The amount of time you have had said name means nothing. Display names that are determined to be against the naming policy are changed by Anet. The change is most always an anagram. You will not have the option to change it to one of your choosing. Sorry for your luck but it seems even you know the name could be seen as inappropriate.
Further reading:
An offensive name will be changed — once — and it will be changed by a GM using an anagram system, so the user does not get the privilege of choosing the second name.
P.S. I like the name Neutron Hop. It could have been a much worse anagram.

Yes it is. Your account name is the email you use to login which is visible in your image. That aside, an old trick that used to work when stuck on one file was to change the language to French and then try to finish the download then change back. I’m not sure if it works anymore but worth a try.

You should edit that image as it shows your account name which is half your login info and could cause a security threat.
You will have to contact support for assistance. Follow the support link at the top of the page then the submit a request link located at the top right of that page.

That could have gotten you flagged. As mentioned above, you will need to contact support to sort it out.
Did you purchase gold from a gold seller? Anet has been removing gold from people that do so.
Support tickets are handled by email. You should have at least received an auto response email with a ticket number. As you stated there is no way to check status online. You will have to wait for a response via email. If you do not receive a response after 3 days (72 hours) you can post in the 3 days and older sticky thread located here:

There are some people who post on this forum who have admitted they haven’t played in a year and a half, or more, don’t like the game, yet still post to say why they don’t like the game on threads discussing the current state of the game. Another person I saw posted to say he hasn’t played in months and only posts to argue with people who like the game.
Just be aware that negative posters might not be current players by months, or years, but for some reason can’t let go.
And there have been several people that posted often saying they no longer play, hate the game, constantly bash everything about the game, and say they will never play again that I added to my friends list out of curiosity. Many of them are logged in a lot for people that quit. 
It just goes to show that some people just like the attention they get from being negative.
Yes posts here are not the best measure by any means. Most people around here are either totally biased for or against GW2 as a whole. People often make a lot of stuff up or engage in hyperbole and state it as fact to try to support their side of the issue.
The forum is not the most accurate source of information on the quality of the game. The best way to gather information is to play the game yourself. Personally, I’ve found the less time I spend on the forums engaging in the constant arguments the more I enjoy the game.

Anet does not get involved in guild issues and does not have to tools to do what you are asking. You will have to try to track down one of the guild leaders. This is the most recent red post on the issue I could find:

Once you get your new computer all you have to do is go to:
https://account.guildwars2.com/login and then choose download client. You don’t even need your serial code to do it (but keep that code in a safe place should you ever need it for customer support reasons). If you can login here you can login there.
If you want to save download time you could copy your essential GW2 files to a external drive and then copy them over to your new computer.

You would be best served posting your issues in the forums for the Chinese client. You won’t get much support or even understanding here.

If that doesn’t work you will need to contact support. Make sure you mention clearly in your support ticket that you are a Mac customer. I state, “clearly” because last time I submitted a ticket and mentioned I was using the Mac client they sent me links to exe files to download LOL. But that was 2 years ago so maybe they have gotten better. 
One odd work around when the Mac client seems to get stuck is to change the language to French and then try to finish the download, then change back when done. I know it sounds odd but has worked for others in the past. I’m not sure if it still applies these days as I have not had that issue in some time but it might be worth a try.
You can submit a support ticket but I doubt there is anything Anet can do about 3rd party sites.
I would not expect any updates to forum functionality in the near future. Maybe some day if they go with some other forum software. As Gaile stated in relation to the busted search feature they no longer have a working relationship with the forum contractor and apparently there is no one else that can work on the forum system:

Yes, we had a search engine in the beginning, but it was broken by our forum contractor in the course of working on other things. You can still play with your friend in all game modes aside from WvW as long as you are in the same region NA/EU. Other than that if playing with your friend in WvW is a key issue, you will have to wait for an opening.
Hi and welcome to the game. There is no trinity in GW2 so there are not really any full time healing or tanking roles.

Some people think those low level skins are epic. If you don’t find them worth it then don’t use them until you find the gear you want to transmute as you even mentioned yourself. I would suggest never using charges until L80 anyway because the leveling process is so fast and gear changes so often. If you want something to use while leveling that doesn’t cost charges buy outfit.
Charges are not hard to obtain for free either, map completion, some daily login rewards, and from what I hear they are very easy to obtain via PvP.
The information that shows up during the delete process seems pretty clear to me that it’s permanent.

If I won a million dollars the last thing I would think about is the gem store or even GW2 as a whole. I’d invest the money. I’d probably put about 30% in local real estate since the market is on the upswing where I live. Then again, I’ll never win a million dollars because I don’t spend my money on extra taxes otherwise known as the lottery.

There are limits on new accounts for gold transfers. That is to help prevent RMT gold selling. You will have to wait until you have logged enough game time to send gold. It applies to all new accounts.

Okay after some thought on the issue it seems, at least on the surface, the issue of being harassed about having a Royal Terrace pass is somewhat unique to the OP. Or at least the OP is the only one myself and others in this thread have seen report this either on the forums or in game. So that makes me wonder what is going on. I’ll present two possible scenarios, both of which are not very friendly but hey I think out loud here at times.
Scenario 1: Since it is difficult to tell if a player is in the terrace, perhaps the OP is posting something in map chat regularly like, “I’m going to the royal terrace.” This may cause people to see the post and question how to get there. Especially if this is happening several times a day as reported by the OP.
Scenario 2: The not friendly tinfoil hat version. Sorry OP I’m just typing out loud here. It seems the OP has previously suggested the Royal Terrace pass be reintroduced so their other accounts can have access as seen here posted 18 days ago:

So the not so nice tinfoil hat part. Perhaps the OP has concocted this story about being harassed about the terrace pass regularly in an effort to give more weight to the argument as to why the pass should be reintroduced. There is no mention of the constant harassment in the post I quoted which is also interesting. Of course that doesn’t eliminate the idea that the daily harassment started after said post. However the OP did state this harassment has been going on for over a month now. So this might be things that make you go Hmmmm. I’m not sure how many will get that last reference. 
Anyway, just a thought. Sorry if I offend OP.

You should remove the link as to not encourage someone that might see it to take him up on the offer. You should also remove the name from your post as naming and shaming is against forum rules even if it may seem clear they are in the wrong. Submit a support ticket and report them that way. I’m sure support would appreciate your report.
I think it would be pretty clever if they did nothing at all. No one would ever suspect.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe they should do nothing then watch all the players that complained about them doing something in the last few years flock to the forum and complain about them doing nothing. 
Are you sure it was from Anet and not some kind of phishing email? Did you login to the game to see if gems were added to your account?

Well it depends on what you are expecting or what you think you would find fun. With such a broad question I would say login, play around, explore all game modes and see what interests you.

That is what Michael said, two parties have been providing verification of ownership. If you want to secure your account you will have to contact support with the information he mentioned.
Personally I hope they don’t bring it back if there are tons of players that like to harass people wanting in. I’d rather not have them in there. That makes sense to me.
