I understand about Fractels and Dungeons. I already do those. I just wrongly assumed that bosses should drop loot equal to thier stature. Not garbage only.

It is still the idea There should not be garbage and coppers in the loot table at all for world bosses.

Hello all.
I understand the purpose behind diminishing returns to discourage farming events,but when it is the daily requirement. I have played since beta. Now when I fight the world bosses, I have been recieving broken claws and coppers as a reward. In the boss chests, they are low end rares. Why has the loot table for world bosses punishing long time players. Can somebody explain this. Luck is almost maxed. This is very confusing on why the game punishes long time players with garbage drops.

As a handicapped player, the living story achievements are not handicapped friendly. They are hard to complete and sometimes it just better to walk away and go without the achievements. Hopefully A-net can look at it and come up with a solution.

When it comes to RNG. The six gods hate me. I have been running the Silverwastes everyday for hours to no avail. Seen people who have been there a lot less time. They got one. The RNG sucks. But nothing I can do about it. Just keep plugging away and hoping for the best.

The loot system doesn’t work like that in this game. His kills his loot. That sucks that it wasn’t you. Better luck in the future.

I am the same way. I am retired with limited funds. Even when I was working why pay to play. My co-workers would go Hungary to pay for pay to play takes. That is what drew me to Guild Wars 1 to begin with. Plus I enjoy the worlds.

I have a personal guild for storage. We require repping during guild events. Those of us in our guild that play lot run out of storage very quick. I personally run 13 characters, so a lot of material cleaned. So to answer the question, during guild events repping is required.

You are on a overflow map. Once the main map finishes the boss and players leave it starts eliminating extra maps. Just click no and finish the fight, get your chest then grab the buff for volunteering. Problem solved.

You should look at a i-5 or i-7 with a minimum of 8 gigs of ram. They run around $600 and up. GTX 550 to graphics card runs around $120 and lower. I run a i-5 3330 while 8 gigs of ram with the GTX 550 ti. I have no problems at boss fights and other large world events. Check Amazon or local builders for some ideas. It is pretty easy to build a computer. OS is another story. I run Windows 10. No issues with gaming as far as I can see.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. When you place a run in the LFG tool. Say you will be watching cut scenes. Sorry about the experience, but please try again. Dungeons are fun and good loot besides.

GW1 is quite a interesting game. The trilogy is best with the Eye of the North that connects all three. No movement during battle and no jumping. Still a great storyline and world to explore. Hope you can find it and enjoy it as much as I do.

Start with Prophecies. They are available on Amazon. There is three stages in the game. The area called Pre. Once you leave there you level and battle your way to Lion’s Arch. The the story kicks into high gear. It is mostly European flavor. Guild Wars Factions is a more Oriental look. Nightfall is African. Eye of the North ties them all together. Still a great time. Dual classes are fun also. My favorite is Ranger/Monk. If you get the chance pick them up and run through them.

Always great to hear the classics. Some of the best music was in Guild Wars. The new music added to QW2 is great also.

At the big fights. If it is safe I will rez. At the boss fights with lots of aoe attacks it is better to port and run back. I try to rez whenever possible.

Enjoying the first look. Stress test or not it is interesting. Can hardly wait to see more of the area. The flying is a little awkward to figure out for the first few times but has some good possibilities. Back into the testing zone.

I can understand wanting to sell dye for specific events in game. Why make it a crap shoot. I could see making the gamble in the actual dye type. Not common dyes. I got burned once so not falling for it again.

Where is this happening at. It could be bleed over from an evident close to your area.

Try to stay one on one. Pull monsters to you using Range weapons. If a warrior class whittle down groups don’t rush in. If a ranger use tank pets and long bow. Attack from distance. Don’t be afraid to break off attack to heal. Getting swarmed is never fun at low levels. Ask higher level guild mates or friends to give you a hand leveling. They can do mob control while you level. Teamwork is great for that reason. If you need help message me in game. I will assist when I can. Don’t rage you will get through it with help.

Report for harassment and block. No such rule about loot drops. So ignore and move on and enjoy the game.

I still do them for salvage items. Easy way to get crafting material.

Cannot stay connected to the Client. Disconnects every two to three minutes. Hard to get anything accomplished when you can’t finish missions. It is not my computer or my internet connection. It is the client. Can somebody please look into it. Not enjoyable at all.

How can you be disappointed by something that is not yet released. We need to wait until release.

There is going to be no return to Cantha. At least that has been the stance since GW2 was released.

That is the reason world boss fights have lost their luster. Since plating since pre my loot drops have become as I call them garbage drops. You fight a world boss and get broken claws and other trash. You end up losing gold because the rewards are not worth the effort. As a veteran player fighting word bosses. I get fine and low level master craft. Not worth fighting for that reason. Leveling characters is the only way to enjoy the loot table.

Totally depends on fighting style. For armor looks check out Dulfys. They are all there.

I totally agree. Not enough separation to allow us to participate. I enjoy the mini games but still is difficult for players with disabilities. I like to be challenged but some are too difficult for me. The game is still my favorite.

I have created four new players since the change. I have enjoyed leveling them. I send them to the events to earn their attributes. They actually level fast enough just doing map completion. That is just my impression.

Instead of forcing high level players into the starting zones why can’t we be given the option to run events in higher level areas. We could do champion slaying in Orr. Temple captures. Dragon events . Something that will allow high level characters to actually be tested and bot zerging around the low level areas where new players are getting shut out of the events.
