I am speaking for myself. And myself disagrees and challenges the OP’s notion that engineer will have perma-vigor and perma-swiftness after the patch. Even the devs have stated in the Dec. 10th patch notes thread that they are affecting perma-vigor.

Changing to a 10 second duration with a 10 second cooldown is a quality of life change so you don’t have to swap kits as often, not a real buff. It is seen as a nerf since you’ll have to wait longer if you get that boon stripped. And since Invigorating Speed is still only 5s ith 5s cooldown, it will no longer behave like perma-vigor. So people are looking at using the on-crit swiftness trait instead… which only works while you’re in combat. Engineers using on-crit swiftness over speedy kits will be slow again in WvW. Power Shoes is not the swiftness boon and doesn’t proc invigorating speed.

Speaking to the OP’s point, it isn’t swiftness all the time and no more perma-vigor. The only way to get that will be to use both on-crit swiftness and speedy kits, forcing engineer to invest in those traits over other better ones. No thank you.

The clue for me was when op said ‘swiftness all the time’ and ‘vigor along with it’. That’s what engineers have now and won’t exactly have afterwards. The swiftness on crit trait is not ‘swiftness all the time’ and the change to speedy kits will nerf the perma-vigor we enjoy now. Those changes will be painful for those who play wvw mostly. The only speed buff will be to power shoes working outside of combat.

SIC had little interest in the Ebay blob at FA spawn. We have several new people we are training up before jumping in an 8v40. Sorry you misinterpreted our movements on our way out of spawn. If we wanted to come at you, we would’ve come at you instead of exposing our flank to you.

Pre-rally though, a few of us were getting tags at your spawn for our uplevels.

Membership Expectations

• Download and use Teamspeak 3 while in WvW. Having a mic is an absolute must. You will be expected to use it every moment of the night.
• Be on fairly consistently (3/4-7 days a week) during our raid times (M-F 9pm – midnight servertime) and devoting most of those hours in WvW with the guild. We won’t keep track of how often every member is on, but we want to see you fairly often so that we are used to playing with you and having you as an important part of the guild. You don’t have to devote the entire day to playing WvW if you enjoy other parts of the game.
• Must be willing to follow the direction of whoever is driving the WvW group. The same respect and cooperation should be shown to each commander.
• Be respectful and mature. We won’t tolerate trolling or disrespect between members of the guild (this is clearly a lie on the trolling front). We want to remain positive and friendly as a community, and we are a drama free guild.
• Represent the guild 100% of the time.
• Must be willing to register on our website and participate in guild discussions on our personal forums. We want members that contribute.

I never spoke to him or heard his ideas lol, only thing I ever had against his guild was being abused in PM’s for not wanting to fight 3v10 with us being the 3. I was too focused on getting an AC up to take out the rams.

Toxics already fight with yaks and sentries. They should start attacking NPC guards at supply camps like ogres, dredge, hyleks, and formerly the quaggans do. They should also spawn in the lord rooms at towers and keeps too. Then there will no longer be any need for actual players in WvW. Rejoice! /sarcasm

Oh Andrew, but this is why Anet should put Toxics in tPvP so that those players can cry about it. And Anet should also put PvP in PvE so that those players can cry too when we go hunting for their bags in the Harathi Hinterlands.
