning the cam.Combat mode mod removed the need for this but im too much of a kitten to start using it since i read the newer version could get you banned since it’s touching game files.

Take into account that most power rangers start off the same..Knockback – Rapid fire.Depending on the build you’re use,double dodge and leap/rush/whirl towards him or use shield block while getting close,pay attention to the knockback – rapid fire combo which is the thing you need to avoid.It’s basically a 100b at 1500 range while being able to move around.

That really depends on the player controlling the warrior.

Yea, I spend time reading game forums and there is always somebody who complains about the game not being sli or cf optimized and requires configuration.

I like to value the OP’s time. The fact is that those duo cards solutions needs vendor help and extra configuration to get things working. I find that a giant con in light that single card solutions are pretty fast already. There plenty of other games with bork sli/cf that has micro shuttering.

Dude..just to say ive owned SLI systems since 2005 – 2006.At those times,games were pretty horribly optimized for SLI,those times are long gone buddy.SLI has always drastically improved my fps in most games,and the only issues ive had with SLI lately were when playing Farcry 4,which had terrible support.

What kind of role you like to see the warr play ?.He could go full support,shout,he could be a cc tank,dps,res bot ^…might sharing,stunlocker,condikitten,he can play lots of roles but it also depends on your build.

You do get a nice boost with sli enabled,i think i had about 25% more fps overall .My 2nd gpu died rpecently so im currently on one gpu..and trust me i can really tell the difference,especially when it comes to situations where there are 50+ people on your screen blasting effects allover the place i really feel im slowing down atm..which didnt happen when i had sli.

For the skins, if you were playing before the big Wardrobe update, you might have unlocked those skins through PvP and not had the precursor at all.

quickness is not the option, because warrior’s skill doesnt simply do enough burst for it to matter.

it’s small damage over time that matters.

i can face tank a frenzy killshot and not give a kitten.

frenzy used to be decent with 100% speed increase
but now it’s just meh.

Necromancer “mobility buff” was about reducing cast time of a warhorn skill by 0.5 seconds.

Ranger greatsword leap is still broken and locks you in place 80% of times if not used on flat terrain, which is a lot worse than Rush was.

That’s what’s you’re being asked to clarify. If gaile didnt make that comment, then you need to be explicit on that fact, as well as properly link to the supposed thread the quote came from.

As a whole, if it modifies the game client files, uninstall it. That includes the “ICM” program. Programs like ventrilo, teamspeak, overwolf, fraps, etc, arent as frowned upon because they dont give an advantage at all. Some people, like me, only use some of them (overwolf) for the apps provided by it, as I like listening to music, and I dont have a hard drive big enough to have room for all the music I listen to.

I guess that would be a good start. How much does the situation change when you throw in ascended gear and food/utility buffs in WvW?

Stats are diff in pvp,u do get lower overall stats in Pvp compared to running full asc in WvW.But the thing is more about trying to read their skills,and able to anticipate how theyre gonna play,move,when theyre gonna burst,when you need to dodge,when you dont need to dodge,when you need to spike..not so much about stats.

Best thing to do is get a buddy and join an empty pvp arena to practice.You can get all the advice from lots of people in here,but 1on1 practice is where you will start realizing when the bursts will happen and how far they can port away and when you need to spike etc.

I was giving an example on how “Non zerk” can still do big numbers.5 – 6k is def not low dmg in my eyes ( Again..for a Full Tank ) ,youre talking about insta kill hits from 12 -15k and up when running full zerk,which is possible if you build for it.I dont really get the Op’s claim about low dmg tbh.I can have lots of complaints about warr,but dmg is not on that list.

Turn down those WvW character limit + Quality to LOW aswell.

That’s for zerging but it works in pve aswell,like when theres 50 ppl on your screen they wont be all shown in high quality but rather a few of them,it doesnt break immersion or lowers the overal quality ofthe game whatsoever.Its a huge boost in fps for zerg events/wvw etc,can also prevent crashing.

They do have a chance, I just tend to jump on things that interest me the most. I think I might go back and add the trills since I’ve seemed to sort of be able to do them. What do you think? How does it sound for you?

The argument is that you are using your skills of the Engineer to access it. and if this is wrong is it then wrong for a mesmer to use portal skill to help people inside.

Where is your logic ? A mesmer Hiding after a wipe and porting in people afterwards is different than using an exploit to gain entrance to a tower.It’s really dense to think this is allowed..,Why the need for walls and gates if anyone can just leap in ?
There were multiple spots in EB where you could leap in several towers amongst Jerrifer being the easiest to get in to,even warriors could leap in.It got fixed,as this should also be fixed with an invis wall infront of that spot..Right away.

No offense, but the nerfs to Warrior aren’t that big. Compare them to the nerfs Elementalists received a long time ago, or hell Necromancers. They left Eles virtually useless in pvp, Necromancers got nerfs across the board with little to make up for it and even though they received a few nerfs lately(small ones at that), Warriors are still top contenders and it still remains a very forgiving profession.
Don’t get me wrong, that doesn’t mean that Warriors don’t have specs that take some skill, but the passives pick up a LOT of slack.

The nerfs aren’t that big ? Just wow… With the recent adren nerfs we had lots of properly working builds evolving around adren that have been completely wrecked.We’re a class with multiple traits relying on adren,that don’t work as good as they used to do,building up is too slow,the adren out of combat loss happens far to fast,and the adren loss on miss is a pain aswell ( random blinds/blocks happens all the time) when building up is already slow.

Cleansing isn’t nearly as good as it used to be due to these changes,and the best cleansing weap is a bow atm… These changes only made them being pushed in the same direction,running the same traitlines and even more people picking up bow.Warrior is anything but a forgiving class.. again depending on the build you’re talking about,which you still havn’t said.If you want to talk about a faceroll class you should have put med guard up there just for the kitten of making sense.
