Well, Combat log pretty much show everything except when you are affected by non damage conditions (light CC) or stuns/dazes/knockdown/launch (hard CC) as long you/your enemy were not interupted. So yeah, I think they could add that too.
Now about the filters, I don’t see why I need a 3rd party program when I have the filter option ingame.
I had to put on windowed mode because it didn’t let me take a screenshot with the options open.
But then they changed it so that the T1 servers were not linked. I think the poll you speak of was back when all servers had a linked server, even the T1s.
What I mean is: They will use that as their excuse everytime (in fact they already did it when everyone pointed the stupid pairings from T4). There is no point in crying over changing pairings prior what the pool “decided”.
All the people on the “to-be-deleted” servers will rage if Anet ever decide to do that. This already been discussed in the past and it’s not a option unless they want to lose a good chunk of the people who still bother to play this broken game mode.
You’re from DH who are currently in 12th place, So would be on the to-delete list. So you defending the current failed system is simply because YOU don’t want your server deleted. At least speak your own mind and say where your argument is coming from.
If you have server-pride then that’s a good thing but at least be up-front with your comment. And yes I agree SOME people like being on bottom tier servers and don’t want then getting to high pop status, however to save the game-mode something needs to be done. And this is in my mind a solution to the balance issues that the pairing is not.
They would be given free xfers to the other servers so it wouldn’t cost them gold/gems. It may split them from some friends on other servers, but I don’t think that outweighs the massive issue wvw has had since the start with balance.

If they keep the 200 rating they gave to DH and SF, SBI won’t have to win really hard to move back up. But if they keep SF and Dh at 1410 and 1335, yeah SBI is screwed.
Well, that make CD chance of rolling T3 over 50%. Maybe even more than 60%. A good change imo. And they are likely to win the 100 extra rating next week anyway by demolishing T3, so they won’t miss it when you remove it.
Also, it can ONLY be applied to a motionless player. Caltrops on dodge is 90 radius, pulses three times, each pulse is one stack of bleed. You literally have to be afk to get hit with the maximum stacks of bleed here.
If you literally just cleanse twice and dodge once this build does basically no damage.
I belive you forgot you have skill called caltrops with a much bigger radius than the dodge caltrops. Also you can drop the dodge caltrops on top of a player you got immobilized by needle trap (which also don’t reveal, mind you) for maximum effect with no problem.
Reveal does confuse me. For example, if I heartseeker into a smoke field and hit someone, that doesn’t reveal me.
It’s because it only apply the stealth once the heartseeker animation is finished. Bounce on smoke field also have the same effect: you see the thief rolling then vanishing once the roll animation is over. Game mechanics problem I’d say.
You buy mist essence. The infused recipe uses five vials, three files and one shard, which adds up to 750 fractals relics, which accumulate more quickly than I expected.
And as I said before, if you’re luckly, you may drop these while doing the fractals to farm relics because they drop off mobs. Reducing the effective cost.
Fractal dailies give pristine relic which can be turned in 15 relics. Also the Fractal Encryption boxes may contain relics. The junk that come from the boxes make them really nice to open as some of them go as high as 1g on vendor.
The only way you’re getting ticks from conditions from somebody in stealth is if they were already applied before the person entered stealth, or from something that doesn’t cause direct damage that you stepped in. Doesn’t make much sense that a person bleeding would cause somebody to go out of stealth if they were already bleeding before said person went in stealth.
There are skills that don’t deal direct damage but cause conditions. Doesn’t make sense that I can drop a caltrop at someone’s feet and not come out of stealth doing so. That’s what he is trying to point.
If conditions reveal at damage, that mean I cannot just keep putting needle trap or caltrops without ever comming out of stealth.
Change the boon duration to protection or regeneration duration (like pack is swiftness) for exemple and watch people tossing Durability aside for Leadership.

No, they won’t. Because the difference between the rating of the servers remain the same. They will give 200 to all 3 servers. SF will remain 120 rating behind CD and Dh will remain 200 rating behind CD as they are now. Glicko take the differences in consideration, not the actual values. 1530 to 1410/1330 is the same as 1730 to 1610/1530. CD will still only gain 11 rating.
I find funny how 3 years in the game some people still haven’t figured at least the basics of how glicko works.

No, it’s not. CD is leading by 150k to second and over 205k to third and they are gaining merely 11 rating. You want them to have dominate even harder than that to move? A chance isn’t what we are expecting. CD was suposed to have moved up many weeks ago, but we’re stuck in this godkitten matchup for a month now because of glicko. And now with YB feeding T3 servers more rating, if CD don’t roll T3 today, it will be even harder to them move up in the subsequent weeks, up to a point that is possible that we stay in that match until august 26th.
The matchup gets a lot better when dh busts out a blob and does something other than ktraining sf stuff while cd is blobbing sf keep. Not only is cd running fat at all hours but we’re suffering from uneven pressure.
Seeing dh jump in against cd today was both refreshing and fun. Even with CDs ridiculous numbers the matchup will be more fun if we have 3 sides actually looking for a fight.
SF comes to DHBL all time when CD blob is there so it’s pretty much the same. But if the kitten FC players on SF didn’t camped DHBL all day, DH pugs problably wouldn’t be angry and wanting to take a piece of SF instead of fighting CD.
So how badly does dh have to lose, and for how many weeks to drop down a tier?

I never realized but why does CD have so many servers on their side? Shouldn’t anet distribute one to DBay?
They thought that 2 T5 servers would be able to match a T5, a T6 and 2 T7 servers combined. They just forgot to take in consideration that during the pairing prior this one both Dh and EBay lost several guilds while ET and Kain were stacked with guilds that wanted a free pass to T1.

With a glicko reset at every pairing change, I’m pretty sure we’ll have a lot of varierity and the matches won’t get stale until close to end the pairings. It’s a good change imo.

Another option is to pair BP back with FA since T3 seems to be well balanced right now. That would boost pop a bit in T2 and reduce some of the CD dominance.
Keep in mind that the Mist Essences thingies also drop from mobs on FotM, so while you are farming your 750 relics, you might drop a few which will reduce the total cost.

Looking at how they described on their old post and the current position, 30% is MORE than what we would get by the time he did his post. Back then 185 would make CD be 80 rating behind the lowest T3, while 185 now will make CD be 60 rating behind the lowest T3. The chance was even lower before.
