i like the 8v8 idea just so your able to have a team where everyone has a different profession. i think the maps are just abit on the small side for 8v8 tho. im always picking the 5v5 matches because of the no zerging but its always fun to have a head on pile-up and just smash each others brains out in 8v8

i have 9 characters, 8 of those are equiped with a full set of unlimited gathering tools, one of those characters has the 2 new tools and is still waiting for the unlimited axe to come out. now with this new update to make them acount bound i’d like to sell 23 of my 26 unlimited harvesting tools. PLEASE give me my gems back… you dont know how mad i am right now! i could have had a frkn legendary -.-

from 425-450 discover exotics and other undiscovered things, just put a t6 mat in and see what matches.
from 450-475 make bloodstone bricks, imperial star fragments, lump of mithrilium, spirit wood planks, etc. the ascended stuff.
from 475-500 you need to discover about 8-9 exotic weapons with a crafting booster active. i did this a day before wvw reset so you have more chance to critical succes from wvw bonus. maybe your guild will put a 10% crafting critical succes bonus on for you

hey guys, i have this winter’s arc shortbow skin on my bank since last wintersday and today when i looked on the TP i saw it’s worth 125 gold. i never realy liked the skin but i got the ticket by luck and tought i had to use it before the end of wintersday or otherwise the ticket would expire or the npc would be gone or something. so i bought this shortbow at the end of wintersday, put it in my bank and it has been left untouched until today. now i want to sell it but i cant. the only options i get on right click are use, preview and destroy. i tried this from inside the bank tab and inside my inventory. when i click use i can still sellect if i want it for pve or pvp but havent clicked anything yet.
so my question:
- is there any way to sell my winter’s arc shortbow skin?

However since they do make money off of the new dyes in the gem store Frost & Flame, Venom, Toxic that those special one can remain soulbound so that this new item doesn’t affect the sales of the new dyes.
actually if dye’s were acount bound i would considder buying the toxic dye set. its just another thing to collect, like mini’s, skins, finishers, you name it. having to collect something 9 times in my case… thats just not going to happen.

for something to die doesnt it need to live first? other than perplexity i do not know a viable pvp option for P/P, no mobility, no stealth, just a blind field. i would love to play P/P because it looks cool but currently all other weapon sets are better.

If Scarlet is to be the cause of the explosion/meltdown, I’d prefer if this new fractal were not created. I’d prefer the dredge fractal appear twice, in fact.
there are hints in the game that the explosion was created by sabotage from the inquest actually.

diving master is extra difficult since some of them are bugged, if you dont land in the water correctly or w/e. even if i went to all spots to dive again, i would look at the achievement, and if it wont tick i asume i already made it. unless its bugged. and than wich one of the 38 was it? no1 knows, redo all 38 dives.

Allow them to be swapped out like Toolkits on Engineer. Otherwise you sacrifice too much utility of your other abilities to make them worthwhile.
nah i like the conjure part, it needs to be unique. not like something any other class has. i do agree that this way they would be way more usefull, but since they are not we need other ways to make them usefull.

i know they just got buffed, but nobody will ever take a conjure over a stunbreak.
the lightning hammer 5 its more of a quality of life improvement. i thought Anet was against immobile number crunching. there are alot more possibilitys for conjures. why are they even ground targeted? nothing happens where you target exept for the summoned weapon apears there. for lightning hammer it could act just like lightning flash does, a instant teleport. i agree that conjures dont need to get a major buff, it just needs this little push to get people into using conjure weapons abit more often.

i realy like the idea of using conjure weapons and some realy have potential, but before im going to try this their need to be a few changes.
lightning hammer: skill 5, i want to be able to cast this while on the move, warriors just got that improvement to their hammer skill, could we get this to please?
flame axe: could we get a smoke field on this? this way ele has the opportunity to play with stealth a little, where there is smoke, there is fire, and visa versa.
earth shield: this weapon screams for a blast finisher, skill 3? skill 4? pick one, i dont mind, it needs one. also could the earth shield be a stun breaker? i think it goes well with it since its a defensive weapon already anyway. and if i ever go a full conjure build i’d like at least one stun breaker. (personally i think every utility skill type needs atleast 1 stunbreaker. 1 for conjure, 1 for glyphs, 1 for signets, etc)

an even cooler idea would be, “elemental hammer” you summon a hammer based on your atunement. and that for every weapon, but i highly doubt thats going to happen haha
how would you like these changes? what do you like and what wouldnt you like? is it to strong? does it need even more? discuss!

