I’m not saying to ogle the forums day in and day out for suggestions but occasionally take a look. I’m also not saying to take every single suggestion into consideration because honestly, a lot of people might have good intentions but the suggestions made are lopsided at best.

How do you know they aren’t doing that? You can’t assume they aren’t, just because they don’t reply as much as you think they should.

I don’t know but have you seen any of the suggestions put forth by players ever actually implemented? I haven’t.

Check out other subforums. I would suggest Mesmer for the best example. Robert Gee gets much love from us over there. It’s like night and day. Comparing how beta went with that Dev compared to who ever is rolling around on DH and Tempest.

I’m just so confused where the LB was “well received” when almost everything had flaws and issues.

1 man practices, keeps in shape, does all he can to prepare for a competitive sport.
2nd man can’t be bothered, because he doesn’t enjoy being active.

Both participate. 1st man ran the whole 10 miles. The other man took a nap and watched television and takes a taxi to the finish line and expects the same prize.

How is that fair to the person who earned it?

It’s not. And that’s what should matter more over.

It’s the same reason why drops and rewards are different for story mode dungeons vs explorable.

I’d rather get the NPC armors as armors, but seeing that Arenanet doesn’t seem to want to give them to use anyway, at least they could make them outfits.

As far as I can assume, you are correct – the banks won’t be updated until our beta characters are wiped again (which we know won’t be happening for the next BWE).

So until a developer states otherwise, it looks like the beta banks won’t be updating for BWE2.

I wish crafting had more purpose aside from end game gears.

Would be great if they added in some unique skins that can’t be sold once crafted. Would give some initiative to doing it. Especially if there was 1 unique skin per crafting tier.

There’s a solid idea in having the Mastery system handle out-of-combat mobility and traveling improvements. You wouldn’t have to trait for it, since it would be built in as a bonus (per map, perhaps?), and those otherwise not-so-useful traits could be replaced with more play-defining things.

My wish would be for masteries to handle fall damage. Other than in wvw it’s a waste of a trait slot imo. Having this part of a mastery would be great! It would open up a trait for each class that could be replaced by something useful for actual combat.

Well it’s what I wish anyway. Never gunna happen though. xD

I have the hardest time finding weapons I like. I like to use Rose Gold, Bright violets, teal, pinks, oranges, and yellows. I’m pretty much stuck with lovestruck for my pink mesmer. .‘’ Not that it’s a bad set. Just wish I had more to pick from.

I strongly agree with a 3s ICD on iRev instead of the 2 clones restriction.
And for the wells, I really liked the condition cleanse, because mesmers need it, especially since wells pushes us on a less mobile playstyle. If people found it underwhelming, as I mentioned in the big feedback post, some added boon stripping fit perfectly the duality of chronomancer and its wells.

Also, since I only play (male) charr (and asura, but they don’t have this problem), I really hope that every future outfit is designed to be skin-tight. Just look at the Shadow Assassin outfit, the Crystal Nomad outfit or the Mad Scientist outfit; all of them have an air bubble or something like that around the belly and, even while using the skinniest model avaliable, they make you look as if you ate an entire watermelon in one bite.

The outfits you mentioned are odd even on females. It’s ginormous and doesn’t look like they even really changed it much gender to gender. xD

To be honest itnis not just by one class.
Things have become cheesy and bad designed these last months.

We had thief cancer with stealth spam. Now we have the shatter mesmer with pu.
We had already stacking ele everywhere. Now they are god mode with burns.
We had faceroll wars. Now we have rampage wars spamming 1.
We had moa on mes. Now we have aoe moa on engies.

Now with stab change…wvw gameplay is just frustrating as hell.

What bugs me lost is that they seem to have no problem to keep same profs god tier several years while other out of meta.

Not to add fuel to the fire but I can’t resist.

I do feel they have their favorites. And ones they just kinda . . . shrug shoulders about. And it’s always obvious which 3 those shoulder shrugs go to. xD

The main thing I want more of is light armor that looks practical. Most of it just looks like a fashion show, not like real armor. The NPC in town are wearing more convincing clothing for someone who spends all day fighting than any of the player sets.

Also how about a simple hood that isn’t pulled over one of your eyes for no reason? I don’t know what their art team was thinking with that one. If you wanted to cover up the mages eyes you could have at least gone full Palpatine and given us a hood that’s pulled deep over the entire face, why make one that just sort okittenwardly covers up one eye?!

My assumption is they pull it down that far to hide the player being bald.

Anet wont be putting armor sets in the gemstore anymore. What you see is what we get. All skins will be game release only. So by asking what OUTFITS you wanna see I’m basically asking what you’d want in the gemstore next. I hope this helps.

It might look a little dim for Guard but quitting would be such a waste. After all the MMORPGs I’ve played in the last few years gw2 has the most potential to be something to stick with long term. Just be patient and keep feedback constructive and organized and lets see what we can get changed for Guard.

I would like some items that go along the theme of Kasmeer’s Staff. Scepters, swords, etc with cascades of neon purple / pink feathers. Ones that go compact when you put them away. Ahh the dreams… X3

well in the trailer of HoT rytlock used a staff skin that extends from a compact form for him to bash the troll dude´s face in… so there´s a chance there will be more “foldy” weapons. (also that staff looks awesome and i wanna have it)

Ohh! Nice. I love me some compact weapons. Though the feathers of Kasmeer’s staff is the best part.

Just because they haven’t stated anything else for any other class doesn’t mean it’s not in the works. Let’s just be hopeful and patient!
