Anyways, I’m saving my laurels for ascended gear I guess, I’m just waiting for most of it to come out. Around 100 laurels atm.

When I heard it was gonna be a jubilee I was kind of disappointed but after this update, I have been having the most fun since release. I love the new champions and I love how open world is alive again. I actually want to see more of this story.

Were you actively working on not dying? Anyway though, congratulations, I am interested in trying this now.

It will not have the 250 stack limit. Currencies in the wallet will act the same as karma and gold do currently.

Warrior is just pure DPS, they are used to make things go by faster, but with more challenging content like Fractals 40+ they are becoming less useful, but thieves do need some balance in PvE. If you think they are the worst profession in the game, may I direct you to Rangers? Although I really think a lot of it is learn 2 play issue for most rangers and thieves just don’t team up with kittens and you’ll be okay.

Lets make a 5 person vote kick, the person that is getting kicked has to vote if they should or shouldn’t be kicked. IMO only fair way to do it, amirite?

At the moment there are 21 possible chest you can achieve. They give out, 1, 5 and 15 gold. 1, 2, 5 and 10 laurels. This will occur over the next few weeks.

Assuming you have 10k achievement points you will get somewhere around 40-50 laurels and somewhere around 60 gold over the course of three weeks.

Considering that most people do not have over 6000 achievement points and the fact that these are retroactive and will take 21 days to go fully into effect for the few people that have over 10k points: This is in no way, shape or form flooding the market with gold. This is not affecting the market and it is not harming anything.

In three weeks, I could earn 500 gold simply by farming CoF. Quit your crying and enjoy your free stuff.

Even using the lowest amount of 15 copper for each item that would cost around 2062,50 Gold.

He’s not that at anymore, you can see the achievement leader boards and the highest is almost at 11k. All of his money he put into salvaging for achievement points has been wasted.

You’d be surprised how little time it takes for the WvW tokens, if you follow a zerg it’s about an hour per 30-50 tokens but you should also get to know the jumping puzzles in WvW you can get at least 20 tokens if you do them all each day. The only bad thing is people can still kill you when you do the JP (trust me, it does happen).

I got down to below 500 hours but since I had a lot of experience(already had 3 gwamms plus full HoM) and knew what to do and had all the money to do so, you’re looking at 600-1000hours starting from scratch, if you can do that for a title in another game I applaud you.

Actually it is a science, there is a lot of math, graphs, and analyzing, testing, and proving in order to make a build. It’s as much of a science as great gameplay is an art form. If you don’t think watching great gamers play is an art form than you are missing out. Watch Jumper, Zombify, Zoose, Koroshi, Teldoo, Helseth, or Danto play and then watch me play, and you will see the beauty in how they play. The constant weaving of skills while keeping everything going.

Why do you care about this so much. it’s 10 achievement points and a crappy exotic shoulder piece that 99% of people won’t wear. I’d be more upset if the JP actually mattered.

I think to most people the stats are less than optimal for their builds, why can’t it be at least salvaged is my question >.>

I would be very careful doing this, as when the legendaries are later updated to have ascended stats, we have no way of knowing whether transmuted legendaries will receive this boost or will stay as exotic.

Well if it’s easier to get these weapons and not 100 laurels +250e per weapon (I really have a hunch that it’ll be like this though) I don’t think it’s a problem. If you really don’t want that legendary on that character just do the transmutation, unless the purple text is more important to you than the skin.

But I would love to see these weapons account bound, I really don’t see why they weren’t in the first place.

There will always be those people who say the people with more hours than them have no life blah blah blah. It’s amazing what people can do if they don’t need that much sleep, don’t have children, don’t have your life. Everyone is different and everyone has different spans of time they can play in. Don’t be so ignorant and think that these people don’t have any lives, sometimes they probably have a bigger social life than you outside of the game.

I like the light armor for females but only if it was mixed with other armors. Not really the style I had in mind, but still I think they fit into the story nicely.

2. Talk to Weapons Vendor
3. Talk to Armor’s Vendor
4. Talk to Repair Npc
5. Talk to a none vendor Npc.

Then people who want to be forced can be as forced as they like and those who don’t care can simply log get their laurel and leave. After all you can simply do a few matches of spvp and be done with it.

Harder content is always welcomed by most people, sure a few people might have troubles but everything is pretty easy to learn. I mean at release Arah/Lupi were impossible unless you were the best players in the game, now look at it, most pug teams can do it with minimal trouble.

As the difficulty scales in fractals most people play their guardians because that’s really the only truly viable profession for pug teams. If you play with a structured guild team you have no problem with 40+ fractals (and they are pretty easy for being the “hard” content).

Also, I would love to see the new content bosses have lower health and higher toughness to make condition builds viable.

They are a pain in the kitten but unless you are a super casual player it shouldn’t be much of a problem.

What exactly would be better dailies that require effort? For me it would to be able to do 5 dungeons for the daily or 5 skill points. They are kinda of like “I really don’t want to do 5 events in Maguuma so I’ll just go to WvW and zerg for 15 mins.” I think the dailies are meant of give you as many options as possible without making it effortless.

If you stand in LA all day I believe there are 2 achievements for that, JP’s and Laurel Vendor or Salvaging, pretty easy in my opinion. :P

There are a lot of bad rangers out there who don’t know how to control their pet or how to switch it even, they have a hard time surviving anything and only auto attack with longbow or shortbow… Kinda like how most thieves are crap in dungeons, I feel the same about rangers…you can have a lot of sustained DPS and AoE as a ranger, just that shortbow doesn’t really do that…

Shortbow should be your “oh kitten I’ma gonna die if I don’t get back” weapon not one that “I’ma half afk and watch game of thrones while we do this dungeon” kind of weapon.

I agree with you on almost everything, I really wish they’d do flash back armor skins in the gem store like they did with krytan, profane, and primeval. The best armors to me were ele, mesmer, and paragon. Warrior armor for females sucked to where 99% of the female character population was wearing elite gladiators, same can be said about elite druids for rangers.

I love me some elementalist vabbi or elite sunspear armor. LOL

Since you are working on clovers..I did them on my alt so I didn’t waste any of the 200 skill points I need for the blood shard. USE YOUR ALTS FOR CLOVERS! I got at least 40 on my ranger I never use and still have my SP on my warrior/mesmer. To get a lot of skills points I just ran CoF1 a lot and did the usual dungeon runs, fractals doesn’t give that much xp, I wouldn’t recommend that.

Good rewards for completing a meta event. Now for the meta event to be difficult…

You know if they nerf CoF1 they’ll just find another dungeon to farm, HOTW and SE would be possible to make them as fast as CoF1…If people want to farm the money for their legendaries/whatnot let them…I’d rather not have them buy it with a CC.

I haven’t had that problem but in general the party system has been extremely buggy, it says people are offline when they having set themselves to invisible, can’t see people on map when they are in my party. And this weird bug where I can’t even see the party window.
