I believe they said the event chains will be hours long…not sure many people will even be there for the whole duration of the event… Correct me if I’m wrong >.<

I think it’ll be something like killing enemies to stop the invasion of whatever, and that leads to opening the dungeon and the new area. Like a huge event chain (just speculation)

I think it’s a little more important than the Halloween 1 time event, just saying.

Hopefully you can attend the other events that are during the weekend.

No, for this weekend ONLY you will be scaled up to level 80 to participate but once monday comes by, you will be scaled back down to your own level.

Hi, I have recently tried to buy gems from the and it says “card approval failed.” I checked my details again and again and it still says the same thing. What can I do to make it accept my credit card, or do I have to email support for this issue. I’d rather not waste all my in game gold on gems and I want to support your company.

I am not so against the ascended items as many people are… KIND OF annoying to see my 3 exotics sets on my necro become outdated so fast. The ascended items give me something to do and who knows, maybe the dungeon will be amazingly fun. Yes, I do have high hopes.

Nice insulting remarks about his/her playtime. It’s amazing what people can do when they only play this game, afk a lot, never watch TV, don’t have kids (my list can go on and on.) Although my play time is less than 300 hours, I agree completely with what the OP says. WvW and dungeons both need better reward systems, WvW has some pretty boring maps in my opinion, I wish there was some variations with the scenery. And there are pretty much 0 rewards for doing WvW… I feel that once they release expansions or A LOT of new content, I will be much more happy with the game.

Great great great idea, if only it would be implemented. You could even put like a requirement of completing all dungeons in all explorable modes. Mmmmm… If only… Your idea is both appropriate and a challenge, I really wished they did this instead of doing the ‘inception’ legendary- a gift within a gift within a gift within a gift….phew now the 300g+ precurser.

I’m on Sanctum of Rall server, we are winning about 95% of the map, if you need a place just shout out for people to go where ever the POI you need is, most people usually come within 5 mins, or you could follow the battles, which usually go to places we do not own yet. When you finish completion just hop on to your own server. (you have to complete all 3 maps +eternal battlegrounds)

It’s funny to see both sides. I know for a FACT the people who have completed it say to the people who haven’t, “you are just complaining, you want everything to be handed to you, this is not how games are, people of my generation were able to handle frustrating challenges like this, just go do something else you enjoy, this is not a big deal.” But then one someone brings up the idea to remove the achievement “THIS IS MY ACHIEVEMENT I WORKED HARD FOR IT NO ONE CAN TAKE IT AWAY.” But didn’t you just say it’s not a big deal and if you can’t do it do something else you can do?

And it goes for the other side, if you had gotten the achievement, you’d most likely be in the same position of the people have completed the puzzle are in.
In my opinion, I hate the clock tower because it’s timed. I have extremely low FPS with a decent graphics card, I can not possibly do this puzzle. I am not ever ever ever going to spend 5-10 hours doing this, ever. Grats on getting the puzzle, I hope the shoes were definitely worth it.

What Anet should do is exactly what they are doing, nothing. I’m not gonna be the person who says “it’s just an achievement, deal.” because people take it much more seriously and they do become defensive when you say it’s just an achievement when you yourself were doing the clock tower puzzle for over 3+ hours.

I’m sorry to everyone who can not possibly do this puzzle, maybe take a few days off of GW2 after the 31st? (lol) Time always heals the pain.

No, this would be totally pointless. It would make the frustrated people even more frustrated, there shouldn’t be any bragging rights with how this jumping puzzle has turned out for the majority of the players.

I’ve been trying to find this armor and now I have come to conclusion that this armor set is no longer in game…which is a shame because in my opinion it is the best best best armor set. I’ve been follow this game for many years in development. MANY times this armor set was shown off to compare the differences between GW1 and GW2. It was also shown in the skill preview video of mesmers. (So I thought it was guaranteed to be in game)

What happened to it? Or does anyone know where I can get it?

Yeah, I agree, it’s not about buffs, size or anyone around you. It’s about a perfect FPS

I completed halloween huntin achievement and it did nothing towards the Emissary of the Mad King achievement/title.

Yes! Eles are the most interesting class for me to play hands down. I have 2lvl 80s (necro and ele) and I pretty much abandoned my necro and all my other characters once I created my ele, eles are so addictive! (But I do admit some traits/skills need to be reworked)

The voice actors that stand out in my opinion are Zojja and Tybalt, which I consider both to be amazing. I really hate trahearne and overall the fake british/english accent sylvaris have.

The game is worth it if you are a casual player, I’m not, so you can guess what my answer is.

I agree that there NEEDS to be a tool, especially when the guesting feature is implemented. There should even be a place where people could group up for all dungeons from across all servers. And about ruining the social aspect Anet wouldn’t have made it so you could have multiple guilds.

Other than the amazing graphics, the armor designs are pretty plain or just too much (DER IS FIRE COMING OUT OF MY EYES!!!) There is not much variation in the designs either, like heavy armors are just plate mail, medium armors are long coats, light is a skimpy top with a long skirt bottom (with a few exceptions).

Uhhh, no way should this ever be implemented. I don’t care if you role play, but making your fake relationships (assuming you are RPing the relationship) public I think would make lots of people spiteful about this game. Relationships no matter how much you are “in love” should never be publicized in game just for attention…..
