If you’re wanting to dungeon, necro is the last choice for being efficient sadly but if you’re still wanting it, it’s gonna have to be with a power build.

I like it, but it doesn’t keep me in the game for very long because it’s brief and doesn’t leave me with much to do.
The dry top area with the event chain stuff is a decent example, it’s different to other open world stuff and it’s something I can do over and over to get something I need – dragonite. I would love for LS in the future to leave behind some new, permanent dungeons that are repeatable and have unique skin rewards however I’m not sure if it’ll happen because there is currently no dungeon team.

This is the kind of attitude that the people who ruined your party have, OP.
Sadly many of the community feel threatened by the selling of dungeon slots, even if it does not affect them at all. So threatened in fact that they take the time out of their day to grief you because you are doing something that upsets them. This is an emotional thing for them. This is how they cope with their personal problem, by screwing over other people

My advice to you is to have a network of friends who will sit in your party and fill slots for you so that you can trickle in buyers one by one, or have them set up a proxy party to take in buyers and forward the money and customers to you.

I’m just not in favor of content selling. But go ahead and do it. No skin off my nose, I don’t need it. It’s pay to win.

You are selling to people who think they deserve content rewards without doing the content. And so my point was… why are you all shocked that some go the next logical step to get them without paying?

Target Market. They aren’t griefing, they are scamming you out of a free run. Its the nature of the business and the customer it attracts.

You could just bring a set of Zerker armor with you, and leave it in your inventory of pinging purposes. Or, you could ping it from your bank before you waypoint to the dungeon. That way, you can wear what you want and they think you are wearing Zerker. Win/win.

There’s a couple of ways to tell if someone isn’t pulling their weight, I’ve caught them before and after kicking the rage is intense :).

Imagine the casual ‘community’ QQ at such a thing. The tears are already flowing in the general discussion section today.

I always like to think of the Guild wars general discussion section as the casual discussion section.

Here we have in its natural habitat, a roaming PHIW player. He has been playing how he wants since the beta years and now he has come to the forums to settle down for the night. He has created a thread within which to nest, crafted meticulously from scraps of bear fur and bow strings that he has gathered from the dungeons he has managed to stay in without being kicked. The recent summer months have been harsh on the PHIW player, with the lack of real life events taking place he must take to the lfg to form a party and sully his spare time. The PHIW player does not wish to hurry, however mother nature is a fickle beast and many a hardcore will answer the call with a swift kick to the buttocks of the PHIW before he even enters the dungeon. To deal with this harsh reality, the PHIW forms many layers of defence in its proverbial coat. One such defence mechanism is the claim that dead dps is no dps. This has generally not been particularly effective when combating people with logic and reasoning but it does bode well for the self deluded. Much like a pigeon playing chess, the PHIW will knock over the pieces and crap on the board before returning to voice communications to croon of his victories to his flock.

I was simply saying I don’t believe people with ‘optimal’ gear = good players.

Probability of being a better player goes up. It really, really does.

Thanks I am familiar with this site and Brazil’s ranger builds. But I’ve never seen numbers for condi Rangers earnestly run by him or other players.

Due to the high (not) interest in “How To Mesmer Properly” we have released a new very special edition describing how to use timewarp properly. Below, you will find a few steps that will turn you into a better mesmer than Jerem is, I swear, he should read this post so he can improve his gameplay and take it to a brand new level.

Step 1: Find an epic enemy that either you crush, or it crushes you;

Step 2: Go to Options -> Controls and set new skill keys for your utilities and elite skill;

Step 3: Let the enemy believe that it crushes you and execute (probably quite unintentionally) the following two things:

- Press a random newly assigned button;
– Press another newly assigned button;

Step 4: Enjoy your extremely epic and well placed timewarp and if any of the people on your party dare to say something, then just call them scrubs because they can’t acknowledge how high-level is your gameplay as a mesmer.

PS: Don’t make fun of my resolution, I’m too poor to buy a new monitor. :<

Ooh I think I’m almost seeing it, but I think the aircraft controller needs to be turned towards me and giving me a look okittennowledgement to signify that he knows I’m watching where he is directing my attention. I need that reassurance before I can be absolutely certain that what I am seeing is the raptor. Also if he could have an unclothed torso with a 6 pack of abs that would also get my attention better as well.

ive been watching this thread and just shaking my head. op does not seem to care hes just focussed on playing how he wants. nothing hugely wrong with that but its a pity hes wasting ascended on it and that if hes pugging, anyone decent will be more motivated to kick him.

Conditions central builds and ‘optimizing’ don’t work together in dungeons.
I know it’s a nice idea and all, and we all wanna be ‘ranged’ rangers but it’s not good for that content.