please dont change this puzzle, even tho its very easy for me aswell its still a very awesome JP. that said, i would like to see the Tequatl of all jumping puzzles! something that only a very small part of the comunity can complete. or maybe even a group jumping puzzle that also relies on other people to complete it. for example, you all get a different path, and if one of your friends doesnt reach the switch fast enough to open the gate, you will all die by the climbing lava or something :p or different things could happen in certain places. things you can avoid… no random spikes comming from the ground on unsolid ground ;p (yes SaB trebulation mode i mean you!)

every new alt that gets to 30 will have the lovely mistfire wolf equiped because most of the times i dont have enough skillpoints to buy an elite yet. but under water the elite skillslot remains blanc. could we get a mistfire shark or something? same skill just changes underwater, just like elementalist tornado turns into whirlpool when underwater.

phoenix phinisher? he must be very good or he farmed skyhammer alot.
legendary weapon? he went trough alot to get that or he kept reselling things on the trading post to buy one.’

I would say that the only useless one is Ice Field. And it’s a pretty kitten rare field to begin with.
try using it as an elementalist traited for aura’s. if you have the “aura’s give you protection” trait thats an instant 43% damage reduction. (33% from protection and 10% from the aura) thats certainly not bad. so far i know there are only 2 ice fields tho, elementalist staff 4 and ranger trap utility skill.

personally i think people under a certain rank should not be able to do solo que. especially rank 1. your supposed to figure out your skills in hotjoin and than apply those skills in solo que.

i want to use P/P myself just because it looks cool. my suggestion is to wait for the oktober 15? patch. i believe they are changing the #2 skill on pistol for thief.

a new game mode, just get in and start fighting, not having to worry about any other objective than destroying your enemy. when you die you can instantly respawn and join the fight again. this is great for practice. sure i can learn how to play in these point conquest mode’s but most of the time im running from A to B. i just wanna get in and have a great time blasting on each other.

i realy hope dual pistol for thief will be viable. i dont need it to be over the top, but where it is compared to the other options thief has its quite poor. even with all the pistol related traits you wont be a threat to any player who know’s his/her skills. and even pve (especially in low levels) is 3-3 or 3-3-3 for the mob to die, there is hardly any interesting things you can do. please make this happen!

achievements like “kill foreman spur before killing his entire crew” will keep this dungeon inhabitted for a long time. we just need more achievements that are more dificult to complete to keep people going there ;p. for example: finish the dungeon without a single death.

Put the range back to equal distance as other shortbow using classes.
all other shortbow using classes? there is just one and thats ranger.
ranger has 900 range shortbow, why should you get 1200?
To be honest I find it sad that thief is the only class with no possibility for 1200 range.
steal can be traited to 1500 range.
scorpion wire (utility skill) has 1200 range.

arent all “create X skill on dodge” lowered in power some way? for every class i mean.
elementalist can create spells on dodge like churning earth, instead of 8 bleeding it does 2 bleeding, i know it would be rediculously overpowered if it would do 8. my point is, isnt that just intended that the mark does 2 bleeding instead of 3?

if the weapon swapping has 180 sec cooldown i would have no problems with it, it can be realy anoying for an elementalist with a staff to play 1v1, if i could switch to D/D quick i would have a chance. a 10 sec for elementalist is overpowered.
imo engineer needs it more, or atleast have one of their kits attatched to the weapon swap button so they can still use 3 utility skills if they want more than 5 weapon skills.

Imagine fighting an ele with 4 utilities, or a thief with 4 utilities? I can think of quite a few overpowered combos right there.

i must say that now i have a condition necro its very anoying to kill stuf thats imuun to conditions like for example enviromental objects. condition cap also holds my damage back on big bosses. why should all the condition apliers be punished when the cap is reached but the zerkers can burst out as much damage as they can.

Already wondering why the hell I enjoyed any of this. What the hell is the deal with the turtles in World 2 being in unreachable locations? Can’t jump on them alive because I get knocked back by the water. Can’t hit them because THEY’RE IN THE kitten ED WATER, OUT OF RANGE.
The reason the devs are so good at it is because they can play with “noclip” on, perhaps they forgot that players don’t have access to the development console?

nobody would have said anything if there wasnt such a item available ingame. its just for people who cant get enough of it. your not forced to buy it either, your not missing out on anything, there are enough ways to get free coins. and you have the option to buy one with gold so whats all the fuzz about?
